@BSNL_JK I'm using BSNL FTTH in Leh. There is no network for the past 2 days. Inspite of repeated calls, requests, reminders no action taken. All important transactions and payments pending. Request pls look into the matter for early resolution. Regards, A troubled customer

I can't understand why the incoming call charges are taken by #bsnl from my balance. I called customer care twice, send SMS as instructed but still BSNL deducting it. Shall I change the provider now for permanent solution?

@BSNLCorporate My nearby BSNL tower is not working again. Getting weak signal because mobile is receiving signal from a tower which is far away from me. Why this tower gets shut down so often ?

Vellore, Tamilnadu exchange no solution or respose has been given even after 2-3 months. I had a big hope on BSNL and still having good hopes based on central government schems for Bsnl ftth. Please address the issue and help with the issue

@ANI Bsnl employees seems useless. All network providers charge approx 100 to 125 rs for incoming for a month. While bsnl has free incoming services. Means you can port your second SIM to bsnl can save 2000rs a year. But the lazy and idiot employees of are not in public touch.wake up
