    Hi @BSNLCorporate team its been 6 months of using bsnl ftth services but still every month i am facing some problems with it. Since from 3 days i am getting less than 1mbps speed inspite of having 60mbps plan and even after complaining multiple time there is no response from bsnl

    Dear @ViCustomerCare Congratulations!! You are the worst performer now. My issue has been pending for the past 30-35 days. The previous best was BSNL. You hardly will survive in this market if you are treating a faithful customer this way. I have been using voda for 10+ years.

    @BSNLCorporate I agreed. But if written request was required it should have asked by the BSNL executive when I visited the office for issue of duplicate sim. I had already submitted all required documents asked by him. However Thanks for your support. Now incoming & outgoing calls are working.

    @BSNLCorporate mere pass bsnl ki sim h abhi 20 days hue h sim liye phele net acha chlta thaa abhi kuch din se 1.5 gb jaise hi remain bachta h data out of 2 gb se toh net bhut jyda slow chlne lgta h very weak signal
