    @BSNL_KOTD I have a FTTH connection and am paying Rs 1108/- for 100 mbps. However, I am getting a download speed of only 15 - 20 mbps. Repeated complaints to the concerned officials at Cassipore BSNL exchange has failed to elicit any response. My no is 03329850392. Request help.
