@JioCare This is ur cheap working procedure . I already have received many times same msg but no action. Only u pol r looting general public becoz govt has killed bsnl. @Idea @Airtel_Presence we customer have no other option. As u all three r same. @TRAI no govt says anything.

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_BR I hav been facing the internet issue for past 5-6 months.The 3G netwrk is available only when the state electricity supply is there.Orelse I get 2G netwrk. This is 3rd tym i m mentioning this.Why BSNL cheats it's customer. Should i switch to JIO ? Plz rply

@BSNL_BR it hasn't provided at the time of recharging. You just cheat customer. BSNL don't value there customer like me.

@vak73 @ET_CIO more difficult for the retail giant. Talking about the extend of support which they get from the GOI we have seen how the shortage of BSNL sims were purposely created to support the Reliance 501 plan in the year 2003.

@ShivamJ24 @Jairam_Ramesh I am sorry to differ with you on BSNL. I vividly remember the nightmares BSNL gave us before the arrival of cell phones. And regarding Air India one never knew when a flight will get canceled. Specially international flights.

@CMDBSNL @BSNLCorporate why bsnl is providing FTTH services when bsnl can't give a good customer satisfaction. Almost half of the month the connection is disrupted and I'm losing my time to work on BSNL FTTH, most of my time goes into complaining about non functioning of FTTH(1)

@BSNLCorporate dude why are the refunds so slow? I cancelled my request of bsnl fiber after paying 7000 because you guys were asking for 3000 more as some noc deposit, and now the guy told me it will take nearly 28 days to get the refund, why can't you refund ASAP?

@BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL doing complaints to BSNL also doesn't work as there's no action taken as such to stabilize the network and give customers an uninterrupted services. In a week almost 4 days is like the network is not working.

@sparanthu @Dprakash88 @TheAhmedShariff Than service of BSNL in your area is poor. I am enjoying high-speed internet of BSNL network in my area. 3G works better than 4G. One more thing, I am enjoying both 3G and 4G of BSNL in single district so I am very much satisfied with BSNL
