If BSNL cannot provide a stable connection or even respond to a complaint, what exactly are we paying for? I work remotely, and these repeated outages directly affect my work.

Location: Thangachimadam, Ramanathapuram District, Tamil Nadu. I have been using BSNL for nearly 5 years, but the same issue keeps happening.

They should be subsidized in the name of indigenous 5G gears/equipments (from Tejas network) and higher coverage in remote areas and then sold like AI.
