    Very poor service by bsnl, i dont know how to recharge online, money deducted still no recharge, no refund, even customer support always busy. I dont know what i do.

    BSNL employees are themselves to blame for this situation Never Ever work as any business employee always treat themselves as Govt Babu Working for Bribes at the cost of customers is the norm till today

    Very poor service by bsnl. I recharged my mobile no from bsnl app but amount deduct but show error no recharge done no amount refund I don't know what i do @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia

    @BSNLCorporate I receive BSNL network in other locations, but there is no network in my hometown, even though the BSNL tower is just 500 meters away. Kindly resolve the issue with the Dhamdhama BSNL tower as soon as possible. @bsnl_care

    @JM_Scindia BSNL always shows how inefficient can it be. I had placed a connection request online 2 weeks ago and following up through customer care for at least 7 times. Absolutely no response, except assurances.

    Hi @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_JKD I have been a loyal BSNL user for over 1.5 years, but I am facing severe network issues recently. The signal disappears completely at times (No Signal / No Service), making it impossible to make calls or use data. 📍 Location: Tandwa, Jharkhand- 825321

    @AnnuInfo Killing the business to help corporate...bsnl and mtnl have so much potential soany people trusted their service untill 2013.. All govt employees used bsnl and mtnl and network was best compared to private players.

    @CSAssam_ .@BSNLCorporate could not repair the landline connection at my place (Bokakhat, Near Tesco Resort) for last 6-7 years due to lack of cable wires. BSNL is the worst and most unreliable telecommunication network.

    @JioCare I am listening this from last 16 days,do you think customer as fool. BSNL is better than Jio.atleast they come on ground and look for the issue.
