BSNL employees are themselves to blame for this situation Never Ever work as any business employee always treat themselves as Govt Babu Working for Bribes at the cost of customers is the norm till today

Very poor service by bsnl. I recharged my mobile no from bsnl app but amount deduct but show error no recharge done no amount refund I don't know what i do @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia

@BaluGorade not 'what', ask 'who?'.. yeah its me Even Phonepe/Gpay not working with the network. I was using BSNL for 2 years. Even Fibrenet no one responsible for disconnection related issues.

@BaluGorade Network Quality!! Price wise as of now BSNL ok But Not even 4G getting properly anywhere and sometime loosing connectivity And yes prices are very high in Airtel that is also not acceptable price for middle class 299/- price is too much in Airtel for 28days

@BaluGorade Network for one. Saving ₹300 a quarter is actually expensive if it costs you hours of downtime or missed OTPs. The market has priced in the governance gap perfectly. Jio/Airtel also have their own issues. If BSNL sorted all their shortcomings what could be better than people’s own company.

@BaluGorade Network only stopping us to switch into BSNL. Add the #nexus. Shopkeepers can't avail BSNL or Vi sims.

@DrNimoYadav Sir what can we do if we use bsnl As every one know that bsnl has biggest network issue. If you want then also you can't stay with bsnl it's irritating service. If company it's self don't want to clear it's issue then how people can chose it ,?
