@Av_143 @Im_AbhiM Privatization ki mundhu BSNL/DoT used to have a govt monopoly on telecom sector with very slow services. Privatization of telecom sector literally increased competition and drastically reduced prices even in rural areas.

@BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @robertravi21 Could you please clarify the activation process for eSIM? Additionally, as per information from BSNL offices, it appears that eSIM is currently being issued only for new connections and not for existing numbers. Kindly confirm whether existing users can convert their physical SIM to eSIM, or if the service is limited to new SIM activations only. Looking forward to your clarification.
