    @DoT_India Done!! Please get it fixed ASAP. I am a software engineer and I work from home. I am unable to do my work properly without internet and its already 6 days that #bsnl Boradband is not working.

    @praaatiiik @JioCare Bro u can use also bsnl i have been using them since 8 years no issue at all and in our area Sometimes the net fails but it gets to work within 4 hrs as the people behind them really work . Please try this as temporary and mark my words u will turn it into permanent

    @BYRBJP ,what happened to BSNL network around Tumari byakodu,which is newly installed just few months back,now it is not working! Just imagine your one day without network, is this possible? We are suffering from decades, please do something sir, we are in trouble @BSNLCorporate

    @Indianinfoguide Then build the BSNL 5G network which should be better than anyone else. Reduce the BSNL staff and make them work like they're in a private company.

    @Indianinfoguide Believe NDA Government has invested in Vodafone which is under some tax problem but their services comparatively better and is value for money. They may be given some boost to compete well with Jio and Airtel. BSNL/MTNL would need to upgrade their infra in line with 5G.

    Dear @BSNLCorporate , whether i can use bsnl prepaid mobile services in navi mumbai.? I have called to bsnl support where it has been said to me tha there is no or very feeble network in Navi mumbai. I wanted to migrate to bsnl. @DoT_India , @TRAI

    My only concerned was undue advantage was given to a new entrant. We would have been still enjoying the cheap internet with 5-6 service providers. But that's not the case now as the duopoly is at the play. VI can shut-down anytime as they don't have cash for capex and BSNL is lethargic with its services.

    @bsnl_care lost my phone having BSNL SIM card. Please help me in locking the SIM card. Your customer care numbers for calling from another operators don’t work. Please help urgently.
