    @idea_cares I ported to Ideal from @BSNL_GJ after getting assurance of બેસ્ટ Coverage & કોલ Quality. Now since I ported to Ideal, I am facing Lots of Call Drops & Very Poor voice quality from Idea. Regret for porting to idea from bsnl. No action is taken to correct the problem.

    @hemwke R/S There was problem with BSNL Network in last week , which has been resolved by BSNL Team. Now there is no server problem in Nainpur SO. SPM Nainpur has been ordered to make arrangement regarding sitting arrangements of customers and informed accordingly.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK @BSNL_OR My Father lost his phone in Odisha during his travelling and the SIM is registered under BSNL Karnataka Circle. I have lodged a complaint in PS and obtained the lost report, but Odisha circle is not issuing the SIM of Karnataka. Please help me.

    @jayanta_malla permanant covered drain on three sides of BSNL COMPLEX in Ward no 7 along the already pravered road urgenly necessary for drainage of water.Even Dust bean installed on the road at Bamboo Bazar.Your help requested to save us for easy flowing of drainage water.

    @bsnlupe Dear sir/Madam I am a new BSNL broadband customer and last month my plan was upgraded from bsnl basic to bsnl basic plus without my consent .My No is 05122970886 .This is clearly feel doubtful within the service .So I request you to kindly downgrade my plan

    @BSNLCorporate My dad wrongly recharged for rs 147 when I recharged the same number for rs 699 a day before. BSNL representative said there is nothing they can do and blamed that the fault is on customer. Who on earth will willfully downgrade to a lower plan?
