    @idea_cares I ported to Ideal from @BSNL_GJ after getting assurance of બેસ્ટ Coverage & કોલ Quality. Now since I ported to Ideal, I am facing Lots of Call Drops & Very Poor voice quality from Idea. Regret for porting to idea from bsnl. No action is taken to correct the problem.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD I ported my sim from Vodafone to bsnl almost one week ago. I needed OTPs more than internet speed but it was my biggest mistake to port in bsnl, I don't have a network from the last 3 days, fibre cuts are so frequent but we have no one to complain here.

    @himantabiswa Sir will you plz look at d issue which is long pending frm the BSNL side at SAPATGRAM. Customer care executives aren't taking any complaints by replying system issues or application issues. Without 3G/4G, we are surviving with BSNL 2G coverage from the beginning.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Govt is promoting online payment while BSNL number linked for OTP is not receiving even after 12 hrs. Private competitors is far ahead of it. Customer like me chose faster service not pathetic service.

    @BSNLCorporate @BsnlFiber worst service i am getting on BSNL fiber every day i get 10% to 30 % packet loss. How can i do something with packet loss issue like this👎👎
