    @Being_Humor @BSNLCorporate We too encountered same, maybe the problem is in frachises operating who give connections n they don't disconnect even if request given n when v called bsnl they didn't know such a request n asked to coordinate with franchise, bsnl did tell us to scan the letter through email

    @Mohansinha You cannot let the Telecom Company fail and result in a duopoly. BSNL/MTNL are also not in a position to compete with Airtel and Jio. Look at it like the TARP investments of the US Govt. At some point when Vodafone becomes sustainable Govt will exit.
