    I registered a complaint at JIO customer care twice but haven't got any solution, even I tried 2 suggestion(from JIO) that change my SIM card(Paid 30Rs.), but issue not resolved and 2nd is to call BSNL care, When tried to contact @BSNLCorporate care they are also not cooperating.

    After I recovered I visited again and they told me that they aren't capable of fixing a severed fibre cable. BSNL fibre line are laid till almost my home and I can't get a connection. Problem is if they fix the wire, user base will increase along with their workload. (2/n)

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_UPW BSNL Fibre Bill payment 1. First payment 931₹, Money debited from account but not reflecting of BSNL Portal. 2. Second payment of 931₹ was made to avoid discontinuation of services. Need urgent help on this.

    @BSNLCorporate bsnl service is very poor when i took bb connection at that time they took 3000 as security now they are saying we don't have that much money and they are saying you should leave router and landline in office. Do you have this type of officer?

    how a person can restart the router within the conference call or online classes. Either Airtel provide me solution for this or refund me the balance amount and I will take broadband connection from Jio, BSNL, Connect or NetConnet. I am feeling cheated by Airtel. Same on you..

    My bsnl broadband down from last 15 days @BSNLCorporate i have registered a complaint on portal few days back after this i hv received a msg that your complaint has been resolved . How this is possible nobody visited the site even after the repeat call to nearby bsnl csc.
