    @Uday021266 @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH From more than 15 days, I'm facing the issue, I've tried many times to contact bsnl customer care but the number get disconnected many times. It's nothing but consumer harassment.

    @BSNLCorporate Sir, you are factually incorrect. The problem is not resolved. I have selected lover plan as BSNL official told me to do so, because the infrastructure of BSNL is not capable to provide the desired internet speed. Still I'm using 100mbps plan and I'm hardly getting 40mbps speed.

    @BSNLCorporate please help, I have opted ₹999 BSNL Bharat fibre plan and as per plan I should get 150 MBPS speed but I am getting only 30 to 40 MBPS. Telephone No. 02113-222934. Also Hotstar subscription is not activated. @BSNL_MH

    @BSNLCorporate SI DM'ed yuo. still no resolution. instead of 8 Mbps i get 1 Mbps and upload must be 8 Mbps but I get 0.04 mbps. For 2 weeks and more issue is not resolved. multiple complaints have been closed by BSNL team without providing any resolution WHY? this is last time, else I quit BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate Till now no solution. How many days i will have to wait, after few days, will be completing a month since i lodged my complaint. Can someone #bsnl #help me? Kindly don't send me bill for the month of may2021 as service was highly irregular

    @BSNL_KOTD its unfortunate. I choose bsnl over others. And now bsnl do not serve properly. Your customer care number is never contacted. In night your service almost ok. But in day time its pathetic. latency is very high, speed is very low. Please resolve my problem.

    Dear @BSNLCorporate We used to have a landline few years ago i got disconnected from your end and the number was alloted to another person. How can we get the deposite refund? Because evry time I visit to the BSNL office they dont seems to be in a mood to help. #PleaseHelp #BSNL
