    @BSNLCorporate i have disconnected my landline service last year in November but till date I haven't received any refund of ₹500 which was taken as security while installation though I have cleared all outstanding dues while disconnection Customer account no. 1026557393 #BSNL

    @pib_comm I was very enthusiastic to know BSNL is sole service provider in my area. Was so proud of the fact. But experience is not gud at all. @Secretary_DoT can you please help me in getting things sorted for me and other users. We still want to believe in government services

    @bsnl_tt @bsnl_tt , The BSNL Fiber Broadband service reached out area (Nazrulnagar, SKZR, Komarambheem, Telangana) on last December. Since then we are getting the connection outage for 5-6 times a day, I have taken leave also because of network outage.

    @reliancejio I was using a BSNL connection for 4 years and port to your operator and getting highly unprofessional service and your international desk is useless. As a NRI I am really struggling and now they are saying that my number is disconnected and cannot get back.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH It's almost 5 days now, still the internet speed issue in Goa for ftth and copper lines comes up several times a day. 5 days but still no proper resolution. I think BSNL should stop giving it's services to people who are wasting thier hard earned money.

    I done that too but not received port number till now. Today CC insisted me to go directly to bsnl office but their they are telling me that they are not responsible for this port issues again i tried for port and cc they took complaint but when @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_CHTD @TRAI

    @BSNL_CG_Circle 1503 no. Not working, not able to make outgoingcalls to any operators other then bsnl.

    Due to Local BBNL OFC cut, my FTTH is not working from a week in Minapur, Muzaffarpur, Bihar. Local BSNL personnels are saying that they have no team at this time. Pls look at this @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate and arrange a restoration.
