Tried reset, SIM reinsert, and all network modes(2G,3G,4G). Currently roaming in Pune(411033). Complaint also raised via IVR. Please help.

However, billing is still being generated, which is unfair.Kindly resolve the issue immediately and adjust the bill for downtime.
