    Very poor service by bsnl. I recharged my mobile no from bsnl app but amount deduct but show error no recharge done no amount refund I don't know what i do @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia

    Very poor service by bsnl, i dont know how to recharge online, money deducted still no recharge, no refund, even customer support always busy. I dont know what i do.

    BSNL employees are themselves to blame for this situation Never Ever work as any business employee always treat themselves as Govt Babu Working for Bribes at the cost of customers is the norm till today

    @girisheth1977 @JioCare These people don't care as people are not left with any other option. Jio, Airtel and waste BSNL! Jio network at mey place is fluctuating since last 6 months but nothing yet. Local Jio support says we can't do anything as you have to contact online. Did that 100 times ne bored!

    @BSNLCorporate Network is not available in all the parts of Kuntavani and in Kuntavani there are other sub village called Aruki and Kulawadi the BSNL network is not available in these areas, please look into this problem soon..@BSNL_KTK

    @TRAI I have complained 3 times about poor network coverage in my area and Jharkhand. Whole system of BSNL is corrupt. You just want to loot taxpayer's money. Internet doesn't work anytime. No 4G services. Why do your employees want salary?

    @BSNLCorporate Dear bsnl,As i register 4 Fiber service.Request transfered 2 Private vendor. Vendor selling Dual band Router in 3500.Very Expensive should be only 2000 only By this way u cannot compete with airtel Jio other provider as they r giving free 2 use. Change policy pls
