@JioCare I agree with you, but call divert on bsnl is more important to me... if there is no solution of this problem, i have to go with another network... sorry...

@bsnlupe @BSNLCorporate very bad experience i ever felt for the bsnl gsm 4g internet. I have internet plan also but its totally wast...one of the worst internet speed I'm getting. It's seems i bought 2g internet pack. Plz look into this.

I have complained about new connections on the DPG portal. then the department told me to submit a new form for connection, but bsnl TIP and bsnl office did not accept our form. if anyone can help us please help us @BSNLCorporate

@RelianceJioCare Sim sold with lifetime validity get expired in 6 months while I was out at Sea.BSNL and Vodafone are working after 7 months and Jio expired. Feeling cheated.All fellow seafarers facing same problem.

@BSNLCorporate Hi, I am from jalpaiguri,west bengal, i am a student and used to study in late night, but for 1 week ,I am facing an issue, after 9 or 10 pm, the bsnl broadband keeps disconnecting. In daytime, it works more or less good, but at night i am facing this issue..(1/2)

@NeetaSh31043935 @ArunTha39615816 @GuptaPragnya My children generation will not face - same pathetic Customer Service provided by PSUs as my parents generation faced. We will support Privatisation of BSNL. I have no time to run behind service providers to fix issues. They should run behind us to fix like Airtel does.
