    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care This is one of the most frustrating issue with BSNL fiber is frequent OFC cable broken due to ongoing har ghar jal yojana not sure why only BSNl gets affected not other carrier. And then to fix it they will takes days to fixed it.

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care The broadband ftth internet has been disrupted since yesterday and I've been trying to contact the local bsnl officials as well as the persons of outsourced agency at Agartala but in vain. Please take n/a for fixing the problem.

    @piyushbodaa @libertypartyind At least one of every govt institution should be running for assuring public that private monopoly ain't there. LIC , SBI , courts , railways ( at least half ) , a TV channel (dd ), mobile network ( bsnl)these things should have done sort of govt control

    @bsnl_care I want resolutions. Nw I am facing OTP not receiving. 1. Facing network issue. 2. If netwrk availble no voice during call 3. If netwrk available receiving no otp sms. It seems bsnl service is totally dead. Retrn my money which I rchargd for long term, nt happy.I wnt to port now.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 No internet on my home ftth connection from 6th to 10th June and on 12, 15 and 16 th June in birul bazar pincode 460666. We are paying bills and getting no service. Complaint number 113630741. Bsnl ofc cut is the issue and bsnl ofc cable cuts every few days. Very poor service

    @PMOIndia @PMOIndia_RC I am holding 2 MTNL Mumbai Cell nos. Paid 1 year full payment. Though MTNL & BSNL are under central government, not getting network from BSNL in rest of Maharashtra including Thane District. Please help to resolve the issue or revert payment made by us.

    If you can't provide a good network then why the hell you are running. You should also shut down the company just like other telecom companies. Recently I have ported my Jio no to Bsnl but now I am regretting for doing the same.

    @indhavaainko @ACTFibernet @airtelindia same with every provider.BSNL was super duper but now that it has outsourced it after sales support, it is also in a downward trajectory.THe giant BSNL has to wake up from its slumber &give us the great service it once did and kick every other player where it will hurt the most.
