Abhi (@Abhi_Mysuru) reportedSIR registration via ECINET App needs OTP. For BSNL sim, OTP arrives around 3.5 minutes later. Timeout is 3mins in App & 1.5mins in Web(may be App also 1.5mins and might be UI issue). So a loop of 15 re-tries to figure out this mess and root cause. No solution. Digital India.
