@DoT_India @AshwiniVaishnaw Hello Sir.. This is with regards to my BSNL landline phone which is not working for last 4 months & when raised complaint get msg its fixed & nothing done. I stay in pune attached to Karve Nagar exchange. Bill amt is paid regularly by ecs. Pls help.

@BSNLCorporate my bsnl number outgoing sms working but incoming sms not working. Why bsnl can't able to provide better services. One of the worst I had seen. With such services how can compete With Pvt companies. Very reluctant n sooooo disappointing.
