    After every mnp requests Vi employees giving false promises.. But nothing changed till 18th march 2021 Network speed is below 500kbps and calling experience is worst ever.. even bsnl is better in calling.

    Dear BSNL, complaint has again been marked as “readdressed,” but the actual issue still continues. There is still no proper data connectivity, and customers are forced to use other networks despite paying BSNL in advance.

    @Lawyer_Kalpana @JioCare Honestly, try BSNL. I didn't believe it either until I actually used it, but their 4G network is far better than other operators right now.

    @JM_Scindia @narendramodi @DoT_India Bsnl support or customer care doesn't work properly. I have raised a complaint about network concern for our area 2 months ago in X.They have sending the same msg again n again no solution provided yet. Even I have visited BSNL Dist office several times. Employees are careless.

    Dear @BSNLCorporate, @BSNL_UKD as a loyal customer, I need answers: Why? Regular internet downtime. Non-working official app. Actual speed is 1/4th of the subscribed plan. Is there a policy to credit bills for the days your services don't work? #bsnl

    BTW I have noticed one thing network on the postpaid plans is much much better on the Indian telecom operators. I tested it on Vi and my friend told the same back in the old days when Reliance was still around. Anyone here want to confirm this for BSNL, Airtel and Jio as well?
