    @JioCare I agree with you, but call divert on bsnl is more important to me... if there is no solution of this problem, i have to go with another network... sorry...

    @airtelindia promotes “Unlimited 5G,” yet customers face a 300GB usage limit, fair-usage conditions and hotspot restrictions. If we pay for unlimited data, why are these limits imposed? Even BSNL and Vi perform better in my area. Poor network and unclear policies have pushed me to switch. @reliancejio, I’m coming.

    @bsnl_care Like this how many times do bsnl need to take complaints to just fix ups issue? What happened to last 10 complaints given ? Bsnl is for just taking complaints @PMOIndia . Bsnl is not that worthy to work over serious customer complaints and they want pay from people tax.

    @sdhrthmp Within government, it may not be possible to increase pay. So make it a PSU like BSNL, fix pay according to talent/role and make the company public retaining majority shareholding with Govt.
