    @BSNL_CHTD I am porting to another service provider because of poor network in my area.. any way all BSNL tower will be given to private players on NMP.. so better to switch to another service provider

    @BSNL_UPE @bsnl_care few weeks back I opted for a trial for higher speed plan over and above my existing bb plan through ur app. Now I want to unsubscribe/opt-out of it but there's no option anywhere. The customer care lady asked me to visit bsnl office. This is unacceptable.

    @bsnl_care Constant call drops are also creating humiliating situations in many cases. I have faith in BSNL. So don't worry about porting it yet. Please improve the service.

    What a worst network and customer service @airtelindia has... Without any reason they suddenly turn down there customer data using facs. Lol Feels like #BSNL is way better than #airtel

    Hey Team @BSNLCorporate & @BSNL_RJ I’ve been using BSNL Fiber since 2019, but recently the internet speed and service quality have become very poor. On top of that, my monthly bill suddenly increased from ₹943 to around ₹1883 without any proper prior information.

    1. Is anyone else facing network problems with BSNL since last 2-3 days? I have 2 SIMs and both are not working properly. Sometimes network connects for a few minutes, but most of the time there is no signal, calls are not connecting not working properly. #bsnl #networkissue
