    @JioCare I agree with you, but call divert on bsnl is more important to me... if there is no solution of this problem, i have to go with another network... sorry...

    @haryanabsnl today I visited BSNL office at sector 56 gurgaon for one my BSNL old SIM replacement. But the executive 1st asked me 2 go hometown LTR asked to visit sector 12 BSNL office for this service. How can we appreciate BSNL for this kind of work? @BSNLCorporate @bsnlupe

    @WakefitCo worst possible customer service. Order delivery delay after delay. Customer care team won't give any information saying responsibility of manufacturing team. I am talking to wakefit as an entity not to individual teams. The only customer service worst then this is bsnl

    @BSNL_GJI am from Fatehgunj, Vadodara lost broadband fibre connection since yesterday. Inspite of complaint had been launched yesterday, till today no action from BSNL. BSNL service to customers have declined sharply. We are observing frequent outage of broadband fibre service.

    @psrajarajan @BSNLCorporate Because of these kind of irritating facts, General Public started to lose hope in BSNL & switch over to other networks. Has BSNL made a rule to look the other way to grivences aired by public for long ? I too faced such problems. You'd better to switch over to other networks.

    @BSNLCorporate When will the number would be activated?? It's been 11 hours without the number and creating a lot of problems for us! This is why people are going away from bsnl. @TRAI @consaff
