Dear @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_JK Improve ur services atleast make a presence in Punch. Out of 10, 9 times BSNL is on emergency services. We are paying for Emergency Services or BSNL services. Presence totally absent even official don't know what to say ???

Only connectivity for WIFI in J&K is #BSNL whose server remains down most of the days! J&K is pushed back 20 years from rest of the world! @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @BSNL_JK When can we expect Bsnl fibre to resume?
