    @BSNL_TN My add-on connection 9487512627 which was surrendered in 2016 was suddenly billed for February and March 2022! Called BSNL Customer Care and was told to visit CSC in Tamil Nadu (I am a Sr. Citizen living outside TN). No way to do this through self-care portal. Help!

    @BSNLCorporate I humbly request to BSNL serice provider. if you provide better network service in my rural area(Bass hameer kha ,Post - jabasar, Dist - jhunjhunu Rajasthan,pin- 331026. then we will port into BSNL .now we are struggling in calling and other service.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_HP Hi, there is broadband bill issue and false commitment by your employees. Is it possible the bill is 2,211 for just 4 days? Bsnl said, you will get free hotstar with the pack & automatically activated after that bsnl said, you subscribed. What non-sense?

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH @AshwiniVaishnaw BSNL fiber net has outage now in the Ponda Goa region . The service has been unstable today throughout the day and now completely out . Any idea or ETA when the services will be up

    @AshwiniVaishnaw we are facing huge problem due to BSNL FROM LAST 5 to 6 days BSNL IS not working in this area . This is the regular phenomenon for giving benefit to private player , very serious issue .pin code of area 813214. Pathetic situation , public facing huge difficulty.

    @BSNLCorporate inconvenience again. 2 days straight, n/w going down every few mins. how can somone work with such lousy n/w, please advise.Authorities not responding, fixing time taking this long, and people frustrated with such BSNL sub-standard/poor service. Cc: @CMDBSNL (Shri PK Purwar)
