    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR Dear BSNL your network is dead in Biharsharif. I called costumer care but no one picked up the call. If you can't solve my problem then be ready to lose a valuable BSNL costumer.

    @BSNL_BR Telephone is working yesterday. But BSNL Service very slow. I very disappointed with service. Local vender don't care about issues. Please improve your service.

    @bsnl_care Despite repeated complaints, I have received no clear response. Please explain the reason for this outage immediately. If any loss occurs due to this prolonged disruption, BSNL will be held responsible.

    No use tagging anyone here. @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate is totally going downhill. Government is hapless & helpless. Leave aside villages even in a taluka hq like Kundapura the services of BSNL are going from bad to worse. Neither their JTO nor DE nor AGM nor GM to care to respond
