    Dear @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_JK Improve ur services atleast make a presence in Punch. Out of 10, 9 times BSNL is on emergency services. We are paying for Emergency Services or BSNL services. Presence totally absent even official don't know what to say ???

    @BSNLCorporate I month rather more took to rectify that connection. Can u tell me why ppl should take BSNL? Over that with phone out of service for more than a month you send me the bill for that month. Is this is a way to make money? Cheating customers?

    Please help and let me know how to lodge a complaint not only against the scam callers but also against the customer care support of BSNL, who are really not willing to provide solution, moreover few of them just keep call on hold even for 20-25mins & didn't resume the call

    @SyedAbidShah @JandKBank I was facing the same issue with mpay on my BSNL number few days before, but i tried more 200 times to proceed it and luckily it works...!!!

    Hi @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_OR @TRAI Issue is not yet resolved. my wifi has been disconnected for 1 month now. Your officials are not willing to repair. What needs to be done? You also have stopped replying. Pathetic customer experience always. That's the problem with BSNL.

    @mpbsnl poor service by the department as i have change my fiber plan from 100 to 200mbps .But bsnl saying that they dont have modem then why they change the plan. my no 07512970399

Logic still -100% Dude give some fact, BSNL being a govt service don't have any services,worst speed, worst aftermarket service! FYI Before 2014 internet users were 150 million or much less today we have more than 700m users

    @BSNLCorporate dear BSNL people like us are trying to utilize the services of BSNL after taking the plan of 800 rupees plus tax. But services are so bad and no one in Gwalior is bother to provide the data network. Please keep up the reputation of BSNL
