    @Uday021266 @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH From more than 15 days, I'm facing the issue, I've tried many times to contact bsnl customer care but the number get disconnected many times. It's nothing but consumer harassment.

    @BSNLCorporate please help, I have opted ₹999 BSNL Bharat fibre plan and as per plan I should get 150 MBPS speed but I am getting only 30 to 40 MBPS. Telephone No. 02113-222934. Also Hotstar subscription is not activated. @BSNL_MH

    @BSNLCorporate Sir, you are factually incorrect. The problem is not resolved. I have selected lover plan as BSNL official told me to do so, because the infrastructure of BSNL is not capable to provide the desired internet speed. Still I'm using 100mbps plan and I'm hardly getting 40mbps speed.

    @BSNLCorporate SHOCKING to know BSNL Service has become so bad. BSNL is unable to Repair faulty cable since 4 days, when our location is close to BSNL Bhavan (Office). And today's working hours almost ended.

    @OnSpectraCare Can you please let me know how to get the connection disconnected. The reason I was using Spectra was its speed. But if it takes 3 days to reactivate, no point in using it. You will definitely lose customers for the pathetic customer service where even @bsnl might be better.

    @BSNL_OR Dear sir i want to install bsnl bharat fibre in my location (754112),I was a bsnl broadband user but due to poor service and heavy connection issue i surrendered my broadband connection in 9th dec 2020,and i apply bsnl bharat fibre but till now there is no reponse ..

    @BSNLCorporate Today bsnl network is down again at sawaijpur. It works only for two days. I have wasted my money by recharging my bsnl no. Respected minister @rsprasad Pls look into it.

    @CMDBSNL Respected Sir my grievances launched on PMO PG lying unattended at BSNL Solapur since 18.12.2020. Why we are suffering even after taking VRS? It is requested to instruct the concerned to resolve. Hopeful of resolution hence tweeted U before PMO
