But this my fifth time explaining you that why I should pay the bill if I have not used any services of BSNL telephone. I have a BSNL tower installed on my terrace, but they have been continuously delaying rent payments for years. Currently, around 4–5 months of rent is still pending, and despite multiple complaints, there has been no resolution. Every time I follow up, I am given verbal assurances like “payment will be done this month or next month,” but nothing actually happens. This kind of negligence is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I request the concerned authorities to take this matter seriously and clear all pending dues immediately.@BSNLCorporate @narendramodi @BSNL_UPW

Abhishek Yadav (@yabhishekhd) reportedNow you can recharge prepaid mobile numbers in India using WhatsApp. Currently, this feature supports Airtel, Vi, and Jio SIM cards. BSNL is not supported at the moment. Steps to recharge a prepaid mobile number on WhatsApp: 1. On the WhatsApp home screen, tap on the ₹ icon. 2. Scroll down and select Mobile Recharge (Prepaid Plans). 3. Choose a number by scrolling, or search by name. If the number isn’t on WhatsApp, enter the full mobile number manually. Then select the SIM operator and the recharge plan. 4. A new page will open showing complete details of the selected plan. 5. Tap Continue, then proceed with payment via UPI or card.
