    Very poor service by bsnl. I recharged my mobile no from bsnl app but amount deduct but show error no recharge done no amount refund I don't know what i do @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia

    BSNL employees are themselves to blame for this situation Never Ever work as any business employee always treat themselves as Govt Babu Working for Bribes at the cost of customers is the norm till today

    @AshwiniVaishnaw I am from palia kalan , up east , 262902 and from last 48 hrs bsnl broadband is not working . No network and officials are either on leave on not picking calls . No help from @BSNLCorporate constantly trying to connect to them but no help ... Worst service provider

    @BSNLCorporate What is the issue at BSNL end where internet speed not received as per plan or no internet shown from last three days for telephone number 0294-2941288. Why complaint is not resolved promptly? Why no rebate provided for the period for such interruption at BSNL more than 72 hours?

    @Janardh84903384 As reported, FTTH connection and internet service are dependent on BSNL. Hence, whenever any link failure issue arises, the matter is forwarded to the BSNL for early resolution of the same. Moreover, the printer cartridge to Sabroom S.O. was supplied on 11.08.2022.

    @CRED_support Enquired with bsnl customer care and got to know that the recharge was not done yet but here it shows payment was successful and it's been 2 days. Check from your end and resolve it or else please initiate the refund. @CRED_club @CRED_support

    @BSNL_JK @BSNLCorporate my phone is not working from last 3 days I am trying to reach out to jammu bsnl customer care number from last one day they r saying system is not working this is the number 0191 2474256 irony is that now they have stopped picking phone.

    @BSNLCorporate Sir I Am Very Much Tired Now, No Response No Solution From Any One. I Have Paid 5500 For This Connection. I Was Thinking That BSNL Is Good But Now I Am Feeling Helpless. Please Suggest Me Should I Remove The Connection Or Expect Solution.
