I have selected lover plan as BSNL official told me to do so, because the infrastructure of BSNL is not capable to provide the desired internet speed. Still I'm using 100mbps plan and I'm hardly getting 40mbps speed.

Aseem Agrawal (@AgrawalAseem) reported@Wise Please update your advice to take international SIM for BSNL for IR pack. Now if you have BSNL international SIM then it will not work abroad. Rather you have to carry the normal SIM only. I am facing this issue right now.

Wi-Fi hotspots would be added within each Gram Panchayat to deliver that last stretch of connectivity. But BBNL lacked field staff, customer-facing systems, or day-to-day maintenance machinery. This is why the Cabinet approved merging BBNL into BSNL in 2022.

I removed jio many months ago switched to Local broadband and Bsnl. Bsnl got down 2-3 time in month and even some time it doesn't happen.

Internet down, call technician, fixed in 10 mins unless any maintenance issue. If not fixed, directly call JE or AE, they'll get it fixed immediately. Once for an issue, JE, AE and 3 technicians came home to check.

J Madhavan (@madhavan_j1949) reported@BSNL_CHTD As usual BSNL WIFI LINE WENT OFF TODAY,1 st July 2026 . It's a recurring problem for our land line- wifi 044 24891826. Regular BSNL not so effective. They don't respond for complaints. Check your rrcords reg. Ourwifi complaint so date.
