BSNL Vo-Wifi doesn't work on most Mobiles. 4G as a service launched in the Mumbai City area also doesn't work. The network goes completely dead in the Mumbai area. Promises are meant to be broken, BSNL.

R (@RealRaghv) reportedGovt launched various number and apps for women safety but, how will they work when their own network struggle AF! Leave 4G, BSNL doesn't even have proper coverage while travelling and in rural/remote areas. Private telecom plans are not affordable. No one talks about it, why?
