    @BSNL_KOTD I have used Jio fiber for 1 year and have literally NO issues. As I had to shift my location, I ended up with BSNL, and your working staff at my location suck from the very first day, no one bothers to fix things and always finds a way to ignore them.

    @scribe_jay @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_GJ Can you kindly help the existing customers, our local office phone numbers are not reachable and when I call 1800-345-1500 they cannot help me as my area code does not show in the system. I have been using bsnl fiber for almost year now 02795-296076 paying all the bills on time

    last 2Days network problem too heavy what is the reason. Having any work for 4G connection at villupuram BSNL office. Each 20minutes disconnected. Ask tamilnadu BSNL circle

    @BSNLCorporate I have two BSNL prepaid sim at home. Both of them have zero network since 2 weeks. I tried calling the exchange and 1503, no one is receiving the calls. We are not able to receive SMS from banks or for vaccination.Please help. Location: Nayathode, Angamaly, Kerala

    @BSNL_OR Is this how BSNL works? On rumours? They don't even bother coming down here and relying in rumours. Has the local authorities declared our society mini-containment zone or unsafe? No!! Then what's the problem?

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_PB @BSNL_HR I think this is the only reason of privatisation of BSNL We are facing problem from last two months but there is no response from BSNL. whenever I made complaint. I got message of Complaint Resolved after two hours. 0172-2930322 / 0172-2930323

    @BSNLCorporate It has already been escalated till telecom minister as well.. please dont try to fool people in social flatform asking address that you will resolve problem. We know the reality of BSNL folks in our area.

    @BSNL_PB Hello BSNL, it's 3rd consecutive day today that internet is down at my place (Pathankot). Your customer care always in hurry to closes the complaint as resolved WITHOUT RESOLVING it. Appreciate if you could address.
