    Very poor service by bsnl, i dont know how to recharge online, money deducted still no recharge, no refund, even customer support always busy. I dont know what i do.

    BSNL employees are themselves to blame for this situation Never Ever work as any business employee always treat themselves as Govt Babu Working for Bribes at the cost of customers is the norm till today

    @BSNLCorporate The internet speed provided now is much slower than i used to get in 2010 .We people are suffering but still have hope to get a better network from BSNL. Don't let tgat hope n faith down.. its 2021 at least provide 3g network in with a better speed. Thank you.

    @BSNLCorporate Complaint no. 1053945801, same result. IS THERE ANYTHING WHICH BSNL CAN DO ON TIME CORRECTLY EXCEPT TAKING MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS @CMDBSNL if you have some time please look into this matter

    I choose BSNL instead of Jio fiber but bad services found again bill timely received and paid on same day but no body attend the complain 01334 297874 phone not started and net is not coming for the last 30 hour

    @BSNLCorporate I have BSNL fiber connection and it’s been 3 days since it stopped working. There is no response from the BSNL team on my complaint.

    @BSNL_JKD pathetic service from bsnl in hinoo area of capital city ranchi. Complaint raised with id 16147051682. Frequent disconnection. no reliability. Look into it.

    And the customer care experience is so poor that it seems we have gone back 20 years back when bsnl and mtnl use to have such customer care executives

    @ViCustomerCare I am trying to connect your customer care from last 3 days & I think vi doesn't want to hear more complaints about their network this is my last attempt to do. already registered in past for not connecting any bsnl landline from my number, and still is is same.
