    Very poor service by bsnl. I recharged my mobile no from bsnl app but amount deduct but show error no recharge done no amount refund I don't know what i do @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia

    BSNL employees are themselves to blame for this situation Never Ever work as any business employee always treat themselves as Govt Babu Working for Bribes at the cost of customers is the norm till today

    Very poor service by bsnl, i dont know how to recharge online, money deducted still no recharge, no refund, even customer support always busy. I dont know what i do.

    Now a days we all are using 4G sim and soon will upgrade to 5G, but I have an issue with BSNL in my area, when we recharge the sim then their is no network , when network will come your recharge expired, it's not an issue with me, it's for all users here. It's very unfair.

    @BSNLCorporate All the services provided are things of 5G, BSNL is not in position to provide 2G and 3G. It is public sector service

    Did a validity extension recharge in BSNL. They sent a msg saying "Thanks for the recharge..." Somewhere deep down I felt sad. :(

    @BSNLCorporate dear sir , I have to port my bsnl number, but unfortunately msg was not sent"msg sending failed" specially when PORT msg was sent. While other common msg are sending smoothly. What's your problems sir, " is you really love your customers and don't want to leave

    @cgmbsnlupe @BSNLCorporate my bsnl fiber connection 0551-2979908 is not working since 2days.Usual problem of BSNL in our area.service very poor. People are preferring Airtel now. Rs.4000 / paid for this connection but no receipt given. Please solve the problem.

    @CMDBSNL @BSNL_OR Facing Internet issue at the time of rain with BSNL Fiber Internet in Sriram Nagar, Madhupatna, Cuttack, Odisha. Complained but no resolution yet. Unable to do office work. Many people in our society are facing same issue. Kindly help. Contact number: 7008002195

    @TRAI Yeh sab to theek hai. BSNL ko bhi aage lekar aayo. Private players ki itni support ! For BSNL, no Proper 3g, waiting for 4g and now 5g. What is this ? @BSNLCorporate
