@BSNL_KL @BSNLCorporate @cgmbsnlkerala #BSNL The biggest downside is that you have to pay more than Rs 850 per month. 5GB daily data. 10 mbps speed. But in case of lack of speed, there is only time to book the complaint.

Because of these people reply am physically and mentally disappointed . They not even think about how a customer values. Sorry bsnl I have to give off now. Work from home employees really fells for this kind of service.

Hi @TRAI @DoT_India my bsnl landline number 04142213583. Am using bsnl fibernet for the past years and for the last few months the internet speed is less than 1mbps. I raised a complaint to the team and it's all about 3 months no response form their side. (1/n)

@BSNLCorporate Still no response. Internet is not working since past 2 days. No BSNL employee in Jagdishpur (Amethi) is giving any response. I am paying all the bills on time then why such bad service is given?

@BSNL_KTK Awake BSNL Bangalore TD from hibernation.Faulty landline instrument of above 2 decades giving lots of noise needs urgent replacement. Dilly Dallying tactics from DGM ( NW) Only replacement option from BSNL awaited.Deficiency in service from BSNL. Ph No.080 28377868.

@BSNL_TN I have made a complaint on 22nd April 21. Grievance docket number is BSNL/HQ/2021/EM-10874. But no action till now. Can you please escalate this ?
