    I visited BSNL office Bagdogra Dist. Darjeeling for BSNL circle change from Punjab to West Bengal. Staff told there is no provision to change the circle and advised to PORT OUT in a private service provider then wait for 03 months then again PORT IN in BSNL... Request resolution.

    @CMDBSNL not sure if I get help. But if BSNL wants to be best then it has to give best. I am doing my best to support . My FTTH was out of order for a week and raised the complaint .its a week now and no response at all. They said it's escalated but didn't got any call.

    @airtelindia Why don't you allow your smart phone users to access your 2G network, when 4G network isn't available? Wanted to shift from Vodafone to Airtel... Now changed my mind and porting to BSNL...Location: Perumkulangara - Pincode: 678572

    @mannkibaat You should be reminded, many like me have been paying the BSNL (100%) of the bills inspite of poor service and lukewarm response for restoration of services so that you can enjoy your privileged freebies. You want the bills paid 100%,but offer 50% of the charge and give 1 % only.

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @surenmehra 1 weeks a go my conection is showing Zero signal i will change my hand set result is same, i recharge Unlimited plane and iwill stay inNorth Kol, so result is that no signal iwill cal costumer they not provide bsnl office address call good service

    Looks like it's BSNL FTH that has an issue with @Wikipedia. Airtel 4G works fine.
