    @BSNLCorporate please help, I have opted ₹999 BSNL Bharat fibre plan and as per plan I should get 150 MBPS speed but I am getting only 30 to 40 MBPS. Telephone No. 02113-222934. Also Hotstar subscription is not activated. @BSNL_MH

    @BSNLCorporate Sir, you are factually incorrect. The problem is not resolved. I have selected lover plan as BSNL official told me to do so, because the infrastructure of BSNL is not capable to provide the desired internet speed. Still I'm using 100mbps plan and I'm hardly getting 40mbps speed.

    @Uday021266 @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH From more than 15 days, I'm facing the issue, I've tried many times to contact bsnl customer care but the number get disconnected many times. It's nothing but consumer harassment.

    @BSNLCorporate @mbmclass1990 At BSNL..there is NO BIG Problem, there are millions of LITTLE.. LITTLE... LITTLE problems at BSNL. Consumers gradually learn to work around their own problems..BSNL does not care.

    @pravesh814 BSNL is the worst Fiber bb provider. Bandar ke gale me moti ki mala. Lacks skill and knowledge to operate bb. Full of illiterate technical staff. But teevr to dekho, bat bat me strike.

    @BSNLCorporate My BSNL SIM is having issues with sending messages because of SMSC option not available, and i tried with different phone, issue is the same in all phones, i can't send message. I told customer care exe. but they aren't providing any solutions.

    @SanvikaAbhishek @publictvnews Using bsnl... Most of the time 2g network sometimes 3g... When power goes network will be down, no dg or battery backup... No official staff to look after exchange...kept an pvt individual who is technically zero... Still geographically network of any company is zero...

    @airtelindia if you ever pester me with recharge messages again I'll just shift to BSNL . I don't need your stupid fk garbage 4G internet which doesn't connect nor your unlimited calls so I'm not paying for it if you're going to stop outgoing and incoming too after 28 days.
