    @AshwiniVaishnaw sir Resp. Sir My phone in Gandhinagar 079-23260611 is dead since 3 months. Everytime I register complaint on 198, within an hour I get sms that "Our field staff has reported the problem as resolved" when even no one has visited my home. Isn't it Shame on BSNL?

    @BSNLCorporate Why can't it be changed through online mode ? When will BSNL develope it's software infrastructure ? We are not living in 2002 where we used to visit telephone exchange for every problem. Things should be digitalised ASAP. Pathetic service. @BSNLJHARKHAND

    @VPremShanker @TheFederal_in 4G has come ? Not sure ,always struggling for network in Voda, cellone,BSNL FTH. I think they should work of 4 G first then decide further.

    @BSNLCorporate For last 2 months I am facing irregular BSNL ftth internet availability. It would go off every 10 minutes. Have complained and the technician says the problem is from backend. Fix this asap. Their might be more connections on the optical fiber.
