    @Paytmcare Worst customer support recharge is showing successful from paytm side but BSNL showing proof that they didnot received anything from paytm side what's going on here it's been more than a month still no solution done.

    My BSNL LL has not been working for 2 months. Everytime I raise a complaint online, BSNL_Chennai has been updating the status as 'RESOVED' without actually resolving the issue. Callous & irresponsible attitude by Chennai telephones. @BSNL_TN @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw

    It's 7th of December.. @ViCustomerCare doesn't care about their customer. BC I'm getting E signal now and 70Kb of speed. Don't do this otherwise you will face the same fate as BSNL.

    @BSNLCorporate In the time of digitization, why am I forced to go to bsnl office to downgrade my plan ? Is this the business strategy to make the path tougher for those who want to downgrade or disconnect for any reason ? Even customer support is useless for this. Help Me !!

    Dear @BSNLCorporate @MP_BSNL , BSNL FTTH and broadband connection goes offline on random days for many hours. Even today facing this problem. Really fed up with the services.
