Tired of following up with BSNL’s staff for fixing the broken Broadband. Complaint (no. 1058704134) was closed without any resolution. Last attempt to get the problem escalated @BSNLUPWEST @BSNLCorporate . Will switch to Airtel or Jio if not resolved soon.

@Airtel_Presence It's More than 1 year ur network is upgrading nd still not upgraded, @TRAI is sleeping in a deep sleep. Jio nd BSNL network is far better than urs. And pl dont adv for fast network. UT NETWORK IS TOO BAD nd ur service 🤮🤮🤮

@MobiKwikSWAT @RBI I recharge bsnl prepaid mobile no. On 5 dec 2022 Rs. 48 and Rs 20 and On 19 Dec 2022 Rs. 151 All three Time Balance Deduct but Recharge Not Receive Last 1 and half month i Complaint and Talk to Both Support Team for this Problem.

@BSNLCorporate your office calls only to confirm (after complaint) if the service (2g service) is working fine in that moment; minutes & hours later the service stops working. I'm Looking for permanent resolution otherwise i'll port 4 bsnl numbers & disconnect 2 ftth connections
