    @BSNLCorporate I know this that phone is not working because of underground cable work. But this my fifth time explaining you that why I should pay the bill if I have not used any services of BSNL telephone. If you all really care your customers then my unnecessary bill should refunded quickly.

    @BSNLCorporate Dear Bsnl would you please tell from when we will get good signal and the cross mark in the tower section of the mobile will come with full signal ? You are creating id with twitter as bsnl"corporate" but giving service which doesnot cope up with the standard !

    @bsnl_ap_circle We had raised complaint about improper placement of BSNL tower it causes lot of problems. I had personally messaged in twitter but the people who came to examine was not a professionals they just want to debate and argue with us. They denied our request.

    @BSNLCorporate i currently moved to the UAE and yesterday recharged my bsnl number with RS. 57 international roaming pack. But still i am not able to receive network coverage in my BSNL Sim.

    So, what's the solution in this regard because executive seems to be there only to convey system is down. They don't have answer about when system the is expected to be online. Also, why only BSNL is facing DND service down times while other operators can access the portal?
