    @BSNLCorporate It appears BSNL Ayodhya has decided not to attend complaints of my phone no 05278-220588 which is lying dead for last more than three months. What a poor state of affairs. May God bless officials of BSNL and it's consumers.

    The article says -"Last year, BSNL had developed and implemented a new software update in their system to convert their existing landline number to fiber category. BSNL customers wanting to migrate can place their requests at the nearest BSNL customer service centre" Is it true?

    @BSNL_BR I did recharge on my number at 10th December .at that day internet and calling worked well.but from next day.the network has gone.and show no service.I gave written application to BSNL Company Bagh to resolve the issue on 16th December ,but they can't resolve my prblm

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR from last 8 days applied for bsnl fiber at bsnl office only they reply after 2 days your connection will be installed, they unable to provide service this is the reason why other telecom companies make profit and bsnl faces loss.

    I have been facing frequent speed drops in my BSNL fiber since the time it was installed, once I complain they fix it for sometime but then again I face speed drops, it's been 4 months and there is no permanent fix for this, Plz look into this. @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL connection in my locality is poor... Weak signals and very low connection speed.. In earlier it was better..but now PATHETIC!! @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL
