My father #seniorcitizen is victim of a bank fraud. He is currently in #Secunderabad . Yesterday got fraud call regarding #BSNL sim. He shared his bank details unknowingly. All the money is withdrawal by fraud. Can help please @CyberCrimeshyd @AddlCPCrimesHyd

@BSNLCorporate - What is duration for which customer has to pay broadband modem rental amount? Is it till actual modem cost is recovered by bsnl or does rental continue throughout tenure of broadband service?

@BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate I am having network issue since a week and been complaining but there is no progress. I am fex up now every month there is an issue with bsnl and as i choose bsnl because it is a government sim i am realising why there is very less customer of bsnl.
