The said person is expired 15 days back. The said number was given to him as Service Postpaid Sim. Even after expiry of the employee service mobile is still working.

But they talk as if they don't increase. First of all, they are unable to give proper & seemless connectivity. But they indirectly raise the price.

Additionally, as per information from BSNL offices, it appears that eSIM is currently being issued only for new connections and not for existing numbers.
