    Today read in a Malayalam paper that BSNL has started some 5QG service in Hyderabad but our FTTH network in Mumbai usually stumbles along, but is frequently interrupted by injuries it suffers during road works. The internet has been out of order for the past one week and there is nobody to attend to the complaints. Request for service made from my husband‘s office too is met with casual response. It was not like this before, there were always technicians at hand to attend to complaints. A vendor ( that’s how he described himself ) said that the cable got severed and they have not been able to identify the spot yet.

    BSNL network is horrible in my area. No signal on ground floor, mobile data barely works, UPI SMS fails every time, OTPs don’t arrive. Tired of this useless SIM. Cheap plans mean nothing when the service is cheaper than the price. #BSNL #NetworkIssue @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care

    Hi @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_Kolkata Thanks for the new docket (F192347731925), but my previous complaint (F152347498706) was shown as resolved without fixing the issue. The problem still continues — no BSNL network in my area. Please check both complaints and resolve it properly.

    No, we will have to go to another telecom company out of necessity. Dear Sir, we are from Samastipur, Bihar. Our concern is that even today we are only receiving 2G service in our city. "I am not receiving 4G service yet. They are tired of complaining at the BSNL call center

    @BSNLCorporate I had ported my number into BSNL via your online doorstep delivery option and paid fee also, none of any executive came to deliver the sim and when I called customer care they told me that we don't have any service to deliver sim at your doorstep.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Congrats BSNL. Only JIO is the competitor to BSNL in FWA service. VI has not yet launched this service and Airtel's FWA service is based on NSA architecture whereas BSNL FWA is on SA architecture.
