    Trying to update fibre plan on BSNL broadband in Keonjhar town Odisha @291091 from last many weeks now. The service is pathetic and it’s frustrating to run from pillar to post for such easy things. Can anyone help. @BSNLCorporate @DistAdmKeonjhar. Thanks.

    The most bogus service of BSNL has been running for a week now with SIM card and has not started yet. Every day they say it will not start for two hours and it will not start for twelve hours. @BSNLCorporate

    @BSNLCorporate @Sourabh17882961 I have booked complent related to n/w issue on 1 may 2022 still problem not resolved. I have tweet abut my problem but still not replied by BSNL, you need to boost n/w covarage in my area too poor BSNL n/w and we faces the issues.

    dead connection since 26 Mar 22. nothing's working. no LL, no BB, no bharat fibre. Monthly bill generated. pl restore connection & my confidence in bsnl service. going out of city on 18 May for 3 months. Dr PK Sarkar 040- 27795761

    BSNL is the most bad fiber connection. Only want customer paid bill but service not maintain. I facing problem in every time every when I get the BSNL connection. Complain lower labels to higher lable. But no one responce my mail. Any one told what can I do.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD Mobile services is not working at 731101 pincode in west bengal. Stop the service if not possible by you people. Hell with bsnl.

    @BSNLCorporate My BSNL BB on ph. 07552480925 gives lot of problems, most of the time the BB doesn't work, but shocking and surprisingly, I get full bill, and I have to pay it as I don't have any options. Pl. look into the matter.

    @BSNLCorporate Dear BSNL Customer Support, We have surrendered our landline connection as we have got new fiber connection. The line was disconnected on January 23, 2022. It's been more than 3 months, security deposit has not been refunded yet. where is my deposit??
