@vak73 @ET_CIO more difficult for the retail giant. Talking about the extend of support which they get from the GOI we have seen how the shortage of BSNL sims were purposely created to support the Reliance 501 plan in the year 2003.

@JioCare This is ur cheap working procedure . I already have received many times same msg but no action. Only u pol r looting general public becoz govt has killed bsnl. @Idea @Airtel_Presence we customer have no other option. As u all three r same. @TRAI no govt says anything.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR I hav been facing the internet issue for past 5-6 months.The 3G netwrk is available only when the state electricity supply is there.Orelse I get 2G netwrk. This is 3rd tym i m mentioning this.Why BSNL cheats it's customer. Should i switch to JIO ? Plz rply

@BSNLCorporate @rsprasad @PMOIndia what a poor BSNL network in Naharlagun, Arunachal Pradesh. It is 4G network but we can't watch YouTube video and cannot talk for a minute without voice breaking and call drop. Look into the mater as it is very shameful and cheating.

@rsprasad ji this is how @BSNLCorporate treats its customers! More than 48 hrs of no network of BSNL and no response to my query in last 10hrs. I think porting out to some other network is the best option left.

@JioCare Can you mention at what time period you going to solve the issue. You are worst than a SBI bank and BSNL customer care support resolve the problem on given period. You are the worst and bad customer care support I had came across. 10 days still waiting for the resolution.

This racket has to stop. Problem is with MTNL/ BSNL. The hierarchy which controls them, IAS & allied Services, all sold out!
