  @GemsOfIndia_X @IndianTechGuide @grok it may be mandatory on paper but it's not practical to use BSNL for govt work considering how bad their service is Passport office which I know used BSNL broadband which was expensive as well as very slow then pathetic service during breakdown so they changed it to some other

  Airtel, Jio and BSNL provide slipshod service and eat away public's money by way of charges for service. I live in Chennai and airfiber connectivity is zero most of the times. BSNL mobile connectivity is equally bad.

  @BSNL_OR But generally call quality is bad. I have recently ported on from Airtel and bought a new bsnl sim. Recharged with long term plans..both are experiencing call drops all the time right in the middle of Bhubaneswar..so I have to fall back on Airtel again. What to say?
