    More than 24 hours are passed but till time no solution.Worst condition of BSNL. SDO & Other employees thinks that they are the owner of BSNL. This is the reason why BSNL is in loss & no one trust on it. @TRAI @DoT_India

    @BSNLCorporate, @BSNL_MH my bsnl landline connection( maharastra kolhapur district, Gadhinglaj taluk)is not working from July 20th, 2021. After giving complaints also, they have not rectified, but they're sending bills. Now, I want to permanently disconnect BSNL connection.

    @DoT_India Tried porting out of BSNL postpaid, received reply that "UPC cannot be generated due to payments outstanding." Payment has been made twice including for the unbilled amount and MY BSNL portal app also shows nil outstanding dues. Customer care is clueless.

    @BSNL_KL @BSNLCorporate @cgmbsnlkerala My BSNL landline not working for last 1.5 month.1st complaint registered 24th July. Complain Id: 127369623612. 1st complaint was closed by BSNL without resolving,so again registered the complaint on 01st Aug,Complaint number: 127417255562

    @tksaini @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ Once you take it, no one want response to your problem from BSNL. BSNL have to improve service quality. Due to poor service, we have no option other than private operators

    @DoT_India After a repeated complaint and approach to BSNL Rep no one attending the problem and closed the complaint against Phone no 0291-2942847 Comp dated 04 Aug 21 still pending. I approached to Mr Neeraj Rep looking my area and promised to resolved but still pending.

    Since yesterday, I am trying to call #BSNL GSM Customer Care Services. After dialling 1503, every time they ask me to press some numbers. I press so, but the computer-generated voice service says that there is no response from my side. Please help me to solve my problem.
