    No splicing machine operator, no internet. But none of the Internet service providers including Airtel, jio, BSNL, rail wire or any other..willing to pay taxable income to the splicer.? Isn't called the exploitation? Are splicers incapable to get good salaries worth taxable?

    @sastrychada BSNL was not customer services oriented, but telecom services were functional, wide network coverage at affordable prices even in national roaming. For close to a decade BSNL was the sole operator, amongst many that did not charge a monthly national roaming fee.

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care @bsnl There is NO Internet at My Place since 3 Days, repeated calls to CC has not given any respite. Area officer is not responding at all. Every time i call CC they say that my issue is being escalated So Escalating is easier than resolving the problem?

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_care @BSNL_TN It's really frustrating that there's no proper power backup at the nearby BSNL tower. Every time there's a power cut, the signal is completely gone. This is unacceptable in 2025!

    @bsnl_care For the past few days, there has been a problem with the main line of BSNL Fibe. Sometimes, the red light starts blinking. Is BSNL doing some work on the fiber network in Guwahati, Assam? Reply ASAP! But bsnl fiber speed is good.

    So lazy and poor service. No action, no person to address problem always complaining but very slow speed now showing no internet past 12hours. But still no action. 1 month minimum 10days go like this. Our paid money service not provided. @TRAI #BSNL #improveservice
