    @BSNLCorporate I know this that phone is not working because of underground cable work. But this my fifth time explaining you that why I should pay the bill if I have not used any services of BSNL telephone. If you all really care your customers then my unnecessary bill should refunded quickly.

    @SidharthKourav In my area bsnl is working fine as I have WiFi in my home and office and I only use mobile data to make payments so I had no issues been using bsnl since 2 years

    Date not rectified yet after complaint Showing don't care attitude by BSNL. 1 Years recharge (Plan 1999) has closed after 8 months.
