    Very poor service by bsnl, i dont know how to recharge online, money deducted still no recharge, no refund, even customer support always busy. I dont know what i do.

    Very poor service by bsnl. I recharged my mobile no from bsnl app but amount deduct but show error no recharge done no amount refund I don't know what i do @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia

    @ProfMKay Yes, their ISDN were like today's broadband. Infact VSNL was the only internet provider in the country at that time, others like Satyam, Wipro's Netkracker came later. BSNL too offered an internet service using landline.

    @Airtel_Presence Unable to make calls to landphone numbers, evenif we make the receiver accnot hear our voice. The issue just with Airtel, when I tried from other operator its worked. Its from the long time, I was trying to call BSNL landphone nos. DM my Airtel number for ref.
