@sushantsareen Alll govt PSU's except BSNL and Air-India are way under staffed than their private counterparts. e.g. Canara Bank has 88000 employee for 10,000+ branches with 18 crore customer base and HDFC Bank has 120000 employees for 5000+ branches with only 5 crore+ customer base

I have another BSNL FTH which works fine.But this particular service provided by third party from BSNL always the service is down..I will take necessary legal action in the consumer court if the problem keeps going on

Finally called 1503 from another area and lodged complaint, the complaint resolved in 5 hrs. However Thanks @BSNL_MH for not responding. #BSNL #Maharashtra #Poorservices
