    Day 5 with no BSNL FTTH service. Despite multiple complaints to Customer Care, the local BSNL office, DGM, and higher authorities, there is still no response or resolution. Complaint tickets are being closed without fixing the issue. This is unacceptable.

    @piyush_trades State run BSNL is still in the game. But it is trash mostly. This shows ppl’s lack of willingness to hold govt accountable for the bad state of BSNL. Thus the private duopoly takes over and companies just do their business. Its a govt failure not the companies malpractice.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Sell 35% of your business to TATA. Maybe they can help you revive. Till you have Sarkari Babus running BSNL, it can never be revived. They're just too corrupt to work.

    @Iamaryan_1 I don't know in Bangalore. In my hometown, if there's a power cut, BSNL doesn't work.
