    @BSNLCorporate 4 days continuing bsnl no action taken yet. Called to customer service the guy is saying go to bsnl office. I won't be surprise if they recommend jio fiber

    @CMDBSNL greetings,i have a BSNL Broadband+Landline from 2014 (no 08739238249) now i had registered a complaint on my connection 2 months ago.till now it is not resolved .your customer service centre is insane.losing out loyal customers will be like BSNL ending.only thing in BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate Lost a bsnl number .. need to block the sim card. The customer care executive says that after 4 hours any senior officier from BSNL will call back and then they will decide what to do ... What a tremendous customer care services ... You Need to upgrade more

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ Sir Mobile 3G network not comming on Gangpura 326502 location and not hearing JTO Bhawanimandi and Jhalawar bsnl Staff therefore BSNL in loss and i hope they will be fully go private I am not satisfied consumer facing problem

    @BSNLCorporate I am trying to reach your customer care for the issued bill even after my connection is closed. When I finally reach executive I am being asked to talk to customer care again after few hours. Its been 10 days and I get the same response. Any suggestions? #bsnl

    @BSNLCorporate Dear @BSNLCorporate , Currently i am using Fiber basic plus plan and I want to downgrade to HOME WiFi/Fiber basic plan. I can't visit service centre currently for it. So I want you to help me by downgrading my BSNL FTTH Plan. @BSNL_TN

    @cartoonistrrs @airtelindia Option Jio Vodafone MTNL/BSNL Airtel is better choice @airtelindia They just have to be more attentive to customer care
