    After every mnp requests Vi employees giving false promises.. But nothing changed till 18th march 2021 Network speed is below 500kbps and calling experience is worst ever.. even bsnl is better in calling.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_GJ : I have done recharge of 395 on BSNL using @Paytm Recharge is not credited to my account. There is no one to help me. Not even @Paytm or @BSNLCorporate : My recharge reference number is : 2379386398

    @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate My BSNL SIM does not have VoLTE service enabled yet. I am unable to use HD voice and proper call connectivity. Kindly activate VoLTE on my number at the earliest or let me know the required steps to enable it . Please resolve this issue immediately.

    It's almost two weeks I have raised this concern. No update yet? What is the problem. It's extremely frustrating that bsnl signal remains unavailable when we need it the most (hospital, petrolpump, shopping mall, restaurants or even middleof the road).
