I request u to let customers enjoy it by default. There is no need of doing a sms. It would be a burden on both, customer and BSNL staff.

For a yearly recharge they have the same package. Just a sad part is airtel and bsnl both discontinue incoming as recharge validity gets over. But jio offering incoming even the recharge isn't active or delayed.

India had highest data costs, yet there were options to recharge for mobile internet for less than โน100 and get several GB of data. Nowadays, you cannot buy several gigabytes for under โน100, data plans are fixed on per-day basis. You must understand what Jio didโthey sold SIM cards in the name of free internet and voice calls, built a huge customer base, and raised prices drastically so much so that users have to move towards BSNL. Earlier there were many telecom comapnies; today there is a duopoly. As far as inflation is concerned, low income families reject any price hikes whether fuel crossing โน100 per litre or higher telecom charges.

Whenever in lift the coverage goes off, it takes 5 minutes for 4G to connect even in range. So basically, they are good but Jio will not let them give the best customer experience.
