Earlier TV and now TRAI u also stopped giving Lifetime Validities in Sims except BSNL. Ohk u stopped Lifetime Validities but even after that u decrease the validity from 28 days to 14 days in the Idea 49 rs pack and u also stopped INCOMING class service if not recharged

can complaint to PMO also the way BSNL is working and customer is suffering what is the use of the service when the complaint is not attended and on top of that you people will say Sorry.

@BSNLCorporate you haven't ask for my number then how will you going to solve my problem? This way I am left with one option to Leave the BSNL network because I am not seeing my issue will be address any soon. Call Drops, Received Calls Disconnected, No Network is still there.
