    Dear @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_JK Improve ur services atleast make a presence in Punch. Out of 10, 9 times BSNL is on emergency services. We are paying for Emergency Services or BSNL services. Presence totally absent even official don't know what to say ???

    @DoT_India @BSNL_BR Only when there is electricity, the network remains, and when the power goes out, the network also goes. Why so? Location- Banwaripur , begusarai BSNL tower.

    @BSNLCorporate No one responded till now, I really disappointed with the Service, yesterday also I spoken with local BSNL Ho, they have fully money minded and asking 4.5k, I I paid they will ready to remove immediately (long time unused pole)

    @satish_27j @BSNLCorporate @MP_BSNL You should go for other broadband provider, no one takes 15 days for resolving a problem except bsnl. Professionally they are worst. For my problem it's 2 years now but no resolution.

    @aparanjape I still remember how much I struggled in 2005-6 during Fax over mobile demo using Nokia Communicator to BSNL during acceptance testing (AT). Fax was one of mandatory service with not a single user using it .

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_ap_circle Dear Sir, it's been almost 10 business days, and my problem didn't resolve. I really regret choosing BSNL internet, I should have opted other private ISPs, where problem get resolve in a day. I'm not even getting reply to my tweets.Worst service from you I don't recommend 2 any1

    @BSNLCorporate this is to inform you that from last 15 days my landline is not working I made a complaint regarding this but not resolve till date. And message came from bsnl your complaint is resolved
