I request u to let customers enjoy it by default. There is no need of doing a sms. It would be a burden on both, customer and BSNL staff.

For a yearly recharge they have the same package. Just a sad part is airtel and bsnl both discontinue incoming as recharge validity gets over. But jio offering incoming even the recharge isn't active or delayed.

All losses and inefficiencies are passed on to consumers as tariff increase. Let private DISCOMs be allowed. Consumers don't have choice. It is like old BSNL with no competition.
