    @BSNLCorporate I know this that phone is not working because of underground cable work. But this my fifth time explaining you that why I should pay the bill if I have not used any services of BSNL telephone. If you all really care your customers then my unnecessary bill should refunded quickly.

    @BSNL_GJ it is shame that I have to complaint every month about my landline phone not working 079-25434165. This is so pathetic,and very shameful. I am very disappointed BSNL is not handling and maining their customers. I am hoping for the best!

    @BSNLCorporate Hi Sir/Mam, action not yet taken. 4 complaints raised there is not even a phone call. We are unwilling to pay this month bill unless action is taken. Saddened by such poor service #bsnl #BSNL #bsnlpoorservice

    BSNL doesnt work. Knew it , tried it many times, failed to get deposit refund, yet went back for more. Works for the time that the govt dole out lasts, after that maint stops and nobody listens to your problem. Disconnection is not easy and the bills keep coming and coming.
