How does BSNL manage to maintain a good subscriber base in Kerala in spite of poor customer service? It is one of the most profitable circle for them, apparently the state has been chosen for soft launch of their new 4G service.

@BSNLCorporate the worst service in the world bsnl has the slowest connection and also worst customer service care you guys don't even care about the customer i almost daily call you about how there is no Internet connectivity and i can't even call be cause of the network issue

@BSNLCorporate Also, your agen DD Rao in palam vihar claims only 5 devices can be connected to fibre broadband, is this true? When i called BSNL customer care, they said it's not the case. The agent is doing his own setting modem to restrict devices. Pls take action. #malpractice #fraud

@BSNL_CG_Circle Honorable, it is requested that my number is 7647927717 which is a Sim of Chhattisgarh BSNL,I am using it since last 4 years but the same number has also been issued by Airtel Assam to any subscriber.I am facing lot of problem with this. Plz diagnose the problem.

its 4 days, no action has been taken by @BSNLCorporate till now. just asked for the contact information. This is the speed of BSNL. may be @BSNLCorporate have so many complaints in backlogs or they are not so serious for the customers. even @cmohry not asked for the problem.

@CAChirag Both adani and ambani if you Calculate they both cover 1.5% of our indian gdp. They get government support. If bsnl is slow and government share is weak blame to government to take steps but they will not take any step cause they are getting profit from adani and ambani

Sigh😓 after waiting for years together had to change service provider. Due to pathetic internet. no one at "BSNL" knew when 4g will start. had to struggle to get replacement sims. now 5g is on scene & bsnl struggling to put together 4g.
