I request u to let customers enjoy it by default. There is no need of doing a sms. It would be a burden on both, customer and BSNL staff.

For a yearly recharge they have the same package. Just a sad part is airtel and bsnl both discontinue incoming as recharge validity gets over. But jio offering incoming even the recharge isn't active or delayed.

It has lost important cable and pillars, during road widening in Indore. It loose 1500 customers, whom connection r disconnected. They are disconnecting the calls like anything, I don't think so they have the fear that thier calls might get audited. This is the reason why people are not showing thier interest on BSNL anymore.
