After every mnp requests Vi employees giving false promises.. But nothing changed till 18th march 2021 Network speed is below 500kbps and calling experience is worst ever.. even bsnl is better in calling.

@BSNL_CHTD . I want to surrender my BSNL Landline for giving a letter to effect it went to Annanagar office. None present. A vague person received it on condition he would not give acknowledgement.I handed over. Never working phone. Complaining is waste of time. Who killed BSNL?

@BSNLCorporate Thank you @AshwiniVaishnaw ji @BSNLCorporate so kind of you. We are a customer since 1986 and the service is breaking down due to BSNL wires are tied on EB Poles even if I opt for fibre connection status will remain the same it seems thats what BSNL Kovalam folks are saying!🙏

@BSNL_PB, @CMDBSNL Struggling for more than a month to get my broadband working. BSNL staff just don't visit the premises to check the problem. Get a complaint registered. They will call you sitting in their office. No effort at all to rectify the complaint.
