    @bsnlandamannic I have a BSNL broadband connection 03192-242152 but last one month my broadband is not working properly. I complained 5 or 6 times but the issues is stiil not solved. The lineman came 3 or 5 time but the problem still their, he say that some box are not available

    @BCshambuling Turn off WiFi... Recharge BSNL SIM Rs.18 Send SMS -> START to 1925 Turn on Mobile Data.... And Use India's Fastest 3G Network....

    Contd..2 Speed shown 100mbps but not 200mbps as per plan. Why so ? One reason I understand that What BSNL providing router is being supplied to customer not supporting Gbps capacity i.e sub standard. There may be big ghotala in purchasing such router. Cont.3

    @camera_wala Oh no. Big mistake. Y u gotta use bsnl internet for urgent things? Could have used airtel. Now I'll have to wait and I have anxiety issues.

    @rsprasad bsnl broadband slow kbps villages. Govt bsnl work no hi speed broadband villages. Last 8 year my bsnl broadband slow kbps 50 villages. Pl fiber help villages me

    He never respond. Always behave rudely on text messages. Level of services pathetic. My only question, why does BSNL has such vendors who are spoiling it's already tarnished image.

    @DoT_India PLease help. BSNL is not resolving my issue. i gave all information to them , called customer care as well, but these ppl dont respond.
