    @idea_cares I ported to Ideal from @BSNL_GJ after getting assurance of બેસ્ટ Coverage & કોલ Quality. Now since I ported to Ideal, I am facing Lots of Call Drops & Very Poor voice quality from Idea. Regret for porting to idea from bsnl. No action is taken to correct the problem.

    @BSNLCorporate I heard bsnl updating to 50000 sites to 4G in 6 months. Please also request to add my site in that list! I have to use airtel which is not working properly.

    @BSNLCorporate in last 7 days internet is down second time in Hanuman Nagar Nashik. Last time it was down for 2 days. And you say that BSNL is ready to roll out 5G... Restore the service ASAP.

    @BSNLCorporate I will appreciate if resolution is in action instead of words. Since 2 months I am under mental fatigue unable to contact any one in BSNL.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw in BSNL website no email contact available. Only phone numbers given. As I don't have signal can't talk. Out of love to PSU I have only BSNL since 10 years.

    @BSNLCorporate When ever i try to speak with a BSNL customer care executive 95% response i received was Please visit your near by BSNL office. Either it's a query reg New Sim or Postpaid Bill. I really feel if if that is the way you ask them to respond or they can't understand us
