    Very poor service by bsnl. I recharged my mobile no from bsnl app but amount deduct but show error no recharge done no amount refund I don't know what i do @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia

    Very poor service by bsnl, i dont know how to recharge online, money deducted still no recharge, no refund, even customer support always busy. I dont know what i do.

    @REDBOXINDIA This could bring stronger connectivity to many underserved areas. A huge capex plan for BSNL’s next-generation network expansion. ₹77,000 crore shows how serious BSNL is about scaling its network. The focus on 4G now with 5G expansion ahead looks promising. 2 lakh new 4G sites would be a major network upgrade.

    It’s been almost 12 days since I raised a complaint with BSNL, yet I still can’t send outgoing SMS and I’m not receiving BSNL Self-Care OTPs. If you can’t fix a basic issue in 10–15 days, why advertise and attract new customers? Fix existing customers’ issues first. @bsnl_care
