    BSNL is one of the oldest telephonic service provider in India, having first mover advantage, still company is struggling to make margins, no good service. Definitely with this kind of attitude of employees no wonder is they close down .. you can't feed forever

    @tim_cook see I phone not supporting BSNL SIM in India. Several tweets given to apple support and made calls to customer care also . They are not willing resolve problem and not ready to refund my money. It is hard earned money. Not cheated any body like you and your company .

    @BSNLCorporate , in this age of Airtel and JIO , I have chosen BSNL broadband for work purpose, and yet BSNL blocks lots of websites when I am connected to my office VPN. If I don't have any working solution, I am willing to change my service provider.

    @BSNLCorporate what a reduction thing, unable to connect bsnl customer from my bsnl no (9477887496). Them try Airtel no. To connect bsnl customer care. They never listen to my problem and don't try to solve. What a tragedy. Now i can understood why people are leaving bsnl.

    @BSNLCorporate Your request has been booked by BSNL with Pre-Lead/Reference Number: 16690297762.BSNL Sales Team will get back to you Soon. But till now there is no call from BSNL to provide me connection. It's such a rediculos service from BSNL

    @BSNL_TN I have been a bsnl customer for last 3 years. My connection got disconnected on Wednesday and its 3 days since I have complained to the vendor who did implementation. Now that he is changing the service area next month he is dragging to atten my issue. My number is 04429540334

    @Asifrahmanmolla @PTI_News BSNL is an unproductive white elephant sitting on the taxpayers shoulders. One call to the BSNL customer care proves how unprofessional they are. The UPA government attempted many times to offload BSNL in the past. By the way the how many of you have BSNL sim in your mobiles?

    It's 12:15 am and a team of 5-6 people from @reliancejio are repairing a major fault outside my house. On the other hand when I had BSNL they didn't came for 3 months to repair the broken broadband cable, #privatisation creates difference.
