He told me that he can discontinue my services. I also ask him as per BSNL policy if you are not able to resolve the issue within 3 days then the customer gets rebate till the time problem is resolved. First he agreed and gave me in written

@BSNL_KTK @BSNL_KTK @TRAI My number 9901471647 is Ported Out to new network but still Old BSNL Sim is Active. Your Customer care people tell me that the number is still active in BSNL. Also they are telling they have not sent any UPC since a month and telling me to visit your office.

@IndiaToday Never buy bsnl. Most hopeless service I hv a air fiber which invariably works only for 2 to 3 days in a week. Complaints never addressed in time. Whereas they charge you the full amt monthly. They just looting customers. No one in bsnl or in the ministry takes note of it

@DoT_India BSNL MOBILE, West Bengal Telecom Circle, all over town in Bardhaman faced that problem about 3-4 hours on Sunday. I also twited on BSNL WBTC page but no reply from them.
