    @BSNLCorporate Sir, you are factually incorrect. The problem is not resolved. I have selected lover plan as BSNL official told me to do so, because the infrastructure of BSNL is not capable to provide the desired internet speed. Still I'm using 100mbps plan and I'm hardly getting 40mbps speed.

    @BSNLCorporate please help, I have opted ₹999 BSNL Bharat fibre plan and as per plan I should get 150 MBPS speed but I am getting only 30 to 40 MBPS. Telephone No. 02113-222934. Also Hotstar subscription is not activated. @BSNL_MH

    @Uday021266 @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH From more than 15 days, I'm facing the issue, I've tried many times to contact bsnl customer care but the number get disconnected many times. It's nothing but consumer harassment.

    @BSNL_GJ @BSNLCorporate I just hope GoI take decision to privatize BSNL soon so that lethargic people like you can be fired. Horrible service, pathetic customer care experience and always resolve issue without resolution. 1mbps for 10mbps plan!

    @bsnlrajasthan @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ I have facing problem with BSNL broadband from last 2 months and complaint to department in average every 3 days. today I got a call from technician to provide a man for change cable. Is this a right system to go edge.

    @BSNL_BR About what Improvement you are Talking about ??? Do you have any Idea about your failure to Provide even 2G level of Internet in 5G era ? Imagine a customer is Travelling with bsnl SIM and gets no INTERNET msg in mobile! killing of all d possibilities to Work and live there ! 👎
