  @BSNL_UPE @bsnl_care few weeks back I opted for a trial for higher speed plan over and above my existing bb plan through ur app. Now I want to unsubscribe/opt-out of it but there's no option anywhere. The customer care lady asked me to visit bsnl office. This is unacceptable.

  @bsnl_care Sir in my location your bsnl 4g tower establish in last year's in month of October after some time 4g signal available in this side but last 4 months not provided me 4g signal in this location please request to you please insure the matter

  @BSNLCorporate my phone number having validity till 16/10/2026 is barred from calling / texting to any mobile number. I went to Lucknow BSNL center and they told me it is blocked from Allahabad and they are unable to help. I am paying for services i can't even use. Is this fair?
