    Very poor service by bsnl, i dont know how to recharge online, money deducted still no recharge, no refund, even customer support always busy. I dont know what i do.

    Very poor service by bsnl. I recharged my mobile no from bsnl app but amount deduct but show error no recharge done no amount refund I don't know what i do @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia

    Dear Modi ji, customers should not be charged on a prepaid basis for services that are not properly delivered. BSNL users are facing prolonged network and data issues despite repeated complaints. @PMOIndia @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India #BSNL #ConsumerRights #NetworkIssue

    @JioCare Received Service Restoration Message just now. Thanks for resolution. However please improve on customer service as 24 hours outage is big concern. We don’t want to go back to BSNL era.
