    @idea_cares I ported to Ideal from @BSNL_GJ after getting assurance of બેસ્ટ Coverage & કોલ Quality. Now since I ported to Ideal, I am facing Lots of Call Drops & Very Poor voice quality from Idea. Regret for porting to idea from bsnl. No action is taken to correct the problem.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw went to surrender my father's bsnl landline... Told to come back on Saturday. Why can't these be done in one hour? Why so much of red tape? Can't we have a customer friendly approach?

    @BSNL_GJ Sir My location at Changodar in Ahmedabad(Gujarat). bsnl's network is closed for 15 days due to burning of feeder cable. Even after complaining the problem is not resolved.

    @BSNLCorporate its really pathetic that BSNL officials call and run after us to pay the bill. But when its their time to fix the internet its really ****. I had to miss an important meeting because of the internet issue since sat not fixed yet. **** service

    @BSNLCorporate Went to BSNL gola office, was told that the rebate will be reflected in the next month's bill. Instead of getting rebate, i was charged 25 rs extra !!! Also would like to inform that for the past 3 days, internet is not working !! @CMDBSNL

    @BSNLCorporate CID 1057302079, 1057290122, 1057237020 Still Facing Brodband disconnection issue since Nov 06, BSNL staff has again close the complaint without solution, staff Sarad Yadav saying m not able to solve this, better you switch to OFC by paying installation fee.

    @BSNLCorporate The internet is again causing trouble. It is frequently disconnecting and sometimes never connects. Do resolve it immediately. Why is the issue with the BSNL internet is so frequent and habitual ??? Immediately address the matter. 9707530544 @BSNL_AS

    @BSNLCorporate Kindly provide me the service disconnection form as i am not able to find on bsnl website & BSNL gola office staff is saying that they dont have disconnection form. Quite strange that the staff has form to open the connection but they dont have form for disconnection @CMDBSNL

    @BSNLCorporate @kpsingh_rajput Very poor service by bsnl. No action being taken even after 16 days, but the bill always comes on time without a delay.
