@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL @cgmbsnlkerala my home landline done for week#3 . The local BSNL office says they have no supplies of cables or spares and hence cannot help! # poor customer experience # bsnlkerala. If this is the apathy shown to customers then please do not promise fibre!shame

@hiren1618 Beta...all done yesterday i got a call from BSNL.ALL ISSUE RESOLVED. There is always a way to get things from BSNL.But it won't make me break my 25 years relationship with our BSNL. Hatts off @BsnlCmd

@BSNL_HP @BSNLCorporate never ever trust bsnl. It's since 2 months of installation of bharat fibre ,my land line number is not working. BSNL promise to give free landline calls but only internet is working. I tried to talk local provider, they ignore and don't care of landline.

@BSNLMeghalaya @BSNLMeghalaya They are not bothered if the customer is facing issue,. 1. To recharge we always have to visit the bsnl office. They said i cannot recharge by myself.

3 So my money is wasted, Because obviously you don't care slightest to even care about your customers to even give them a direct way to connect with you. If this is your companies customer support reach ability then it's worst then BSNL and MTNL Combine and that says a lot

@BSNL_OR my internet connection to 06712952787 is not restored after payment of dues at bsnl portal. It is pending for completing the committed order for reconnection at ITPC Kolkata. Please help me. Children depend on it for their study.
