@BSNLCorporate please help, I have opted ₹999 BSNL Bharat fibre plan and as per plan I should get 150 MBPS speed but I am getting only 30 to 40 MBPS. Telephone No. 02113-222934. Also Hotstar subscription is not activated. @BSNL_MH

@BSNLCorporate Sir, you are factually incorrect. The problem is not resolved. I have selected lover plan as BSNL official told me to do so, because the infrastructure of BSNL is not capable to provide the desired internet speed. Still I'm using 100mbps plan and I'm hardly getting 40mbps speed.

@BSNLCorporate ye kya bakwas hai jab BSNL ne automiatically mera plan change kiya to koi call nhi aur na hi koi visit. Complaint kiya to bhi koi relply na hi koi solution. horrible service. i will surrender this connection. better to go for other service.

@verma_tilak @rsprasad Detto here... But I changed to Airtel. Since then I am having peace of mind. You better change it. Nobody can help you when it comes to BSNL and its services. The sooner the better for you.

Even while my Data is off,Popups are showing up mentioning that a few bytes have been used and you are charged for few Paise to Rupees.I have taken up the matter with @BSNL Mobile India (Company) but as usual, they are least bothered. STOP SMS to 1925 not working @Trai @DoT_India

I am using Fibre Premium in BSNL, it's been a month and still I can't access hotstar premium included within the pack. We have contacted to service provider and they are giving another service provider number, it's going like a loop. Give me a solution @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN

Sir, I got new BSNL Bharat fibernet connection on 11th June 2021. But last 20 days my Router showing (LOS) LOSS signal. So I unable to use Internet. I complaint several time to Customer Care, but till now not resolved my problem. Bad service and not responding properly @BSNL_TN.

I am Swapnajit Mishra. I am from Sankarakhol Dist Kandhamal State Odisha 762019. in our locality there will be no internet connection and also no Mobile tower. There is a Bsnl tower and the Internet is 2G so the internet is not working properly. The students are suffered.

@BSNL_KTK Your broadband is down for more than 4 hours now, when I called your Honavar office, staff told me nobody told you to choose our broadband. Is this the kind of customer service you provide now a days? Shame on you BSNL for treating your customers like this.
