Priyanshu (@anon28408) reported@Ayush2353 What use is the price when you don't get signal? And you need to understand that the cheap plans is due to BSNL being a 3g network. Once it gets 4g all over India, bsnl too will hike its plans. Bsnl's net always fails during upi payments.
