  @saynotoloans @TRAI @AxisBank These buffoons (esp BSNL) doesn't give a sht to most of the complaints 🤦🏻 I get unsolicited sms and calls from the fin institutes where I don't have any accounts. When I complain the same, they close them tagging "service call" 😤

  Got a BSNL SIM today, and my Day 1 experience is honestly surprising. 🤯 ​For context: Jio 4G usually struggles in my room—terrible speeds and frequent call drops. But BSNL? ​📊 Speedtest shows just 6-7 Mbps, BUT: 📺 Streaming 4K on YouTube flawlessly (zero lag even when skipping ahead!) 💬 Chats are super smooth. 📞 ZERO call drops indoors. ​It’s not 5G speed, but the stability is real. If @BSNLCorporate maintains this consistency, they have a massive winner on their hands! 🚀 #BSNL

  I have already raised complaint on BSNL SELFCARE app, but it got automatically resolved without providing me any resolution. I have also sent email on a complaint portal, but still didn’t get any response. Please look into this on priority.

  only 2 telecom operators in India have the full coverage with 2 others barely in the competition. Time for BSNL to reposition itself as a the “Most Secure” network to attract back those for whom such security matters and charge premium. This way, it can go up one level and create a niche like Blackberry did with its mobile device.

BSNL has highest & largest coverage .BSNL survived through congress but was reduced to garbage by BJP in a decade in favor of pvt.   @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Still issue not solved, but messages is coming, complaint resolved. How bsnl resolving complaint without solve the problem. Really bsnl services are amazing. Like this reason lot of people going away from bsnl.
