    Very poor service by bsnl. I recharged my mobile no from bsnl app but amount deduct but show error no recharge done no amount refund I don't know what i do @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia

    BSNL employees are themselves to blame for this situation Never Ever work as any business employee always treat themselves as Govt Babu Working for Bribes at the cost of customers is the norm till today

    Very poor service by bsnl, i dont know how to recharge online, money deducted still no recharge, no refund, even customer support always busy. I dont know what i do.

    Hi @BSNLMH_Nagpur @BSNLCorporate what is the procedure to change the name of owner from bsnl wifi bill. Its in my dad’s name i want to change it to my name. I went to BSNL office which is in my town (Umred district Nagpur) but coudnt get the support from them. Kindly Suggest.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPW No 4G network till yet in tourist places like Mathura, Agra and Jhansi Please mention a date, till when we could have BSNL 4G in the places.

    @JioCare attaching my location with this tweet. Here we are facing internet speed issue since 5-6 days and tried to connect with jio care but it is unanswered kind of things. You are now become BSNL no one can file complaint against you. Resolve this issue soon.

    @BSNL_KTK I recently visited Kormangala Exchange Bangalore to get a 4g sim. But the officials there told me that bsnl doesn't offer 4g connection. I went there after looking from internet. Donot know why they turned me back. Please help in this case

    @BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate My BSNL landline No 033-24112980 was completely dead and no service was available between 01.02.2020 to 22.01.2021, vide complaint no. 15340744222. Kindly refund the rent paid by me for the non working period.

    @Airtel_Presence I’m getting required speed around 12 AM till 6 AM after that < 1 mbps. Ur logic is not going to help you to trace out the issue. It’s your tower settings in my area causing the issue. So plz fix at least after 1 year, now I’ve bsnl fiber in my area, so any time I can switch.

    @BSNL_GJ BSNL network is down since afternoon in VADODARA (pin code: 390018) No one is trying to resolve the issue How do we trust the company then Take some quick actions asap.

    @10digiapp I have purchased a BSNL sim yesterday, i am trying to call 1507 to activate the sim but the call is getting dropped, however i am receiving incoming msgs on the no., Kindly help
