@MAYANK8382 @REDBOXINDIA Bsnl should remove corrupt inefficient staff and promote good staff. I know bsnl has good infrastructure but still customer service is really low class.

@DKMCooper @sandesh_samant MTNL Dolphin is not that bad. Gets range (BSNL) in most remote places too. Anyway using Vodafone for data.

@MAYANK8382 @REDBOXINDIA Jiofiber also gives 399 rs plan which I am using now. My point is not money but reliability and quality of service. If my broadband stops working, how fast it gets repaired. How conveniently I can complain and pay my bills. Bsnl don't have a functional app like Jio.

@PMOIndia @BSNL_KTK Can open a BSNL landline+BB account online but can't cancel it online? Customer Support says any CSC can cancel based on an application but refuse to take my application at the Nanjangud CSC because my installation address is in Bangalore 08029564542
