Ref: My BSNL FTTH Service ID is 04142-215580. The router status confirms a backend issue: PON light is solid GREEN, but the WAN light is OFF. This has been the case for the entire outage. Please escalate this for immediate resolution. #BSNLDown

These recurring failures point to a serious underlying issue, possibly with the power backup at the local BSNL exchange or the stability of the backbone fiber link. We need more than just a temporary fix this time.

@BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care you can't almost get service in other states this is a guarantee from BSNL. 1) If you are from a state and you want to buy a new sim in another state, you can't buy sim directly from your aadhaar card. 2) if you want a replacement of sim, No chance❌❌

What operator is one supposed to use really?@reliancejio has weird daily data plans that don't suit me so need to switch. Have @airtelindia as secondary but no network at my place. Vodafone is dead. BSNL no clue

@IndianTechGuide BSNL to launch 5G in Delhi & Mumbai by Dec 2025. Better late than never — but with Jio & Airtel far ahead, BSNL must prove speed & quality or risk being irrelevant in the 5G race.

Stinks and they damn care about it because they know that the only available other option is almost the same. Mai bharat sarkar se desh ki janta ki ore se appeal karta hu ki bsnl ki services competitive banayi jaaye tatha tata indicom aircel jaisi companies ko punah jaagrit kiya

This is what I get... And the irony is, you can't be able to reopen the same ticket, once it is set to resolved by the BSNL team without any solution. You can't reach to the network team or any escalation matrix...
