@BSNLCorporate please help, I have opted ₹999 BSNL Bharat fibre plan and as per plan I should get 150 MBPS speed but I am getting only 30 to 40 MBPS. Telephone No. 02113-222934. Also Hotstar subscription is not activated. @BSNL_MH

@BSNLCorporate Sir, you are factually incorrect. The problem is not resolved. I have selected lover plan as BSNL official told me to do so, because the infrastructure of BSNL is not capable to provide the desired internet speed. Still I'm using 100mbps plan and I'm hardly getting 40mbps speed.

@BSNL_RJ @BSNLCorporate Very poor customer service by BSNL for broadband. Today I filed compliant for low net speed. On resolution they totally stopped my internet and said me to wait for 3 days. Is BSNL going to give me refund for these days??

@ZeeNews Because they are not having multiple operator like it India. jio,Airtel, Vodafone,idea,bsnl. They have only 2 or 3 Operator. BSNL SHOULD ALSO get privatisation. Because they are not working properly
