    Very poor service by bsnl. I recharged my mobile no from bsnl app but amount deduct but show error no recharge done no amount refund I don't know what i do @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia

    @rohit_jswl Then get 2nd number from BSNL just for calling purposes. And keep your primary connection on Jio network. Recharge occasionally to avoid disconnection. If you already have Wi-Fi

    @BSNLCorporate Sir Don't u think any amount of money frm Tata or anyone else pumped in, can improve the bad health of BSNL until & unless it improves services to its consumers At present its service is HOPELESS Another way out is large scale removal of ill educated employees

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR @bsnl_care BSNL's broadband services have deteriorated over the years. Their services were satisfactory earlier, but as the competition has grown they are offering their worst services. No internet since yesterday in Kendriya Vihar, Bhubaneswar.
