    @idea_cares I ported to Ideal from @BSNL_GJ after getting assurance of બેસ્ટ Coverage & કોલ Quality. Now since I ported to Ideal, I am facing Lots of Call Drops & Very Poor voice quality from Idea. Regret for porting to idea from bsnl. No action is taken to correct the problem.

    Disgusting service by BSNL FTTH. Internet down in every two days. On complaint no response from representative. Your connection will cut very next day wen u don't pay but service response C- Grade. Complaint no.115413743.@bsnl_care @gm_jamnagar @Dot_CCAGujarat

    @BSNLCorporate I wish to know, is bsnl planning to close down it's landline services?in my hometown bathinda my landline phone is not working since more than 2 years,I raised the complaint with the bathinda office, but the response amazed me, the office says we won't provide

    @JioCare - No one has called from Jio repair team about this The problem is still going on What is happening in Jio? Is anyone even bothered about customer's complaints ? Totally useless.. Worse than BSNL

    @BSNLCorporate Finally I could port out from the worst @bsnl_care . I had to wait for three months, three months is technical and one month because of malpractice at BSNL end.
