    P.K.Purwar @CMDBSNL I have a BSNL fibre connection from last few months and I am receiving worst internet service ever. My number is 07312922208. I work in night shifts not like BSNL support people...I am not receiving connection from 8:30PM and it is 12:37AM from last 4 hours.

    @BSNLCorporate Asurance must have prompt action that reflect the bright image of @BSNLCorporate ... if bsnl can't serve corporate connections that could they serve an individual customer... Govt. Bodies (@BSNLCorporate )must have solid action .

    @vijagarw @Airtel_Presence That's so sad.. Actually i was wondering who's network is better.. For a yearly recharge they have the same package. Just a sad part is airtel and bsnl both discontinue incoming as recharge validity gets over. But jio offering incoming even the recharge isn't active or delayed.

    @MP_BSNL can I know why on regular basis my mobiles full talk time amount has been debited from my bsnl mobile no 9407891378 without any reason and of my contrast. This is really bsnl cheats to there customers. In previous I have also lodge my complaint in your customer call cen

    @PMOIndia Sir, pay commission still pending at #BSNL..why our government is not working in this way. I was waiting for it since long time but no govt taken any action on it while other PSU have got benefit of Pay commission

    Plan change in #BSNL Post Paid is not being informed to customers. The bill issued for March Month are 3 times of regular bill. How the customer will pay the bill? The tarriff hike is not appropriate for the customers. Our postpaid segment would be collapsed. @CMDBSNL

    @CMDBSNL The new strategic schm launched by BSNL, paying 6 Paise for a call for more than 5 mins on landline is wonderful. I request u to let customers enjoy it by default. There is no need of doing a sms. It would be a burden on both, customer and BSNL staff.

    P.K.Purwar (@CMDBSNL below is an attached of calls made to BSNL customer support. They are disconnecting the calls like anything, I don't think so they have the fear that thier calls might get audited. This is the reason why people are not showing thier interest on BSNL anymore.

    @CMDBSNL , @bsnlindore Indore BSNL Land line 2431653 dead since more than three months. No attention from mtce staff on pending complaint. Subscriber thinking to surrender the connection. There are many similar examples. In such situation how bsnl can sustain competition.

    @rsprasad @SanjayDhotreMP @CMDBSNL @VivekBanzal Incoming in landline segment after disconnection shd be continued for 120 days. It would help in keeping the customer with BSNL, to request him for paying outstanding and meanwhile BSNL will earn IUC. @BSNL_ka_Bandhan @asbhonge

    @HardeepSPuri Who will pay crores of rupees to Bsnl Indore? It has lost important cable and pillars, during road widening in Indore. It loose 1500 customers, whom connection r disconnected. Smart don't mean loss to other service provider company. @CMDBSNL @IndoreCollector

    @CMDBSNL @VivekBanzal Kindly make incoming calls free for 90 days in non payment closed numbers of landline. It makes hope live that customer would be back to BSNL if pursued properly. As you have a direct approach with him via live connection. @BSNL_ka_Bandhan Kindly retweet.

    @CMDBSNL @VivekBanzal 129 plan in landline is for residential connections only. Kindly do it for all landline connections. Don't let any old customer to leave BSNL.

    In previous times, I remember @BSNLCorporate used to organize exhibitions, but by the time, this good practice is being closed. @CMDBSNL please organize such exhibition in coming week so as to customer come close and know what new Bsnl is doing. Every customer is not on Twitter.

    @bsnl_care The worst part of the bsnl is you ppl close complaints stating issue resolved. Why your bsnl not mentioned the action taken report. Pls review all my complaints & tell me the what actions initiated till now. Simply don’t create docket pls review old complaints on me.

    I also noticed that from the last couple of years,I haven’t been receiving proper bill details or data usage updates on mail. the local setup person, and they said charges have been increasing, but customers should be informed properly Please look into this issue #BSNL #BSNLFiber

    @HirenDholariya3 Dear Customer, To port to BSNL, SMS "PORT (Your Number)" to 1900 for a UPC. Visit a BSNL store with your ID, photo, and UPC to complete the process. Porting takes 3-7 days, and you'll receive a new BSNL SIM while retaining your number. Regards, BSNL Care(Pravesh)

    Dear @BSNLCorporate, Amazing service by BSNL 👏 My WiFi stops working every 2–3 days since installation, and now it has been completely dead for the last 2 days. The local team neither answers calls nor replies on WhatsApp. But yes, they were very quick to collect 6 months’ advance payment so that customers can’t even switch to another provider easily. At this point, we are paying not for internet service, but for frustration and ignorance. If this is the level of support BSNL provides, then “Digital India” is truly in safe hands. Kindly resolve the issue instead of ignoring customers. #BSNL #BSNLFTTH

    @bsnl_care Hello, any update on my query? It is really really challenging to have BSNL SIM card in Delhi. In case you are unable to fix it quickly, I have no choice but to port out. Please help inactivating Wi-Fi calling again.

    @bsnl_care There is no power backup in the substation of BSNL power goes of the broadband is also going off and it will function after the power is charge I am very sorry for the BSNL service in my location if there is an emergency it will face difficulty

    @bsnl_care There are 50-60 similar kind of messages, so it's useless the bsnl people never call me the thing is you are only active at social media creating tickets etc but no response after that from bsnl people, fedup with this , find a best solution or arrange a direct call
