    @cgm_mh_bsnl @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Sir, even today consumers like me face the problem of BSNL mobile signal in urban and rural areas, then how will they be able to connect with internet connectivity, how is this possible?

    @BSNLCorporate I tried with multiple pincodes within chennai even near bsnl office, it simply says "Home Delivery Service Currently Unavailable"

    No one wants to identify the real problem (Ground realities). It is the best reason for the reduction of the customer base in DELHI like cities. In these areas there are huge opportunities for earning BUMPER REVENUE. Being a BSNL STAFF, I want to retain at least one number.😢

    @bsnl_care Issue Details: I am using a 100 Mbps FTTH plan. The ONT/router installed by BSNL supports only Fast Ethernet / old Wi-Fi standard, due to which I get only ~50 Mbps. Wi-Fi also disconnects 15–30 days every month. Local staff is asking me to purchase my own router

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL No Update in BSNL Selfcare App since April 2025. BSNL Selfcare App is very slow and lagging most of the time.User Interface of the App needs more improvement to make it faster.

    @bsnl_care Phone is Updated and Jio's is working very well with my wifi but BSNL still not working
