@bsnl_ap_circle We had raised complaint about improper placement of BSNL tower it causes lot of problems. I had personally messaged in twitter but the people who came to examine was not a professionals they just want to debate and argue with us. They denied our request.

Facing lot's of issue while making calls n using internet since morning... I also registered a complaint regarding this and it doesn't make any sense... Sometimes this network is worst than the BSNL @airtelnews @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #Airteldown Please do something 🙏🏻

So, what's the solution in this regard because executive seems to be there only to convey system is down. They don't have answer about when system the is expected to be online. Also, why only BSNL is facing DND service down times while other operators can access the portal?
