Now since I ported to Ideal, I am facing Lots of Call Drops & Very Poor voice quality from Idea. Regret for porting to idea from bsnl. No action is taken to correct the problem.

Still facing the issue after every 5-10 minutes. Really very bad service you are providing. Need to move towards Jio Fiber.
