    @BSNL_CHTD @BSNLCorporate My BB and phone 044 22290026 went out of order last month and it took BSNL four days to even attend to the complaint. Now it is Day 2 of Complaint No. 129156113692 for this month. Still to be attended. Super service! 😡

    @BSNLCorporate Got a call from the local bsnl office stating the cause of failure of network , thanks fro the prompt reply ,kindly try to maintain the proper backup fro the power supply so that the customers might not have to face the outage of network services.

    @HinduSaver @INCIndia BSNL doomed due to arrogance and not providing service. At time when 25-30 different people were colaborating for nationwide connectivity, they had tower along with every post office for telephone and telegram transfer

    @BSNLCorporate i had applied for ftth upgradation request for my existing broadband ref no : 9000663692 on 10 aug 2022 , till now there is no response from your side, I had already contacted customer care but no resolution, aise bsnl barbad nahi hua?

    5G service started in early in India. but 4G service not given govt owned BSNL. Private telecom is started 5G but bsnl only in 3G what is this logic? Union govt will bring to come 5G in bsnl
