After every mnp requests Vi employees giving false promises.. But nothing changed till 18th march 2021 Network speed is below 500kbps and calling experience is worst ever.. even bsnl is better in calling.

@BSNLCorporate BSNL website when used to lodge complaints it reports that the SERVICE TYPE in the PULL DOWN MENU is NOT MATCHING. It is PROGRAMMING ERRORS throughout your system that is CREATING HAVOC on landlines. Can you hire people who knows what they are doing?

@BSNLCorporate Is BSNL blocking contact numbers of its customers? I have received a message saying the bsnl contact will be blocked. I tried to contact the GSM customer care,it says network is congested.Please fix the customer care issue and also address the issue mentioned.
