    @BSNLCorporate I know this that phone is not working because of underground cable work. But this my fifth time explaining you that why I should pay the bill if I have not used any services of BSNL telephone. If you all really care your customers then my unnecessary bill should refunded quickly.

    @BSNLCorporate For Yesterday I am getting VoLTE Services on both BSNL numbers but at some locations, the Volte symbol goes disappears and the network shows an "E" mark, and when I receive or send any text messages between surfing it changes the network automatically from 4g to "E". (1)

    I'm trying to port my bsnl no to other network from last few days.. Again and again getting the same sms--request for UPC can't be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. @BSNL_KOTD @BSNLCorporate please help me out

    @BSNLCorporate @CMDBSNL @ETTelecom First you make your 3G service better.If any body come in BSNL he is not able to port out in Kolkata circle.Error message coming Sub to contractual obligations process will not happen.Samefull thing .Tri must look in this matter.

    @JioCare Last three month same thing told by your representative.Till now, nothing is coming in our area. Other networks provider i.e. Airtel, ACT Fiber, BSNL, hathway & local network provider given service in our area. .It is better to opt the other service.

    I am from Kolkata.This issue is continuously going on.Its looking that BSNL intentionally creation problem.
