    Very poor service by bsnl, i dont know how to recharge online, money deducted still no recharge, no refund, even customer support always busy. I dont know what i do.

    BSNL employees are themselves to blame for this situation Never Ever work as any business employee always treat themselves as Govt Babu Working for Bribes at the cost of customers is the norm till today

    Very poor service by bsnl. I recharged my mobile no from bsnl app but amount deduct but show error no recharge done no amount refund I don't know what i do @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia

    @printf_vivekj @thea_mercs Im in kerala and i use bsnl here. I get billed including my landline and it is comparatively cheap compared to other service providers. And internet is pretty fast too

    @BSNLCorporate Fed-up with BSNL in sancordem dharbandora Goa. Very slow internet speed from past 1 year and no backup battery. Till no action taken after several complaints.

    @BSNL_OR Sir SDO phones replied, vendor can fix fiber prices according to their intrest, vendor says bsnl not providing any equipment to us we invest more than 6 lakh for getting tender, so we collection 6500/- for new connection, if vendor can fixing the prices why the name is bsnl fiber
