I went to update my mobile number of Aadhar card...the officer asked me(as a bribe) to take BSNL sim Card..so that he will update it within an hour...is this a procedure to take government service in U.P @myogiadityanath @narendramodi

@BSNLCorporate Thanks BSNL for prompt quick response unlike earlier attitude not bother to . Customer supportive action and attitude is to be exhibited at counter. Staffs at Aund,pune CSC lack full information about IR facility . Just for your information, other services providers don’t insists

@narendramodi Last mile delivery is still an issue. For last 6 months or so BSNL website shows Fibre reached my village. Contacted local BSNL office and same guy says one day that he will connect in a week, 18 hrs later says will connect in a month. No response since.

There are idiots trending stop privatization, save government jobs. Ask them a question, how many people who are working in a government job send their children to government schools or go for treatment in civil hospitals or even use bsnl as mobile and broadband service?

@dpmishra485 Sir, BSNL never ask or sms to customer for calling other nos for validity extension. You have any doubt regarding validity extension, you may call to 1503.

@Rajputra8808 Sir, as per the reply received from concerned office the Cable damage due to Highway construction work. Issue is pending at BSNL/Sify end, which has been taken up with technical team. Soon it will be resolved. Inconvenience caused is deeply regretted.

@cgm_mh_bsnl Again the wireless broadband 02402491010 down since 6 pm and reported to be OFC cut somewhere. Not going to restore before 1 pm tomorrow is my prediction. Loss in business is in multiples of FMC paid to you.THIS IS 4TH FAULT IN FEB2021. WHY TO CONTINUE WITH BSNL?

@rsprasad I am from Jewar GB Nagar .I am using BSNL broadband and using its best plan because i get to know that fiber service connection will be installed here .But such no work is going on . And they are betraying public.I am unable to attend classes. @DhirendraGBN
