@pnvarma @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio wired is totally dependent on local team. it works flawlessly at my location with rare downtime. in case of any issue, i dial local team regarding email & cc, it has gone worst in the last 2 years but then it is the same for others as well. am using services of Airtel, BSNL & Jio

@DoT_India @AshwiniVaishnaw Hello Sir.. This is with regards to my BSNL landline phone which is not working for last 4 months & when raised complaint get msg its fixed & nothing done. I stay in pune attached to Karve Nagar exchange. Bill amt is paid regularly by ecs. Pls help.

@IndiaPostOffice i have requested IND post to deliver my consignment as early and priority but i forgot that this post department has the worst service as it's going extinct like BSNL because of their blady irresponsibility to customer.

@BSNL_KOTD we are facing link failure problem continuously at Krishnapur Post office kolkata-700102 under Kestopur BSNL exchange kol-101. No any vendor comes to attend the problem... We have raised several tickets but not any reply got. Same problem is today

@BSNL_KOTD BSNL fibre is not working in Salt Lake sector 3 area, kolkata since yesterday morning. Plz look into it. 1-2 hr disruption is ok, but more than 24 hrs hav passed but issue is not taken care of. @AshwiniVaishnaw

@AshwiniVaishnaw hi sir, now a days much people are porting to BSNL. So, according to that please provide quality service also sir,always interruption in internet and no response from customer care. These are the issues we are facing always.
