    @Airtel_Presence hi airtel I have raised one complaint regarding the network speed of airtel dongle .it is less than bsnl 2g .The service request is closed without solving the issue .it's been more than 15 days now ,the issue is unresolved .my no. Is 9810713592.please assist.

    @CGMBSNLJKD Phone is dead since Jan 2021. This complaint was never resolved, however fraudulently ‘resolved’ SMS was sent thrice for separate docket numbers. SDE Ashok Nagar said over phone that ‘he doesn’t know when it will be repaired’. It is painful to be customer of BSNL.
