    Very poor service by bsnl. I recharged my mobile no from bsnl app but amount deduct but show error no recharge done no amount refund I don't know what i do @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia

    BSNL employees are themselves to blame for this situation Never Ever work as any business employee always treat themselves as Govt Babu Working for Bribes at the cost of customers is the norm till today

    Very poor service by bsnl, i dont know how to recharge online, money deducted still no recharge, no refund, even customer support always busy. I dont know what i do.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPE this is the router given by bsnl money taken 3000 and the maximum retail price is 2400 don't know where the extra money goes and also this is very old device it doesn't support 5ghz wifi speed setting i have only 2.5 ghz speed option on wifi.

    @BSNLCorporate why cinema plus service is not available to air fibre customer? This service must be available to all the bsnl customers.

    The Ookla's service timed out when running a speed test because the internet did not "respond" as fast to it which says a lot about "value for money". Please note that I've been a BSNL customer for a long time now and if things go this way, I'll be forced to reconsider.

    @BSNLCorporate Ph no. 03324648984 is not working for klast 15 days. Dockets are closed without resiolving the problem. Do you want us to surrender this landline. Unprofessional and worst service from BSNL in kolkata.

    @BSNLCorporate @DepakJoshi Anyone with half a brain and experience with bsnl’s porting service know that what you have just said is a blunt lie! Stop wasting everyone’s time and go fix your porting system so we can all shift to Jio or airtel.
