@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH I Asked a bsnl broadband provider he told me I will get only 4mbps speed on 499 Rs recharge.I know the actual speed is 20mbps for 499 recharge so please help me. Bsnl office : Bhagirath Nagar, Shri Nagar,431605 I want to look why this fraud is going On.

@BSNLCorporate Dear BSNL probably I am first person in India who switch jio to BSNL and my mobile number is 8830418235 from Nanded Maharashtra but last 6 days my mobile internet is not working..I raised 5 Complaint but no response you r forcing me to switch #jio one more time.

I CALLED BSNL FTTH COUSTMARE CARE RECENTLY DUE TO SOME ISSUE IN INTERNET SERVICE THEY'RE NOT RECEIVING CALLS AND WHEN THEY RECEIVED MY CALL THEY ARE DISCONNECTING CALLS AND THEY ARE TALKING IN VULGAR LANGUAGE PLEASE TAKE SOME ACTION @BSNLCorporate @abpmajhatv @CMOMaharashtra

Bsnl network speed throatling. @BSNLCorporate @TRAI My village has bsnl 4g network. From last 5 months the speed was no bad. But recently the speed is decreased to 80 kbps. I contacted the customer care support they told me to do numerous things but nothing worked.

We had a upload issue from last one week. We called local BSNL agencies,but there is no reply Even they are not available at their office We mailed officially and raised a complaint but there is no reply And also raised complaint in greviance portal but there is no update

@BSNLCorporate The JTO at BSNL Jalalabad(242221) didn't accept the surrender/closure of the connection because I shared the real disconnection reason. He wanted to remove the disconnection reason from the surrender application. India Post ref RU525236875IN. Please terminate it.

@BSNLCorporate Same thing u do with cstmr in office , u ppl keep cstmr rolling from window to window instead providing dem solution in single visits like private ISP do, shamelessly blamed @MTNLOfficial for 4G ntwrk . I m customer I got sim from BSNL so i don’t knw who works in background
