    Dear @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_JK Improve ur services atleast make a presence in Punch. Out of 10, 9 times BSNL is on emergency services. We are paying for Emergency Services or BSNL services. Presence totally absent even official don't know what to say ???

    @BSNLCorporate Dear BSNL India Please improve the quality of customer care services just because bsnl is a part of govt don't behave like govt employees Literally after waiting 15 min one has received my call and given me baseless information and transferred my call to head

    @BSNLCorporate You can close my complaint. But the thing is you are not rectified my complaint around 20 to 25 days. You guys are closed my 2 complaints without resolving it. I suggest everyone to avoid #bsnl if you expect un instructed service with good customer support

    @BSNLCorporate I want to disconnect my bsnl fibre connection but my vendor is telling me that you need to use connection atleast for three months and I am using it since 2.5 months, I don't think there is any such rule. My Customer ID- 3008310291 1/2

    @BSNLCorporate my sim card is lost when I called to bsnl customer to block my no then he said tell me about last call detail I have two no I don't remember that than if my no is misused than who will be responsible for that behaviour of bsnl customer care was not good

    @SBICard_Connect may i know how to reach customer care with using bsnl network service provider, plenty of times and numbers i have tried but call not connected unable to login app, chat support and call support (suspect ed transaction block)

    @DoT_India Sir,I assure u in advance that nothing is going to happen by any of ur effort,BSNL is a perfect example why privatisation is necessary for good customer service. Even then lets see if u prove me to be wrong. Will port out of it after 13th of this month if this situation persists.
