    Very poor service by bsnl. I recharged my mobile no from bsnl app but amount deduct but show error no recharge done no amount refund I don't know what i do @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia

    Very poor service by bsnl, i dont know how to recharge online, money deducted still no recharge, no refund, even customer support always busy. I dont know what i do.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Dear sir, even after several complaint , still BSNL 3g data speed is less than 15kpbs only... Officers & #Mysore_circle_DGM visited to my area. But still no use. That's why people are porting to other companies. Please plan to strengthen the network.

    @BSNL_TN BSNLFiber is down for more than 10 hours outage time in bsnl is very bad and in one week daily internet outage improve QoS and respect costumers worst staff @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate Is this is a bsnl that we know?? One of the strongest network and service provider. What we experienced now only The fraud, the worste services and the main thing such a useless employees they don't have sense how to talk with customers.

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India My BSNL internet connection is not working since 10 days now. I have been complaining every day about my faulty connection yet the complaint is simply cleared away without any response. No one contacts or checks the status of the complaint.

    @BSNL_MH I had registered complaint on 7 march 2022 about final bill of my bsnl fiber connection.Complaint was about getting 90% discount on first bill of new connection ,i have new connection so as per offer i should get discount .complaint no 1058126651

    @BSNLCorporate @ianuragthakur 🙏Very bad network of BSNL in places like capital,request to please look into the same.many times it become such difficult even to hear the voice of other side. Also prepaid sim validity recharge should be removed ,this has increased burden on public
