    Dear Mr.Robert Good afternoon and appreciate your efforts for improvement in BSNL but in Realty BSNL is losing its advantage and market control due to inefficiency at management to grass root level and poor response to customers complaints compared to private customers. I am one of the sufferers who was loyal customer to BSNL for long many years and losing hope now due to lack of controls and monitoring systems and lack of survey & feedback report from customers for improvement. The customer service portal is only name sake. Has the management ever monitored the quick response timing to complaints registered and attended month over month and reduction in number of complaints. The answer is no. My sincere request is to please introduce management response to complaints and improvements month over month and publish the same. Also frequent feedback back survey from the customers for their suggestions be started. Hope this will bring in quality service from BSNL and improvements month the market bandwidth. Wishing BSNL all the best in the coming years ahead. Thanks and regards SSRaju

    @BSNL_GJ The exact number of BSNL 4G towers in Rajkot-Morbi is not publicly available. As of June 19, 2025, BSNL installed 574 4G towers across Gujarat. For specific details on Rajkot-Morbi, I recommend contacting BSNL customer service or visiting a local service center in Rajkot. You can also check BSNL Gujarat's X account for updates.

    @BSNLCorporate Now it is enough. We have decided to port the SIM to another telecom operator, as BSNL has consistently failed to take any action. There is no willingness or attitude to improve the service.

    @JM_Scindia All my outgoing call barred by BSNL without any intimation. My Pre-paid validity is active till January 2026. No any resolution since last 10 days.

    @TRAI @BSNLCorporate I have wrote to every bsnl authorities in my knowledge. I faced complaint network unable issue from 6th april to 23 rd may. And I had active recharge. No refund has provided. In month of June broadband and inter both are not working in birul bazar.
