    @BSNLCorporate Dear Sir, problem is for 120 employee who are working in Bihar jharkhand call center. they are not getting minimum wages, ESIC or PF facility, company does not have labor licence. not following covid guideline. Pramod and BSNL employee (amit and Rajiv ) they are operating.

    @BSNLCorporate bsnl fiber connection is the worst in tura region of Meghalaya, you people have the tendancy to disconnect the Internet services for long hours, and there is no proper customer service as wellas the no wont connect You always charge in full but never gives refund

    BSNL land line service is becoming worse day by day. Even fault repair has been outsourced, with worse response. My landline is dead and complaint to even divisional heads brings no remedy. High time all of us leave BSNL and go to others.

    @sickularhuman2 @TheAgeOfBanana Are you sure also the public sector those were privatised were running on loss? What about BSNL? Was it not pushed to loss to promote Jio? If there is problem then govt's shd rectify faults and making sure it function properly. You can not say we are selling bcoz of bribe.

    Never buy anything from @10digiapp Their executives first lie, then they don't pick up calls to follow up They lie and deliver your sim which will not work Their executive said that BSNL sim will work, while since very past 1st 2 days, their are no towers Disgusting

    @Sud_1StepForwrd @Abhinav_Pan The PSUs are slow poisoned to make them look BIMAAR. ONGC is a great example, BSNL was not allowed to compete, they got 4G license just a while back & not long back these were Maharatna PSU having thousand crores of cash in their balance sheet ?? Same is BPCL, HPCL..list is long

    @codershivam136 @vivekch03071349 No doubt BSNL is good, even if I get a single bar of 3G network that too by chance, its speed is actually good! Just wish to get its 3G/4G full network as soon as possible across the Country.

    @BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate Requested for a new BSNL Prepaid connection, gave my Aadhaar card details and did all formalities but the request was rejected for no reason. In this way BSNL will never ever flourish. @TRAI is this deliberately done to promote pvt.operaters?
