@BSNL_KTK Requested for SIM swap on 27th April. Till date there is n update on activation of new SIM. As per local BSNL their Sancharsoft is down for two days. This is the status of BSNL Pathatic condition.

@Gowhar_ Best is to go for 149 plan, to get anything done at a BSNL office is an achievement in itself, this is the basic plan, you can keep no in safe custody, but incase there is an emergency you wont be able to use ur phone unless u activate it again which again will be a marathon

@BSNLCorporate Area is Palakkad. The network got cut off Tuesday afternoon. Tried using the sim on a different phone and still no network. Went to the BSNL office and they told me to take a duplicate sim. Later they informed that it was due to some server issue. (1/2)

@BSNLCorporate After inserting the duplicate sim it was still the same. But this time it showed Error 44. I got informed that it was still due to the server issue and that it will be solved by today noon. I tried calling the BSNL office but no answer. (2/2)

@BSNL_PB its because no network availability in my area I have to move from village to another issue .. Company allows me to WFH but i cant spend time with my family due to internet connection.. 7 yrs ago bsnl broadband working in my village but when it requires it nooo
