@JioCare This is ur cheap working procedure . I already have received many times same msg but no action. Only u pol r looting general public becoz govt has killed bsnl. @Idea @Airtel_Presence we customer have no other option. As u all three r same. @TRAI no govt says anything.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR I hav been facing the internet issue for past 5-6 months.The 3G netwrk is available only when the state electricity supply is there.Orelse I get 2G netwrk. This is 3rd tym i m mentioning this.Why BSNL cheats it's customer. Should i switch to JIO ? Plz rply

@vak73 @ET_CIO more difficult for the retail giant. Talking about the extend of support which they get from the GOI we have seen how the shortage of BSNL sims were purposely created to support the Reliance 501 plan in the year 2003.

@BSNL_RJ @BSNLCorporate Tried to contact customer care, local vendors many times to resolve the issue but they keep giving me deadlines and no initiation has been done so far. I don't know for what cause the BSNL is taking money from us when they can't even provide smooth surfing.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_CHTD are seem to be promoting private ISPs ,by purposely irritating existing BSNL broadband users .They disconnected and made line dead for days under guise of fibre conversion.. Customer care is non responsive..

@BSNLCorporate Almost daily backbone issue, I am fed-up and realised that BSNL will never ever improve their service, it has always been mediocre ISP and will aim to go even lower. Kudos to BSNL for keeping up with such ****** service!!! @BsnlExchange @DoT_India

@BSNLCorporate Have been facing Broadband outages every hour since last 2-3 weeks. Did report to the local lineman however haven't fixed the issue yet. Please look into it as I am forced to use my mobile internet and BSNL FTTH is too unstable at my place. Acct: 1026560352

Subscriber's of MTNL and BSNL need to take care before renewal of their plans. Very poor connectivity in Mumbai and you will loose money plus have to incurr additional cost for subscribing to other networks. Seems authorities in BSNL and MTNL are helping the private sector
