    @DARPG_GoI @CMDBSNL @DoT_India hi sir my building was rented for bsnl telephone exchange n mobile tower n the agreement gets over 2 years back but after repeatedly letter n complaint it's not vacating. Building condition is very bad. Add damodarpur chakia subdivision Bihar 845416

    Dear @CMDBSNL @cgm_mh_bsnl it's concerning that BSNL has not yet implemented IPv6 in FTTH service for retail customers at Nagpur MH. As a Govt-owned Co., it's important that you keep up with the latest tech. & provide the best services to customers. Please look into this matter?

    @w_karve @BSNLCorporate Don’t expect anything to happen. Ours was dead for 3-4 months but we still had to pay bills, wouldn’t get resolved and my mum would go to the BSNL office a lot. Finally one employee told her, BSNL isn’t going to update lines and fix anymore, they have no money. Better disconnect.

    @w_karve @BSNLCorporate Sir why don't you convert your connection to FTTH. Your number won't change but will get good service. FTTH services of BSNL are fully privatized. So be rest assured the service will be best.

    @BSNL_KOTD BSNL sim internet not working 20kbps I did recharge for usage purpose but what's use when the internet is down u should provide internet data validity extension poor service

    BSNL broadband not working.bsnl number is 05278-296066 and connection is under name - Tasneem Ahmad and my area comes under Ayodhya-Sohawal region.I have had slow internet speed from last 3 Months speed of about 1-2 Mbps and despite complaining online no response. @BSNLCorporate

    @netplusofficial the user experience makes me feel, I should switch to bsnl. Trying to call the customer service number from registered #! Call simply disconnects. Tried from a friend's # it works. Bhagwan bharose chal raha hai tum logo ka.

    BSNL broad band related customer care service is the worst. I had raised a complaint on broadband connection. The customer care provider says They only register complaints. For resolving issues they asked us to go to the nearby office. Why is that called customer care? #BSNL

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia Hello sir. I have BSNL fibre broadband connection in sarisab pahi, district-madhubani, bihar ,pain -847424. There is no service available for continue 2 week due to power failure and non availability of backup power in bsnl office.
