Very poor service by bsnl. I recharged my mobile no from bsnl app but amount deduct but show error no recharge done no amount refund I don't know what i do @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia

BSNL employees are themselves to blame for this situation Never Ever work as any business employee always treat themselves as Govt Babu Working for Bribes at the cost of customers is the norm till today

@BSNL_KTK You people can't even provide proper service to 1 customer!! Unfortunately i have no other option than to use BSNL!! It's been 1.5 weeks now and not a single person has come to solve the issue.

@suncityprojects There is an acute problem of Mobile/internet connectivity in E block Suncity, Rewari.There is no legitimate Internet service provider like Airtel, BSNL in that area and mobile phones don't work at all (especially inside homes).

I work in an IT company and currently working from home and need a stable internet connection. Right now I am using @airtelindia 4g mobile data to access the internet to raise this issue on twitter because I am sure that nobody responds to the complaints raised on bsnl selfcare

@BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate Worst Customer Care & Worst Service. Recharge amount deducted twice yesterday but still there is nothing got added up. Waiting from yesterday & still team says to wait! It's high time, need to port from BSNL to other n/w. 5 SIM's in family, will port all of them.

@BSNL_OR This is to complaint here that,the SDO Office,BSNL at CDA Cuttack-753014 is not attending Complaints promptly resulting inconveniences. I have told him for replacement of Our Landline SET which is not working since last more than 15 days,but it has not yet been REPLACED.

@hg_unknown @BSNLCorporate Same here at my side. Download speed is slow. BSNl replied me in DM on 6th of December that they will replace modem and till now no action has been taken. Quality of service is also poor. More than 36 hour they shut down internet services on FTTH last sunday and monday. +1

@PIB_India I was given a Complaint to @BSNLCorporate for call drops and low internet speed for 3G network then I received a call from the local BSNL office and the person saying that in my area a tower is required. To avoid call drops he suggested that I need to use the 2G network.
