sam123456 (@sam123456noxx) reported@swarajk_ I went to a BSNL office a year ago to resolve a landline closure issue. 8 people sitting idle , not a single chap wanted to answer query and wanted me to wait until someone comes all of them paid 50-80k/month each , in private telecom two people paid 20k would do more work
