    Very poor service by bsnl. I recharged my mobile no from bsnl app but amount deduct but show error no recharge done no amount refund I don't know what i do @BSNL_PB @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia

    @BSNLCorporate Its really bad to have bsnl wifi at home for every professionals who r staying at home since pandemic and working from home, BSNL internet stops working at least approx 10 days every months. where i paid rs 6000 just for installtion.Plz help me for disconnection

    @BSNL_RJ pathetic network here in Bhilwara now @ 9pm on 26th Dec. Thought of watching a movie on Netflix and it ended in 15mins as no network. Then govt says support BSNL. Tell me why we shouldn't shift to Jio ??

    @BSNL_UPE @CMDBSNL @BSNLCorporate Why BSNL is not taking any action on person responsible for not restoring FTTH service in Siddharthnagar district. Its been 4-5 days since there is no internet but employees have switch off their phone. Pls look into this

    @BSNLCorporate My BSNL pre-paid sim is unable to recieve SMS though the number is active and outgoing messages are working. Even calling is also possible. Just issue with incoming messages. Also, the customer care at 1800-180-1503 is picking up call after average wait time of
