  @BSNL_HYDBA @BSNLCorporate Hi actually we have taken bsnl ftth connection and it generated bill on 2nd of NOV 2025 but no invoice is generated and when asked with customer care he said no bill will be provided and need to pay with out bill.

  @BSNLCorporate @bsnlc BSNL network in Indore is not stable, sometimes it switches to 4G automatically and sometimes 3G comes on, I have complained many times but there is no improvement. How can BSNL support you in such a situation?

  I recently ported from Jio to BSNL. I lodged a complaint on 25 Sept 2025 regarding very very poor internet connectivity right in downtown Bengaluru. Docket No. is I251462113453. It was simply closed on 26 Sept! Very recalcitrant. Don't know what to do

  @InvestorOfJAMMU After its bankruptcy and inefficiency of BSNL, There will only be two big players: Jio & Airtel. Due to no other competitors, they will monopolized the whole telcom service sector.
