    @DoT_India Thanks for reply to my tweet problem is not resolved yet but some fraud call me after my tweet in the name of BSNL and ask me to install app named BSNL customer service send by whatsapp and hacked my data's and bank account. However quick action to blocked account by me saves me

    @MMAYURA1 @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate don't give false assurance & hope to any customer. Bsnl cable brake on Aug -23 it's still not fixed at moodubelle.I hope this customer also experiencing same problem since then. DISGUSTING SERVICE

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK 0n 1.9.2022 I purchased a new bsnl sim. since then my internet not working properly. Please solve my problem. my area pin -576230. But incoming & outcoming calls works properly.

    @BSNLCorporate FTTH number is 0129-2973243 and i have complained online 2 times on bsnl portal, called B4S solutions pvt ltd. Their service engineer not picking up phone, WhatsApp messages sent but no reply. The fibre cable is broken since Saturday and B4S solutions pvt ltd is not doing duty.
