  No use tagging anyone here. @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate is totally going downhill. Government is hapless & helpless. Leave aside villages even in a taluka hq like Kundapura the services of BSNL are going from bad to worse. Neither their JTO nor DE nor AGM nor GM to care to respond

  @Alex18806959 Dear Customer, Greetings of the day!  To activate the VoLTE service, type 'ACTVOLTE' in a text message and send it to 53733. Once you do that, it might take up to 24 hours for the service to activate. Regards, BSNL-Care(Sonu)

  @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate have some shame dear Bsnl🤌.. how many times have you created ticket and closed it without resolution. Today also you closed a ticket without resolution. Have some sense and shame. Making your customer retweet endless time isnt a good thing
