    Very poor service by bsnl. I recharged my mobile no from bsnl app but amount deduct but show error no recharge done no amount refund I don't know what i do @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia

    Very poor service by bsnl, i dont know how to recharge online, money deducted still no recharge, no refund, even customer support always busy. I dont know what i do.

    @LabourMinistry Our contractor is panthar security services, address 153/4 Jessore road, Kolkata 700074. We are working in BSNL Calcutta telephone, posted as security at Behala telephone office from more than 10 years but from 2020 payment is due and we complaint many times but no action taken.

    Other telecom companies are testing to bring 5g quickly and here 3g internet of @BSNLCorporate is running worse than 2g. Means 10 mb file is taking about 15 minutes to download. Very poor service from BSNL. 😒Address: mahendra nagar gayasuddinpur t.p nagar dhoomanganj prayagraj

    I have activated bsnl prepaid mobile international roaming facility before leaving India to visit USA. But upon landing in USA I don't get the cell one international network and not able to use mobile. Request help

    @BSNL_PB I am proudly using BSNL last 22 years. But last few months data speed in specialy in Heart city of Punjab (Ludhiana) are going very low on 2g network. No one work on it to grow again. So at last I escalate this issue of BSNL Ludhiana.
