    @JioCare I agree with you, but call divert on bsnl is more important to me... if there is no solution of this problem, i have to go with another network... sorry...

    @BSNLCorporate Without asking my locations you promptly solve my issue?? Only reason i am using BSNL is, it owned by govt. Many villages having network issues please look into it.

    @BSNLCorporate I requested for the downgrade of my bsnl ftth plan. it has been 38 days now but nobody has even contacted/reached to me. Sir I once again want to bring your attention towards this issue. downgrade my ftth plan from fiber basic plus to fiber basics(449). Thanks

    @BSNLCorporate Hello there, Is there anyone who is listening me. It has been 38 days since I requested for downgrading of my bsnl ftth plan, but no one from your side contacted or reached me to look into the said issue except a reply that is "Sorry for the inconvenience caused"

    @DoT_India Again same problem facing by me. This is approximately 100 times. I was complaint so many time but no one take the serious action on it. They assured only but solving the issue in the proper way. I am customer of BSNL from 2 years. I am totally disagree with the service of BSNL
