  After every mnp requests Vi employees giving false promises.. But nothing changed till 18th march 2021 Network speed is below 500kbps and calling experience is worst ever.. even bsnl is better in calling.

  I want to publicly raise an issue regarding BSNL. I have a BSNL tower installed on my terrace, but they have been continuously delaying rent payments for years. Currently, around 4–5 months of rent is still pending, and despite multiple complaints, there has been no resolution. Every time I follow up, I am given verbal assurances like “payment will be done this month or next month,” but nothing actually happens. This kind of negligence is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
