    @BSNLCorporate I disconnected the bsnl fiber on 26th April But still receiving the bills. And customer care is saying broadband is disconnected but landline connection is active.. My monthly bill was rs931 but still receiving bill of 377 for the second month Acc no 180-2971725

    BSNL being BSNL: The router shows all green. The phone says No Internet. But data transfer speed is changing. I can text on WhatsApp and Insta but no internet access elsewhere. My mobile data is off. What ******** is happening.

    @BSNLCorporate It happened again. Your team don't learn any lesson or do anything about it. Everyday I start my office work and bsnl be like: Ese kaise chalega babu bhaiya...I just wish that @reliancejio or @airtelindia provide the BB service in area my area.

    @Airtel_Presence I have no idea about @airtelindia data speed but must say service of yours is the slowest among other all telecom companies even slowest than BSNL. I think I did a mistake by giving up Jio connection and paid for yours. Very Shameful service.

    @BSNLCorporate even after giving complaints many times my landline & broadband is not fixed by #BSNL. 4 months since its not working, u send me bills every month. No one comes to repair but sms is sent ur complaint is solved. I may approach consumer forum due to this negligence
