  I have complained regarding telephone 7 times in 1 month but still no solution. When I complain, the complaint is resolved within 12 hours but the problem remains the same. I am very angry with the service of BSNL and our local provider. @BSNL_GJ @BSNLCorporate @BharatFibreFTTH

  I went there myself and saw it. Hey it's full 3G network. Oh, and in my own city, the 3G network goes off again and again and it goes to 4-5 Days pass slowly. Hi in my home town there are two bsnl network within 3 km please fix my problem.

  @BSNLCorporate My name is Sourav Patra, I live in North 24 Parganas, Bachra Mohanpur 743456, I have a bsnl connection to do online classes but i am not getting network ok(3G) but i have repeatedly called customer care but no solution. But in another city near me network full I went there myself

  @timesofindia Well tell on PSU which has outstanding customer experience. Out of courtesy I used to have BSNL broadband connection till 2019 in fully urbanised bangalore area as my back up. Every time connection goes down they used to take 20 days to restore and charge full amount
