@Indianinfoguide bsnl is another white elephant like erstwhile air india. a bold decision is required to sell it lock, stock and barrel. a giant like railways attends to customer complaints in a jiffy, whereas bsnl takes days to restore life into dead lines. bsnl, a drain on exchequer

@bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate That's the point BSNL office service is not easily accessible and customer care is not able to retrieve PUK. For a simple thing like PUK you are saying to visit BSNL office which by the way over crowded everyday and get a new sim? All other network providers allow easy retrieval

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_AS @JM_Scindia Let me point out an instance of pathetic service by BSNL. On October 3, 2025 (Friday), I went to the BSNL Office at Lumding, Assam for disconnecting two postpaid connections in the names of my late parents. I was told by the only employee stationed at the office that I need to visit the BSNL office either at Lanka or Hojai as he cannot complete the process at Lumding. Is this feasible? The connections were taken in Lumding. Then, why do I need to go somewhere else for the disconnection bit? Consequently, I am still paying for the monthly bills. I currently stay in Bengaluru for professional reasons. Please let me know what is to be done, or else I shall be constrained to take legal actions. #inefficiency #bsnl

@Pratyush6891 @Indianinfoguide The feature is called VoWiFi (Voice over Wi-Fi) or Wi-Fi Calling, allowing calls via Wi-Fi without cellular signal. It might not be enabled on your BSNL SIM if: your phone isn't compatible (needs modern Android/iOS with VoWiFi support), it's not yet rolled out in your region (currently South/West zones, expanding), software isn't updated, or it's not toggled on in settings (check Phone > Wi-Fi Calling). Contact BSNL for specifics.
