    Hey @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care You are not taking it serious. Despite repeated grievances regarding poor network coverage in my area BSNL failed to deliver it's promises. Calls are being getting dropped,4g coverage is also poor & per day about 1/2 hours there is no network in +1

    @bsnl_care Before 05 Jul21 @BSNL_OR remarked it. that's why their Technical Team suggested to ***** a Tower to resolve the Network & Internet issue. 4 yrs have passed you're still in same remarks. You people are doing like the television advertisement Pappu (#BSNL) tera Sabun Slow hai kya

    The CSP owner asked his staff throw away one who is coming for this offer. With this service how can you expect anyone will join BSNL. That is the reason why @BSNLCorporate is lagging since years. Even your grievance portal is not working. @JM_Scindia sir please look into this.

    @BSNLCorporate Every weekend, my BSNL Fiber connection goes down - at least 2 days without internet each week, even when there's no bad weather. I've noticed this for the past 2 - 5 months and have had to file multiple complaints. Not a single month has passed without me raising an issue.

    At Noida sec 19 BSNL office, I was asked to wait for SIM card for 30 minutes, this attitude and way of working dragged BSNL down in last 15-20 years, you should take action against such employees. I will visit again tomorrow let's see. @BSNLCorporate @JM_Scindia @bsnl_care

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 I have been using BSNL since 2014. Recently, I upgraded to a 4G SIM. Now, the problem is that whenever there is a power outage, the BSNL signal also disappears.
