    @bsnl_care Please confirm clearly: Is this a fault on BSNL's side or not? My calls, SMS, and mobile internet stopped working suddenly. I need an immediate explanation and resolution. If any loss occurs due to this prolonged outage, BSNL will be responsible.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 No Network around Delhi and Delhi NCR of MTNL and BSNL mobile operator 😭😭😡😡 . I think that's Government services very poor 😭😭 . anyway it should clear all issues then publics automatically will be connect . Otherwise public go to private operators

    @saysatheesh I have been using bsnl only all these years and also have a jio. But coverage is good in bsnl in areas where other network do not work. During Chennai floods and rains, bsnl was the only network that worked fully for me.

    No use tagging anyone here. @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate is totally going downhill. Government is hapless & helpless. Leave aside villages even in a taluka hq like Kundapura the services of BSNL are going from bad to worse. Neither their JTO nor DE nor AGM nor GM to care to respond
