    @alokdubey1408 @BSNLCorporate Please give details Which hand do you use to pick up the phone? When do you realize there was no network? How much time did you waste in waiting before complaint registration? which year were you born? Then BSNL will workout plan how to show their apology.

    @gmtd_nadiad Dear Sir. We are facing landline problem since a month. BSNL guy came and checked but the issue doesn’t solve yet. This problem is occurring from your exchange mdf. And we have to face the customers in our Rto office. So please solve this problem ASAP. 0268 2550060

    @BSNL_GJ Dear BSNL GUJARAT In below mentioned area internet speed is deadly slow(<100kbps). Earlier verbal complaint has been raised to Anand office. But still not improved. Humble request for high speed net. Location: UMRI NAGAR, BH:ABADNAGAR, OPP: ISMAIL NAGAR, ANAND-388001

    @SidharthKourav In my area bsnl is working fine as I have WiFi in my home and office and I only use mobile data to make payments so I had no issues been using bsnl since 2 years

    11th August 2026 BSNL Fiber line Nos 06724-237656 06724-267636 are down since 6th July 2026. Will it be ever repaired or should we wait till 15/08/2047 to see Vikashit BSNL ? Why have we to pay bill for No service?

    Done same. Got new sim on 8 August 2026 till now it’s not activated & no network on my mobile. Not able to call BSNL care. My question is if I bought new sim then why I am facing this issue

    I have bsnl retired category postpaid mobile 9411112235 ,facing problem that it's free data 1500 exhausted soon and I am not in position to add on any data plan , if anyone can help , please extend help soon , thanks

    @narendramodi @BSNLCorporate You often talk about Digital India, but how is Digital India possible when BSNL broadband is down for the entire day? This happens frequently, and the local vendor often doesn’t answer calls. We pay for the service—will BSNL extend our validity ?

    @Neend_Ki_Rani @JioCare The network issue was drom the day of launch. The day they stopped the free service, I threw away their SIM. Pathetic to the core... Anything worser than Jio is BSNL..
