  @DoT_India Done!! Please get it fixed ASAP. I am a software engineer and I work from home. I am unable to do my work properly without internet and its already 6 days that #bsnl Boradband is not working.

  @BaluGorade The bad quality network and self tarnishing image of BSNL agenda. It has the worst network, call gets dropped automatically. On the contrary jio is serving better network on BSNL lend towers, i mean how low you have to reach so that you can make some one more rich,peak capitalism

  @BaluGorade Poor Signal Coverage. I had a BSNL SIM since 2G Days. Made it 3G and then Finally 4G through the Years. Signals Worked fine when it was 2G/3G. Had to finally Abandon.

  @BaluGorade I actually switched to BSNL few months ago. I decided to get 107 FR. BSNL lady stared at me and said only 350 recharge can be done. I'm like see, it's right here. She be like: IDGAF. After waiting for eternity, I did port to BSNL only to go back to Jio later due to poor network.

  @reliancejio I had switched from bsnl to jio sim in the hope that network would be better during video call. Experience in the starting was good , but over a period of time now the experience is worse when calling video call. Is it done intentionally?

  @CMDBSNL @CMDBSNL2 @bsnl_care Robert BSNL needs better infrastructure. I am based out of Bangalore Kengeri, the JE and the staff here are pathetic with frequent network drops. Giving 5G sim when 4G itself don't work properly. I need a refund from your service cause it sucks.

  @bsnl_care BSNL doesn't offer VOLTE services. It only offers 4G internet, and 2G and 3G are used for calls. This is a huge drawback because it requires frequent network switching, and sometimes calls don't go through when the network is down.

  @BaluGorade If bsnl improves it's network then huge amount of Indians will switch to BSNL immediately
