    Very poor service by bsnl. I recharged my mobile no from bsnl app but amount deduct but show error no recharge done no amount refund I don't know what i do @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia

    BSNL employees are themselves to blame for this situation Never Ever work as any business employee always treat themselves as Govt Babu Working for Bribes at the cost of customers is the norm till today

    Very poor service by bsnl, i dont know how to recharge online, money deducted still no recharge, no refund, even customer support always busy. I dont know what i do.

    @bsnl_care How many months to be patience? Better need to switch network for more patience. When will bsnl fix tower issue ?? First fix ups and then build new tower.

    Dear @JioCare, my JioFiber broadband was down from last evening. When I called at 8 PM, I was told customer support doesn’t operate beyond 8 PM. In today’s world, internet is an essential service—support should be available 24×7. Yes, the fault was finally fixed after 10 AM today, but by then the two FIFA World Cup quarterfinals at 2:30 AM and 6:30 AM were long over. A delayed repair is of little value when the event you needed the service for has already passed. Seriously considering porting to Airtel Fibre or BSNL Fibre. They may have outages too, but at least they don’t claim to offer the best customer service while leaving customers without support overnight.

    @BSNLCorporate Poor service is one thing, but making customers jump through unnecessary hoops to leave is even worse. If this is how BSNL treats its customers, don't be surprised when people switch to other providers. Do better. #BSNL #PoorService #CustomerRights

    I don't understand what can we do if bsnl fibernet do like this often. In tiruvallur it's always a pain 1. No response from bsnl office people 2. The support casually says wait for 24 hours and additionally saying YOU HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_TN

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Value is, you get refund after a year with lot of follow ups. Benefits are you are not given rebate if network is down for more than 5 days. This is bsnl broadband where I have experienced in the last decade.

    Dear BSNL Team, I am using a BSNL Fiber (WiFi) connection, but my internet keeps disconnecting again and again. I have tried contacting the customer care multiple times, but no one answers the calls @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ @BSNL_TN

    @BSNLEmployees BSNL can again become best mobile and landline service provider but I don't know it is bsnl itself that is damaging it's image. No marketing and business strategy.
