Feels like Jio is no longer competing with Airtel or VI, but with BSNL now. Extremely poor network quality, frequent call drops, and unreliable internet have made daily communication a headache. This level of service is simply unacceptable in 2026. @ViCustomerCare

For each subscriber disconnection due to bad customer service, BSNL has to payback Rs. 1 lac to government as a penalty. Hard earned Public money is going waste in the form capital infusion to BSNL.

@BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care My BSNL SIM does not have VoLTE service enabled yet. I am unable to use HD voice and proper call connectivity. Kindly activate VoLTE on my number at the earliest or let me know the required steps to enable it.
