    @BSNL_BR it hasn't provided at the time of recharging. You just cheat customer. BSNL don't value there customer like me.

    @JioCare This is ur cheap working procedure . I already have received many times same msg but no action. Only u pol r looting general public becoz govt has killed bsnl. @Idea @Airtel_Presence we customer have no other option. As u all three r same. @TRAI no govt says anything.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR I hav been facing the internet issue for past 5-6 months.The 3G netwrk is available only when the state electricity supply is there.Orelse I get 2G netwrk. This is 3rd tym i m mentioning this.Why BSNL cheats it's customer. Should i switch to JIO ? Plz rply

    @vak73 @ET_CIO more difficult for the retail giant. Talking about the extend of support which they get from the GOI we have seen how the shortage of BSNL sims were purposely created to support the Reliance 501 plan in the year 2003.

    Complaint was raised on 10th sep & i was informed that issue would be resolved in 24-48hrs instead i went to exchange (bsnl baramulla kashmir )they showed least interest in doing anything concrete.Ironically i called @BSNLCorporate 's LINEMAN , he said he is grass cutting at home

    @Suhas75127109 @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK I don't know why they are asking for too much information rather Making an application through which you can track usage or change plans promptly. The main issue with bsnl is post paid billing in which the bill is always generated after 6th day of next month.

    @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate BSNL internet is down from past 3 days in location Sasaram (821115). Local authorities are saying it will be fixed tommorow but unable to meet deadlines. Please look into it and take your customers seriously and improve services.

    @airtelindia Airtel brodband services are very worst. Every day call to @airtelindia customer support team.. Team visit office run internet and after 30 min same issue come.. Airtel looking now days like bsnl services.
