  @bsnl_care Tried since 5 days of validity pack expiry date & today is the last day of validity pack ...still problem not solved .....who will pay for BSNL faulty service where even call not connecting in any emergency situation ....feels like BSNL is forcing to stay in with faulty service

  @CMOGuj Sir our telephones and internet lines are not working since 26thApril 2026.While checking with BSNL VASANA Ahmedabad….COPPER WIRE LINES STOLEN FROM LOCKED JUNCTION BOX located near AshokNagar Paladi Ahmedabad 380007 Is it possible in Safe Gujarat??

  @BSNLCorporate using bsnl for over 15 years. But for two days "not registered on network " is haunting. No mobile connectivity. No mobile Internet here at Mumbai. Please suggest. Should I migrate?

  Thank you for registering the complaint. However, the issue in Kusumi village, Kotpad, Koraput is long pending. There is still no BSNL network and residents are unable to receive OTPs. Kindly prioritise and share a resolution timeline @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India

  @bsnl_care please tell us when you are going to improve data network issues.. again and again we are All fed up in complaining..my humble request is please don't entertain New bsnl connection till you resolve the basis problems.

  @VD_VIJAYDUBEY Sir, As per information received from Rewa division, the BSNL network is interrupted due to maintenance work is running in BSNL line. The work will be complete soon. Inconvenience caused is deeply regretted.

  @JioCare Just copy paste standard template messages. No real resolution even government @BSNLCorporate provide better and timely solution for any downtime. My biggest mistake to switch from BSNL to JIo.
