BSNL needs to improve their customer support experience. Even to get a simple recharge conflict resolved, I had to try badly for 2 weeks, called multiple support centers, emailed to many. At last someone called 'Rahul' helped me. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL

@BSNLCorporate There are 3 BSNL towers in the jungle or behind the mountains..doing nothing accept resting in jungle. Or hardly 5000 people in the village.creating so much traffic..baba re baba.. Spectrum jamed..my god.Give us only excuses but no 2G network.Tq BSNL @_DigitalIndia @BSNLCorporate

@BSNLCorporate Requested for ₹107 pack(50 days validity), instead ₹108 pack(28 days) was activated from BSNL Muvattupuzha. As I am looking for more validity pack, please help me with the requested recharge. No response from Muvattupuzha since 5 days. Concerned number already shared in chat.

@BSNLCorporate Once I pay the bill, why I get notice four times from BSNL. I have complained to Minister. Set it right. Otherwise people people bad about Bsnl billing.
