    @vak73 @ET_CIO more difficult for the retail giant. Talking about the extend of support which they get from the GOI we have seen how the shortage of BSNL sims were purposely created to support the Reliance 501 plan in the year 2003.

    @BSNL_BR it hasn't provided at the time of recharging. You just cheat customer. BSNL don't value there customer like me.

    @JioCare This is ur cheap working procedure . I already have received many times same msg but no action. Only u pol r looting general public becoz govt has killed bsnl. @Idea @Airtel_Presence we customer have no other option. As u all three r same. @TRAI no govt says anything.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR I hav been facing the internet issue for past 5-6 months.The 3G netwrk is available only when the state electricity supply is there.Orelse I get 2G netwrk. This is 3rd tym i m mentioning this.Why BSNL cheats it's customer. Should i switch to JIO ? Plz rply

    @CMDBSNL Respected Sir, The BSNL JTO and Technicians (Basni) say that cables in our area are old and so withered, causing connectivity issues everyday. WE ARE PAYING BILLS ON TIME... AND SO IT'S OUR RIGHT TO HAVE A HASSLE-FREE SERVICE. Withered cables is NOT OUT FAULT. @BSNL_RJ

    @rishibagree bsnl worked very good in that area where no one give service bsnl works very poor in that area where all other provide good service it's a complete govt failure if govt want bsnl will revive but this govt don't want to revive the bsnl

    @BSNLCorporate It is unfortunate that showing the android app as updated for issue raised regarding ios app (apple) is bsnl officials working style. Is it your staff not competent to resolve an issue even after a Year time. This is why the status of BSNL today.

    @BSNLCorporate Don't engage me in irrelevant questions just show me any document which says that: 1.Cable charge will be born by the customer & paid directly to the contractor 2.Cable charges willn't come under the installation charges head 3. No receipt of the same will be issued from the BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate I'm still facing problem, no call received from bsnl side, i use bsnl sim but I compromised his network, because of network i want bsnl broadband but no response from bsnl, I'm still waiting, please solve my problem
