    Very poor service by bsnl. I recharged my mobile no from bsnl app but amount deduct but show error no recharge done no amount refund I don't know what i do @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia

    Very poor service by bsnl, i dont know how to recharge online, money deducted still no recharge, no refund, even customer support always busy. I dont know what i do.

    BSNL employees are themselves to blame for this situation Never Ever work as any business employee always treat themselves as Govt Babu Working for Bribes at the cost of customers is the norm till today

    @BSNLCorporate Thanks for information and update i am asking because I am excited about merger. We MTNL Mumbai mobile users also looking for 4 G &5G service. it's only possible if BSNL MTNL merger happened. Where we get updates regarding this. Do you have any idea about this ?

    There is no network in the BSNL Phones in our Area, even Calling is impossible for BSNL phones. @BSNLCorporate @Bsnl_Kashmir

    @BSNLCorporate wrost internet provider I have seen.Staff is very careless.They did not bother about anyone whether customer is happy or not. Local service provider are doing any for there profile bsnl don't care about there customer. I'm very disappointed. @haryanabsnl

    @narendramodi Ji, kindly privatise @BSNLCorporate we at Central Jail Road, Varanasi facing GPRS network problem since a month as they have some card fault in its BTS & still they could not replace it. Local #BSNL office employees always say work in progress. #privatise_bsnl

    @BSNLCorporate Still there is no response from BSNL. @BSNLCorporate If you cant maintain these landline connections terminate all connections. This is pathetic service.

    @jaiminibhatt Hnn agar wo Privatization hogi ho aaesh nhi milegi aur kaam karna padega mai .BSNL customer hu aur har dusre din Broadband work nhi karta hai (Afraid of privatization if you do your best, why???)

    @BSNLCorporate Reminder, my problem has not yet resolved. Im Still sitting near the window to access network. Only dolphin network works BSNL and Cellone 3g doesn't work shows ! Sign Received call from your team on 23rd but problem not solved. Atleast solve this indoor network issue.
