    @BSNLCorporate I know this that phone is not working because of underground cable work. But this my fifth time explaining you that why I should pay the bill if I have not used any services of BSNL telephone. If you all really care your customers then my unnecessary bill should refunded quickly.

    This is the kind of pre sale service and response from @BSNLCorporate. Don't even want to imagine what after sales are going to be like. Should have listened to people who told me not to go for BSNL. Life without internet is better than one with BSNL i guess. @DoT_India #Internet

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL network is not working in Jhansi UP, It is raining since 9pm yesterday, i think there is some issue in tower, please fix it asap as I am not able to use the services.
