    Very poor service by bsnl. I recharged my mobile no from bsnl app but amount deduct but show error no recharge done no amount refund I don't know what i do @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia

    BSNL employees are themselves to blame for this situation Never Ever work as any business employee always treat themselves as Govt Babu Working for Bribes at the cost of customers is the norm till today

    @PMOIndia @AmitShah Sir BSNL strategic psu don't have OFC cable /BTSs expansion,PP/Bty/infra issues, electric bills non payment,rent non payment,delay in land monetization,Deputatisit top mgmt are decision makers, these only addressed them only PM vision of digital India fulfill.

    Dear @TRAI why BSNL is looting us. I have validity pack and main balance,but they are not sending my port code . I talked with customer care he said I have to recharge with 147₹ then they'll send me code ! Why I need to pay more 147₹ ? Which rule is that pay 147 for Port Code |

    I am up for a better service. Since I am paying for it, doesn't really matter who is providing it, private or public (govt). I would prefer a prompt swift #airtel or #jio over #bsnl .
