@DoT_India Done!! Please get it fixed ASAP. I am a software engineer and I work from home. I am unable to do my work properly without internet and its already 6 days that #bsnl Boradband is not working.

The poor don’t need speed; they need connection — to jobs, food, and relief. e-Sanjeevani and digital schemes sound fancy, but when hospitals lack doctors, medicines are costly, and the network vanishes, people need real treatment, not tech announcements. You keep beating the “Digital India” drum, but the truth is — people no longer say “No network,” they now say “No connection with the government.

@bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate BSNL top officers see ground reality. We appreciate BSNL work. Tower installation work is easy . Now govt has given huge budget to BSNL. BSNL should send strict instructions to contractor to speed up OFC work in remote areas and border areas specially where most network issue

This is very sluggish and irresponsible behaviour of customer care @BSNLCorporate. I have ordered a new BSNL connection, payment is completed, I have got the transaction number also but after that there is no such confirmation. @BSNL_CG_Circle pls look into the matter.

@Rg197923 @_punit_jani @sanjaybafna Incase your device make before 2022, maybe it doesn't support 700mhz band of 4G. BSNL only launches 700mhz 4G on Mumbai Suburban. So please use Devices of recent time or newly purchased. High end flagship can support though.

There will be surge in customer's porting to @BSNLCorporate due to unreasonable tariff hike by others, BSNL should be ready & work towards meeting signal congestion by improving infra, Govt did good work, but customer service from officers & their response is pathetic @JM_Scindia

@BSNLCorporate @BSNLUPWEST Please improve your network services in my location. Yesterday I buy a new prepaid connection but network not working in my home but on terrace network services stable. If network services good in my area then I port my personal number in BSNL.
