    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_GJ : I have done recharge of 395 on BSNL using @Paytm Recharge is not credited to my account. There is no one to help me. Not even @Paytm or @BSNLCorporate : My recharge reference number is : 2379386398

    After every mnp requests Vi employees giving false promises.. But nothing changed till 18th march 2021 Network speed is below 500kbps and calling experience is worst ever.. even bsnl is better in calling.

    @MemeKumarIN Hi, Greeting of the day! To port your number to BSNL, first send an SMS with the message PORT (space) your mobile number to 1900. You'll receive a Unique Porting Code (UPC), valid for 4 days. Visit a BSNL customer service center with your ID proof, passport-size photo, and UPC code. Regards BSNL-Care (Neha)

    @itzksrai Dear Customer, To activate the VoLTE service, please type ACTVOLTE and send it via SMS to 53733. After submitting the request, the service may take up to 24 hours for activation. VoWiFi service is enabled automatically for eligible customers based on handset compatibility, approved software version, and network provisioning. For supported devices, you can manually enable it by going to your handset Settings → Wi-Fi Calling/VoWiFi and turning it ON while connected to a stable Wi-Fi network.     @bsnl_care But it’s not working. As I suspected. Resolved without connecting and asking or suggesting anything. Tell me is this how @BSNLCorporate handles issues? I still don’t have BSNL profile loaded on my phone. No APN. Ofcourse call/sms working. I did a hack myself for SMS

    I have already raised complaint on BSNL SELFCARE app, but it got automatically resolved without providing me any resolution. I have also sent email on a complaint portal, but still didn’t get any response. Please look into this on priority.

    @ACTFibernet internet not working within 15 days of installation, pathetic company, this is happening in delhi so you can understand , how is there service outside delhi. Go for reputed companies like airtel, jio or even bsnl
