    Dear @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_JK Improve ur services atleast make a presence in Punch. Out of 10, 9 times BSNL is on emergency services. We are paying for Emergency Services or BSNL services. Presence totally absent even official don't know what to say ???

    got a call from bsnl customer care, they explained to me that battery backup is not functioning at gulaothi exchange and they don't have funds to install new backup, no power no bsnl connectivity..what a waste of government infrastructure and money.

    @cvkrishnan @vashtalk @smita1900 I hope some portion of than BSNL bailout goes towards desi cellular network tech stack, it's obvious it will take a few generations to become competitive with the best world has to offer and I guess that's fine.

    India’s worst network BSNL internet service it’s is your waste of money, it’s very sad to say it’s a govt network. Point is I raised complaint for internet slow, no one contact me and issue not resolved yet but complaint has been closed and now I have no inter net tooo

    @BSNL_KTK I was happy that BSNL did what the private players were not able to do. Giving a fibre optic connection. The internet was activated in a jiffy but still struggling to get the voice activated. Not for long, but for the past 30+ hrs. Need help to activate phone Please.

    @BSNLCorporate It should be noted that even after complaining repeatedly, bsnl does not complete any work, even after two months, the phone is not working and the complaints are closed like this. 0253-2280007

    @BSNLCorporate I can't do single call from my BSNL no as network so week in area whose Pin code no is 271307.

    @varunkrish Yes, considering the speeds they are slow but the concept is kind of the same, and they are talking about theoretical speeds (in gigabit). We have had WiMax before which worked in the same concept (it was good tbh, but it was deployed on Huawei’s infra on BSNL)
