Now since I ported to Ideal, I am facing Lots of Call Drops & Very Poor voice quality from Idea. Regret for porting to idea from bsnl. No action is taken to correct the problem.

I have continued to recharge one sim but two others of the family had to be ported since we are sr ctzns. Need to be in contact. Please help. This is a last resort.
