    @vak73 @ET_CIO more difficult for the retail giant. Talking about the extend of support which they get from the GOI we have seen how the shortage of BSNL sims were purposely created to support the Reliance 501 plan in the year 2003.

    @JioCare This is ur cheap working procedure . I already have received many times same msg but no action. Only u pol r looting general public becoz govt has killed bsnl. @Idea @Airtel_Presence we customer have no other option. As u all three r same. @TRAI no govt says anything.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR I hav been facing the internet issue for past 5-6 months.The 3G netwrk is available only when the state electricity supply is there.Orelse I get 2G netwrk. This is 3rd tym i m mentioning this.Why BSNL cheats it's customer. Should i switch to JIO ? Plz rply

    @BSNL_BR it hasn't provided at the time of recharging. You just cheat customer. BSNL don't value there customer like me.

    @BSNL_KOTD The network service of BSNL at Kusum Kanan, Baghajtin, Kolkata- 700086 ,is very poor. 4G services have not yet been started in this area. Kindly take necessary steps to improve the network of this area as soon as possible. Internet is very slow.

    In today's digital payments ecosysttem @BSNLCorporate is a big road block. OTP would not be received in time & if you fall victim to a #cybercrime you will never get notified as sms is no longer reliable on the BSNL network. Port Out to save yourself.

    today i called bsnl customer care for redressal of my problem. After a long time the call got connected. Without listening to me three to four times the call was disconnected. please take serious action against your customer care executive.@BSNL_RJ @DoT_India @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @AnushaDhoni7 Everyone increased. Sab lowest BSNL hai i guess (but now no one uses BSNL , also mostly no network) Uske baad only JIO reliable xd.

    @BSNL_OR , I have been using bsnl broadband since 3 month, internet is good but maintenance is worst. I have complained but they are not coming to repair, worst service. I also tried to contact them several times but they are not receiving my call.

    @TRAI BSNL has not set up any strong network site at Kusum Kanan, Baghajatin, Kolkata- 700086. Speed of internet is very slow. 4G services should have started in this area by now. Unfortunately the company has not improved the tower infrastructure in this area.

    @BSNL_TN @Coimbatore 4g to 2g sifted I am facing problem for 4g network from 1jan2022, 3 time I complent to coustomer care but not solve my problem. Other networks are adopt 5g network but bsnl going back to 2g. I use bsnl network from last 15 years. Officer and employee of bsnl the are really lazy.
