@mcshivanisen We have 3 providers in India. IDEA ( every year thinks of stopping their service) , Airtel and JIO. BSNL hardly has any market share. If you want to understand what happens to Telecom when where is no competition, UAE is a good example. They have 2 ( DU and Ethisalat)

It is showing your number is not linked with bsnl! Sir i wanted to add 398₹ pack in my plan. Iam willing to pay, but your platform even not recognising my number. Your representative from 123 just disconnected my call in middle.i never experienced this kind of service in jio.
