    @HathwayBrdband #Pathetic service from your Pune office. Slow speed, all proof given. More than a month old problem and the final reply on phone - "5 or 6 seconds slow compared to BSNL is expected". This, when #BSNL is 5Mbps and #Hathway is 50 Mbps. cc: @ajitdubhashi

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnlupe On my cell no 9415127725 I am not receiving the bulk message of the bank.icici Bank has confirmed that we are sending the message and delivered to the server but I am not receiving.kindly check the issue. Bsnl up east kanpur.

    @BSNL_KTK Hello BSNL, I have taken the Fiber net connection in Bangalore Rajajinagar. It is been 3months now I have taken connection. Horrible service. Every week there is a issue. Don’t attend to calls or service on time. Pathetic service.

    @BSNL_RJ @BSNLCorporate @GoI_MeitY once again I'm writing just coz of pathetic service of bsnl fiber as net disconnects over amd over. This is my 4th tweet in a week. I'm frustrated now as noone is accountable. This is y u don't wana use govt facilities as noone is accountable

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNLUPWEST @CMDBSNL I have been facing severe problems in broadband services since last few months. On your company's recommendation we switched to bsnl fiber. Now that also has stopped working since last 3 days.
