    11 days without BSNL FTTH service. Multiple complaints have been registered, and every day I am told "it will be fixed by evening," but there has been no resolution. Requesting immediate intervention and restoration of service. @BSNLCorporate @TRAI @DoT_India

    @JioCare @vrohs57237 This Jio Care handle is the biggest fraud, giving false assurances and doing nothing. I think BSNL has far service than this #fraud Jio Service.

    @CMDBSNL My BSNLFTTH internet connection has been non-functional since yesterday 06/01 Despite making several phone calls, WhatsApp calls, and sending multiple messages to the local service provider and concerned BSNL office in Tal. Alibag Dist. Raigad, I have not received any response.
