But this my fifth time explaining you that why I should pay the bill if I have not used any services of BSNL telephone.     @bsnl_ap_circle When 4G launching takes this much time then when BSNL will get 5G? After 5G network expires and after launching 6G or what? Why being BSNL customers should never use latest network first? If BSNL launches latest network first then it will become the India's largest network right?
