    Very poor service by bsnl, i dont know how to recharge online, money deducted still no recharge, no refund, even customer support always busy. I dont know what i do.

    BSNL employees are themselves to blame for this situation Never Ever work as any business employee always treat themselves as Govt Babu Working for Bribes at the cost of customers is the norm till today

    Very poor service by bsnl. I recharged my mobile no from bsnl app but amount deduct but show error no recharge done no amount refund I don't know what i do @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia

    @BSNLCorporate @amazonIN I have done a recharge yesterday which was pending because of some issue with bsnl servers. Now today when i call amazon they are saying call bsnl customer care when i call bsnl they are saying call amazon customer care. Please help me whoever can.

    Adding a point to this @BSNLCorporate The bsnl customer care person who spoke to me was ridiculous. If possible please listen to the recording how she was tring to escape.

    @BSNL_KTK my broadband connection 0824 2279393 not working since 5th may 21. Already complaint registered but till now problem not resolved (katipalla MRPL BSNL Mangalore). We never expected these kind of poor service from BSNL.

    No wonder BSNL is heading towards close down. Very poor customer care. I surrendered my land line and returned the instrument to BSNL, MODEL COLONY EXCHANGE, PUNE. Requested BSNL to refund my credit balance to my account and my deposit. My Account number 1019149098. No action.
