    @idea_cares I ported to Ideal from @BSNL_GJ after getting assurance of બેસ્ટ Coverage & કોલ Quality. Now since I ported to Ideal, I am facing Lots of Call Drops & Very Poor voice quality from Idea. Regret for porting to idea from bsnl. No action is taken to correct the problem.

    @JioCare what's the use to port in from bsnl just can't provide a stable network every time the voice is cracking disgusting and annoying service every day @TRAI when the amount of recharge is uprising shame on you another port out is nearby @airtelindia

    @bsnl_care I’m a BSNL Fibre customer for the past 3–4 years. Usually, LOS issues are resolved within 3–4 hours, but this time it’s been 12–14 hours with no internet. The vendor keeps delaying and is now not answering calls. Please resolve this urgently. #BSNL #BSNLFibre

    Since yesterday I have received closure of complaint message only till now. But internet speed is still not to open even BSNL App. We need BSNL the central government organisations to be good enough to complete with private organisations. Request your support.

    @sanjaybafna ₹1 offer end effects BSNL mobile subscriber base. Only network improvement will have lasting effects on subscriber retention, but capex has been stagnant after reaching 97k base stations. VoWiFi is still unusable. Maybe govt should sell BSNL & concentrate on spectrum auctions.

    @BSNL_Bongaigaon Severe network and internet issues at Barpeta Road (pin- 781315) since 48 hours (11 Feb-12 Feb). Registered a complaint over call and also local office platform but no response. Too much of negligence and irresponsibility of BSNL service.

    @otvkhabar Welcome 4G/5G network by March2026. It is JIO&Airtel or BSNL? People r paying all tax .Crores of tax money goes to Budget for Healthcare,education& telecom. But Private Companies have ruined d economy of common people.Only corrupted people will survive in India after 50 years.

    @bsnl_care very bad 😞 BSNL you say SMS are included in your plans but I cannot able to send sms to anyone in the included 199 plan have to separately buy top-up to send sms if that's the terms and condition why guys say it is included in plan. Please clarify.
