    Very poor service by bsnl. I recharged my mobile no from bsnl app but amount deduct but show error no recharge done no amount refund I don't know what i do @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia

    BSNL employees are themselves to blame for this situation Never Ever work as any business employee always treat themselves as Govt Babu Working for Bribes at the cost of customers is the norm till today

    @Abhis2309 Reply from TSP- Customer concern is about unable to make call on BSNL landline number and toll free number, so we checked and confirmed that there no blocking on his Vi account as all the voice, SMS and data service is active. If he still facing issue kindly share us the (1/2)

    @DoT_India From 14 days BSNL 3G data connectivity is not seamless..Written 2 times but all in vain..3G network is seen but data comes & goes after every 1-3 mins..Total 6 online transactions failed..Please ask @BSNLCorporate to make 3G data seamless.. TATO, BIUNRIA PIN - 757036

    @BSNL_BR I'm in Mokhtiyarpur, Begusarai, Bihar pin code- 851133 My network is out and my BSNL no is no in working mode due to network problem no one able to connect me on my BSNL no Banwaripur BSNL tower is not working properly atleast avelable 2g network in my area @DoT_India
