    Very poor service by bsnl, i dont know how to recharge online, money deducted still no recharge, no refund, even customer support always busy. I dont know what i do.

    Very poor service by bsnl. I recharged my mobile no from bsnl app but amount deduct but show error no recharge done no amount refund I don't know what i do @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia

    BSNL employees are themselves to blame for this situation Never Ever work as any business employee always treat themselves as Govt Babu Working for Bribes at the cost of customers is the norm till today

    @ROYALDILLIP Dear customer you are eligible to get free voice calling facility.Commercial order has been issued to to get it facilitated.Only you have to purchase one telephone set and get it connected in pot-1 of your FTTH modem.Thanks for using BSNL service.

    @BSNLCorporate More than 6 months i am facing internet issues from my broadband connection, from six months regularly I complain about it to bsnl Gargoti office but they didn’t fo any thing . Kindly noted for this pathetic service from JTO Gargoti & take a stick action on this

    @CMDBSNL @BSNL_KOTD Sir, my BSNL Prepaid number is 8017179068. I am Hirak Das. Yesterday, near about 14:30 hrs. I purchesed (Rs. 50/-) a 4G sim in exchange of 3G sim from B. B. D. BAG office. After 19 hrs. it is still not activated!!!! What bad service!!!

    @JioCare @dineshcrazy9 @JioCare Internet speeds worst. Even the 3G BSNL provides 10 times better speed. You are giving same excuse of more people using the network at a time for the last 1.5 years. Capacity expansion before customer addition difficult much?? Had enough porting out soon if not addressed

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews such a pathetic services ur providing for broadband connection in gorakhpur UP, in a month more the 7-8 days u hav technical issue, even bsnl providing better services. Shame
