    Some people were saying that ISRO will go in BSNL way if private parties get involved. BSNL became **** due to it's own incompetency, lethargic attitude and lack of new ideas/innovation.

    @bsnl_care There is no power backup in the substation of BSNL power goes of the broadband is also going off and it will function after the power is charge I am very sorry for the BSNL service in my location if there is an emergency it will face difficulty

    Need genuine advice from people living in rural/semi-rural areas. First I installed Jio AirFiber full range everywhere, but internet speed was almost useless most of the time. Then I switched to BSNL fiber speed is actually very good, but the wire cable keeps breaking every few days and the local team fixes it whenever they feel like it. Airtel Fiber and Jio Fiber wired service are not available in my area. So what’s the actual solution for someone who genuinely needs fast and stable internet for work? Any real alternatives? #Internet #BSNL #JioAirFiber

    Customer care promised complaint updates via SMS — nothing received. No response. No accountability. Complaint magically closed. Meanwhile other telecom operators work perfectly fine in the same area. This is exactly why people are leaving BSNL. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH
