@DoT_India My BSNL number 9123329034 is facing very slow internet service. Inspite of several complaints no constructive steps have as yet been taken. BSNL Kolkata is taking an abnormally long time to start 4G service at Baghajatin G Block.

@shirishag75 @fukfukfukra @ramanmann1974 Again the mistake of not looking at the history. You want to talk about broadband speeds - let us compare what BSNL / MTNL provides with what Airtel provides. BSNL service is one of the costliest per Mbps speed, and one of the crappiest. Compare like with like

@airtelindia The most Pathetic internet service ever. I just did MNP to Airtel from BSNL. I tried to download 10mb app from app store & it got stucked at 99% & consumed my whole 1.5gb of data & took 5mins to completely download & install it. I also use VI and is far better.

@BSNLCorporate Guys stop stopping services when not recharged within a week , does that make any sense if bsnl is secondary sim and customer may want to recharge in a cyclic manner and the moment u hold svcs ,Its a big No from customer .

@BSNLCorporate we are (585326) Aurad (b) facing network issues since yesterday and till now it not yet restored and the speed I purchased till now I didn't get it I'm facing the speed problem since I installed BSNL broadband 3 months ago.
