    @bsnl_care In our rural area, most people depend only on BSNL network. For the past 3 days, the network has been completely down and no one is able to make or receive calls. This is causing serious inconvenience for everyone here.Kindly treat this as urgent and resolve the issue immediately

    @KaranSharma1008 @Prayag_Krishna Problem is everywhere. You nationalise Indian companies and put bureaucrats to oversee the business. They only make money. you can see the condition of bsnl air India and other public sectors. If you have any other solution feel free to propagate. Problems everyone can show.

    @BSNL_JAIPUR I have given Bsnl fibre *** voice disconnection request on 13th April 2026 for landline 0141-2945113, Order no.8041610615, till now it is not disconnected, connection is in name of Kavita Lalwani, Pls help, no body is listening. You may Contact us 9818012180.

    @BSNLCorporate our Govt.has started digital census from 01May26. But the BSNL Service at Hayuliang Anjaw AP-792104 has been defunct since last 15 days. Many census workers fail to register in their App due to network failure. The union Comm.ministry is requested to help ASAP.

    @ACTFibernet It is intimated that ACT damaged the BSNL OFC cable yesterday near NRI Exchange Jaipur during HDD work. Kindly arrange for restoration of said fault as the BSNL whole network of this area is completely down which is a revenue loss to BSNL and customer dissatisfaction

    @bsnl_care What is the use of giving Customers "Happy Code" when no one asks for it, closes complaint without resuming Internet Fiber services? Since 1 week, filed multiple complaints, wrote to, DMed BSNL X Do these people not understand that duping Public will have consequences

    2 number of BSNL telecommunication towers are installed here and are working properly but Airtel and Jio towers are not available due to the unavailability of network coverage, Airtel and Jio users are facing a lot of problems plz intervene. @dmshopian @shishrgupta @JKSamadhan

    @BSNL_KL @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India We were in Mumbai on 29/30 Apr 26 with BSNL Kerala phones and found them not working. All phone settings and BSNL plan were correct. We were not able to make payments, book cab, make calls- so suffered. Back in Kerala all good. Do something
