    Very poor service by bsnl, i dont know how to recharge online, money deducted still no recharge, no refund, even customer support always busy. I dont know what i do.

    Very poor service by bsnl. I recharged my mobile no from bsnl app but amount deduct but show error no recharge done no amount refund I don't know what i do @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 I'M from Lakshmisagar,Bankura,West Bengal-722160.Whenever there is a power cut in this locality,BSNL network shuts down immediately and the signal comes back at least 25 minutes after the power supply comes back.Such kind of network disruption is going on since last 5 months.

    @bsnl_care fibre grid down, since 17th sep afternoon, complaint raised in 17 th evening .. told by local bsnl employee at 9 am sorry n 18th that services were disrupted due to shifting of tel exchange and should be restored by 12pm, called again at 5 pm and was told the team is working tirelessly and service will be restored sometime during the night..its 19th morning and still no service..🙏🙏 we have to work for a living ! So please do the needful 🙏

    @BSNL_CHTD bro you want me to just die or what??its been one month that bsnl broadband is not working at night,no proper customer service your task has been assigned to such such person with a phone number which is not in use.Give the procedure to cancel the service.😑😑😑😑

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR Every movement I had recived Msgs as BSNL 4G is operative in area. But sorry to inform you that I have two SIM of BSNl, but signal is not available even in open area of PIN 804425. Kindly improve the signal strength for clear communication. Regards.

    @TelecomTalk My bsnl story. I bought it in 2022 I guess, line was small 3-4 ppls mostly. The company sucks, I never got 4g in terrace or 1 st floor or any locality also I barely used the Sim for 3 - 4 days, I don't know where it is now. Highly disappointing experience h+ 3g also pathetic😝😔

    @Ravisutanjani I was in a basement of large SBI building yesterday. Only Jio had network surprisingly, not BSNL, Not Vodafone.
