    @BSNLCorporate If this was the issue then why u didn't told me when I had gone for changing my sim card as bsnl faridabad ssa. And there also no one told me. I have another postpaid number also do I have to change the sim of that one also for international roaming. Please advise.

    @BSNL_UKD @BSNLCorporate was asked to convert landline at Dehradun to fibre connection, even after that phone connection stays dead. Time to do away with BSNL landline since there is no value from your end for customer and no one takes cognisance of complaint! @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Unable to connect to my very old parents at Udupi due to prolonged outage of BSNL. This is happening repeatedly without any mitigation action by BSNL. Kindly intervene Sir,,,🙏🏿

    @the_echel0n_ @yabhishekhd U just need to check which ISP is better in that area coz after service is very important at least in my area BSNL fiber is really good i mean they were bad before but they have improved a lot.... I'm using a 150 Mbps plan and it's really good

    @BSNLCorporate Why so eager to close 2 complaints w/o attending faults.. are u not concerned with service degradation? @BSNLCorporate @cgm_mh_bsnl BSNL FTTH Voice services down since 5days,complaint closed with SMS of closure with registration number 1060372126 on phone number 0832-2260888.

    @passportsevamea @PMOIndia Extremely pathetic state of affairs at PSK Patparganj,Delhi. Just two personal taking every1 for granted. The state of affairs worst than BSNL office 15 years ago. This is heart of capital not sure what to expect tier 2&3 cities. Pls shut if you manage

    @malpani Is to take national assets with the help of government? Like do you really need someone to tell you what happens to tha assets owned by government? Air india is the best example where govt is using tax payer's money to keep a loss making entity running. So is bsnl and railways
