    @idea_cares I ported to Ideal from @BSNL_GJ after getting assurance of બેસ્ટ Coverage & કોલ Quality. Now since I ported to Ideal, I am facing Lots of Call Drops & Very Poor voice quality from Idea. Regret for porting to idea from bsnl. No action is taken to correct the problem.

    @BSNLCorporate I went to bsnl office and they say only aadhar nothing else. I am already a customer just want a new SIM. My region is UP East. If other ID is accepted then why is BSNL office not issuing new sim with PAN, Voter ID or DL?

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ Dear BSNL. My biggest mistake in my life is choosing you my connection will stop any time in month and then it will fix after 3,4 days and it happens again and again. I complained many times everywhere but no resolution still wifi not working since 3days.

    @DoT_India . Bsnl network is not available in 560109 near silk institute metro station it's already been 2 days without network still they are not ready to solve the issue @BSNLCorporate @AshwiniVaishnaw .

    @sandeep_PT @Lolita_TNIE Sir, first let *our* revered BSNL return the security deposit of their own customers when landlines is surrendered. They claim 6 months to return the customer’s deposit. Forget about any interest being added. In my case, it’s been 10 months now. Still waiting!! Helplessly.

    I am face issues with my connection after every 5-6 days and end up recharging JIO dongle to continue working. I talked to DGM, JE, Customer service, with BSNL Tip as well. No one is able to help. BSNL site doesn't even have battery backup. I will seriously discontinue with BSNL

    @BSNL_MH worst experience in contacting your bsnl fibre customer care, very ignorant and unprofessional, was looking to know about my fibre plan but they damn care about my concern. First guy said i have consumed the timeline service to speak with CC and ask me to call back.
