  @vak73 @ET_CIO more difficult for the retail giant. Talking about the extend of support which they get from the GOI we have seen how the shortage of BSNL sims were purposely created to support the Reliance 501 plan in the year 2003.

  @bsnl_care Hi Abhishek, Thanks for your response. My device software is already up to date and I am connected to a stable Wi-Fi network. However, the Wi-Fi Calling (VoWiFi) option is not appearing at all for my BSNL SIM. Device: Google Pixel 10 It seems the feature is not enabled for BSNL on my device/network.   @BSNL_UPEast @BSNLCorporate BSNL's service is very poor. If the power goes out for five hours, the BSNL network goes down. The BSNL network only comes back on when the power returns. Doesn't BSNL have a backup generator?
