I have selected lover plan as BSNL official told me to do so, because the infrastructure of BSNL is not capable to provide the desired internet speed. Still I'm using 100mbps plan and I'm hardly getting 40mbps speed.

Why? Coz ur 4G signal vanishes abruptly & only 'E' or no data signal is available. Such is the status of BSNL's service.
