    @CMDBSNL : I am loyal customer of BSNL since 2001 and using BSNL sim only. Now I would like to port one of SIM but BSNL is not cooperating by nt sending UPC for MNP in spite of sending several SMS. Is it right approach 4 emphathizing with customer? Plz do the needfful.Regards

    @BSNLCorporate Worst service of bsnl fibre. It's down maximum times. Wants to disconnect and take my money back but no one is helping. My bsnl fibre no is 0731-2992674

    @BSNLCorporate If someone use BSNL as primary sim then the people can't use basic things. You can't resolve a network issue within 15 days so don't promote your service. Improve your service. Your employees are lazy that's why a BTS down over 15days they can't resolve the issue till now.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Good morning Sir. Sir Today I requested for Lamd Line Bill payment summary thru customer care desk but they dined to provide and asked to visit BSNL office with written request. Sir I Today Digital India Era it not good for customer take leave from office.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Dear sir, I have BSNL landline & broad connection No.01412791606 last 14 years but since last one year services are poorest & problem still unresolved beside several complaints.May i hope from you to resolve the issue or leave BSNL connection forever.

    @BSNLCorporate My complaint no 16445164512 for BSNL Kolkata circle under Calcutta telephones I not resolved. My broadband not working & people in the surkikal exchange are cheaters they close calls even without attending. The people in exchange sleeps .

    @BSNLCorporate BSNL customer service too poor till date. I have paid Rs.1040/- for Broadband rental today 28/02/2022 at about 1:30 PM but sorry to say my service has not yet been activated till 10:30 pm. It's nothing but total negligence on customer service. Just follow others.

    @BSNLCorporate Sir as I would like to say that BSNL has more customers but customers are leaving due to lack of network, I would like to get the network installed as soon as possible. Thank you
