They are disconnecting the calls like anything, I don't think so they have the fear that thier calls might get audited. This is the reason why people are not showing thier interest on BSNL anymore.

I request u to let customers enjoy it by default. There is no need of doing a sms. It would be a burden on both, customer and BSNL staff.

For a yearly recharge they have the same package. Just a sad part is airtel and bsnl both discontinue incoming as recharge validity gets over. But jio offering incoming even the recharge isn't active or delayed.

BSNL is not supported at the moment. Steps to recharge a prepaid mobile number on WhatsApp: 1. On the WhatsApp home screen, tap on the โน icon. 2. Scroll down and select Mobile Recharge (Prepaid Plans). 3. Choose a number by scrolling, or search by name. If the number isnโt on WhatsApp, enter the full mobile number manually. Then select the SIM operator and the recharge plan. 4. A new page will open showing complete details of the selected plan. 5. Tap Continue, then proceed with payment via UPI or card.
