After every mnp requests Vi employees giving false promises.. But nothing changed till 18th march 2021 Network speed is below 500kbps and calling experience is worst ever.. even bsnl is better in calling.

@JioCare I tried to get jio Fiber for close to 3 yrs but No service. Expecting same for next 3 yrs also . Meantime, I subscribed to BSNL & trust me their service is awesome. Consistently getting more upload/download speed than subscribed plan & no disruptions. U should also try BSNL.

@MTNLMbiOfficial No 3G service in my area since 22/05/22. BSNL customer service (after rudely disconnecting my call more than 5-6 times) has asked me to contact MTNL customer care, but the IVR won't connect me to any executives as it is not an MTNL number. Details sent via DM.

@unraveaero @JSR_Sunshines I was one of the oldest clients of BSNL landline, then mobile, then broad band in my locality but I had to surrender after experiencing repeated problems of connectivity and tarrif issues. Even I hv not got back my security deposit of LL till date despite reminders.

@Airtel_Presence Ha ha ha ur replying like gvt office... Remember ur in market due to ur customer and if ur not apologize for ur company currupt employee. n then ur the next after bsnl to get down remember that. U ppl r having expensive tariff plus poor service and now currupted employee.
