    @idea_cares I ported to Ideal from @BSNL_GJ after getting assurance of બેસ્ટ Coverage & કોલ Quality. Now since I ported to Ideal, I am facing Lots of Call Drops & Very Poor voice quality from Idea. Regret for porting to idea from bsnl. No action is taken to correct the problem.

    @BSNL_MH worst service ever wifi was problematic since 3 days your executive didn't gave support. Today wifi is down from morning on calling the local vendor he only told that problem is from jalgaon I live in Chalisgaon please do something on this issue it happens daily @BSNL

    And don’t say we r happy 2 help you. In our location around 700+ homes r there & what stops you 2 provide services. Many people r using BSNL & other networks provider services which is a waste. Whenever we call ur distributor, every-time they say 1 month more will take.

    Once upon a time ,BSNL has the largest no of mobile subscribers in Lumding area .But now hardly anybody used bsnl mobile.All landline and BB cxn surrendered by customer due to very poor service.Nobody even CGMT never care for it.GMT nogaon never visited Lumding

    @BSNLCorporate my BSNL fibre connection isn't working for past 2days it is showing loss of connection and it happens several times in month, my service vendor also don't answer the call. BSNL must be converted into private sector or must be realised so customer won't suffer.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPE Dear Customer, Thx for INB txn of Rs.107 frm A/c X3180 to BSNL. Ref IGANQCEYQ9 on 23May22. Confirm that this recharge is complete or not
