  @rsprasad Sir over staffing, poor services and inefficiency are some of the reasons I myself maintained (including replacement of cables) my personal, office & installation landline for 10 years in Subathu HP. Usually they made me to travel 45 KMs for bill However I am still BSNL customer

  @BSNL_PB thank you for replying sir/madam,this is not a complaint on bsnl exchange pattabiram tamilnadu, its just a humble opnion i want to share that avadi corp staff did not respond well to bsnl staff when asked about preinforming the whereabouts of drainage works.
