    After every mnp requests Vi employees giving false promises.. But nothing changed till 18th march 2021 Network speed is below 500kbps and calling experience is worst ever.. even bsnl is better in calling.

    @BSNL_RJ @BSNL_RJ On 8 April 2021 I dialled 1503 & an agent named Premlata picked up my call & then put my call on indefinite hold . Therefore I again called, & this time a man answered the call & asked me to hold & then simply disconnected it. Pathetic service by BSNL

    @bsnl_ap_circle @bsnlbroadband I was planning to buy Bharat fiber connection, buy they are asking for hefty installation fees ie Rs 1000 extra apart from Standard BSNL charges. Plz help

    @PVRSomanadhaSar ...... have taken up with BSNL authorities to provide necessary lines. Hence, Vijayawada division also has taken up the issue with BSNL authorities to resolve the issue. The inconvenience caused is deeply regretted.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL Such a shameless and irresponsible bunch of people sitting and running this BSNL. Broadband is the thing that people use for stability and this fiber network is not even providing stable connection as mobile network does. Better shut this down.

    @BSNL_ka_Bandhan @BSNLCorporate I am ready to take ₹ 399/- plan which is far better if they provide me Service Connection discount. Problem is they are not able to find this plan in portal and got the response as still not implemented in system, I am also not able to see in self-care portal. #pathetic #BSNL

    @BSNL_BR Dear Sir/Ma'am Kindly resolve my issue regarding UPC code for my BSNL number 9708407886. I requested for UPC code on 4/4/21 but still I didn't get UPC number for porting. Customer care support is only saying that we have sent mail regarding it, kindly wait for 24 hours.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPE I am getting very poor internet speed for quite some time and the local BSNL staff are not doing anything to solve the issue. They are not even picking up the phone.

    @airtelindia last week I ported my number from BSNL to Airtel. But from last two days signal is in my phone and you guys are not starting my services. Such a bad and slow management.
