There's no reason why security deposit should not be released in normal duration where the customer has already faced issues for years with BSNL's poor service

    Still our complaint is not attended by BSNL. No wonder why bsnl faced and is facing so much neglegence from govt. on installation and upgradation of its network. We will not be extending our services with BSNL as soon as it expires.
