    @BSNL_UPEast Hampering network means bsnl. @JM_Scindia plz change name of bsnl to PSNL. Drop name B for Bharat. These engineers need bulldozer treatment. No network since morning.

    @diveshkumar786 1) BSNL sim should be 5G Ready as tower conversion to 4G is ongoing 2) You will still receive MTNL signal as In-Dolphin (3G) or 40439 (4G) 3) Signals will show as Roaming 4) Reception varies at large depending upon the area, location (indoor/outdoor)

    @bsnl_care @BSNL_HR R Sir/Madam, I am a BSNL FTTH customer from Panipat, Haryana, and my fiber internet connection (FTTH No: 01802971795) is out of order since many days. I am also not able to register my complaints through the BSNL helpline as old complaint stand unresolved.

    URGENT @BSNLCorporate My BSNL SIM suddenly lost all network 1 hour ago. Active recharge is present, and other BSNL SIMs are working fine in the exact same location. Already tried restarting, manual network search, & swapping devices—nothing works. Please refresh backend profile.

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India I am being harrased by BSNL CSC Balichak for upgrading my prepaid BSNL number to postpaid. They have shut down the prepaid almost 24 hour ago and did not activate postpaid. BSNL PGRMS Case: BSNL-WB-2026-CU-05191779189511

    @SpBagalkote BSNL network is very poor even 112 help line does not receive updates due to network issues.
