    @BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate Yes, the misbehaving BSNL Agartala employee is Prasanta Sil (JTO), Mob. no. 9436128080, and his behavior was appalling, crass, and pathetic. Slammed the phone after yelling. I would like to file an official complaint against him.

    @BSNL_KTK we’ve been having issues with my BSNL Landline since April ‘21. Multiple complaints raised, nobody has helped resolve the same. It’s understandable that we were in lockdown, but we’ve had no support even after relaxations. #BSNL #BSNLKarnataka #CustomerService

    @Belagavi_infra BSNL now the best, 24/7 personal service, most economical, the Fibre internet connection of BSNL has been privatised and better than others, personal service, no call centre 24-48 hr excuses as with pvt players.

    @SayantanMondal_ @geekyranjit If you planning to do gaming on BSNL Fiber you will get high pings.Its good for streaming netflix ,youtube other ott apps.Even if you do speedtest u get ping of 17 to 19 ms....Unlike other private isp ping is always below 10 or 5ms..Even the router which bsnl provides is horrible
