@BSNLCorporate please help, I have opted ₹999 BSNL Bharat fibre plan and as per plan I should get 150 MBPS speed but I am getting only 30 to 40 MBPS. Telephone No. 02113-222934. Also Hotstar subscription is not activated. @BSNL_MH

@BSNLCorporate Sir, you are factually incorrect. The problem is not resolved. I have selected lover plan as BSNL official told me to do so, because the infrastructure of BSNL is not capable to provide the desired internet speed. Still I'm using 100mbps plan and I'm hardly getting 40mbps speed.

@JioCare I have applied many times to port my jio connection from jio app but anyone has not called me sir please help me to port my Bsnl connection to my jio connection sir I can't trust on any shop they take our I'd and sell duplicate sim so I can't trust on local retailers

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_PB @rsprasad this is really unacceptable every month 5-7 days bsnl broadband FTTH compltly goes down/speed slows down and nobody takes action on this for couple of days.Atleast if customer is registering complaint he should get call from BSNL technical team.
