    @BSNLCorporate What are you talking about? My cousin got a connection yesteryear of bsnl broadband and after few days due to slow connection cancelled it. I , myself, had a connection 12 years ago. But after 1 year i had to cancel it.

    Worst Customer service provided by @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_upeast Try to add account into selfservice portal since month but customer service keeps saying that call tomorrow as server is not responding or down. Always seniors are not available #BSNL #customersupport #UttarPradesh

    @neelshah14 No it isnt, you just pay for corruption in the form of higher pricing. Ofcourse you are a privileged middle class dude with no sense of economic justice so u support anyway Read on how Air India, BSNL, ONGC were deliberately sabotaged
