@vak73 @ET_CIO more difficult for the retail giant. Talking about the extend of support which they get from the GOI we have seen how the shortage of BSNL sims were purposely created to support the Reliance 501 plan in the year 2003.

@JioCare This is ur cheap working procedure . I already have received many times same msg but no action. Only u pol r looting general public becoz govt has killed bsnl. @Idea @Airtel_Presence we customer have no other option. As u all three r same. @TRAI no govt says anything.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR I hav been facing the internet issue for past 5-6 months.The 3G netwrk is available only when the state electricity supply is there.Orelse I get 2G netwrk. This is 3rd tym i m mentioning this.Why BSNL cheats it's customer. Should i switch to JIO ? Plz rply

@VishweshwarBhat They should consider selling it like AIR INDIA…. BSNL can’t be competitive like other private players and it’s a waste of tax payers money. The best thing they could do is , Lease/rent their physical Fibre lines to Private telcos so that they can offer the service to end user
