Every customer is not on Twitter.

They are disconnecting the calls like anything, I don't think so they have the fear that thier calls might get audited. This is the reason why people are not showing thier interest on BSNL anymore.

No attention from mtce staff on pending complaint. Subscriber thinking to surrender the connection. There are many similar examples. In such situation how bsnl can sustain competition.

It has lost important cable and pillars, during road widening in Indore. It loose 1500 customers, whom connection r disconnected.
