    @BSNLCorporate These tips would only work if the BSNL broadband connection is working. The services are slow and the customer experience is terrible.

    Dear @BSNLCorporate finally after visiting bsnl office, they sent person. They could not identify internet issue. Today they brought their modem n whn connected saw same issue. Issue still not resolved evn aftr 1 n half month and 7-10 complaints. BB not working only paying bill

    @ak_reai @stufflistings I didn't mean it has nothing to offer. 3g in BSNL works like charm. Necessary spectrum?? I don't think so bro My self carrying a BSNL sim. Couldn't able to find 4g in 95% of Areas i travel. It has funding issues on top of everything.

    @BSNLCorporate Today I visited Guduvanchery office, BSNL office incharge (JE) are don't know the application status, even I show the sms conversation,&mail, what kind of system do you have to follow a new connection. That's why bsnl down,you all wasted Indian taxpayer's money

    @BSNLCorporate During a recent interview of Mittal, he was saying it's going go be horrific if there are only 2 players in the telecom space. He is considering VI network as the 3rd one. People have forgotten BSNL as a network provider to compete. Once upon a time it was the best

    Me after switching the modem on and off - internet not working After calling BSNL customer support and waiting for 1 million years and the BSNL guy telling me the same thing - internet is now working...

    @manohar_sram Reliance is good. Equally BSNL too has had a great impact. Jio Fiber is available in select areas in metros, but if you go to tier 2 and tier 3 towns BSNL FTTH is the only service provider for WFH folks. Just that BSNL has had to deal with babudom and lax management in PR

    @BSNLCorporate I got my Bsnl Internet disconnected on jan 2020. I haven’t received refund yet even after visiting Bsnl office multiple times. You keep assuring will be resolved without even knowing my connection number. Could you give some reference number to track this issue

    @BSNL_HR sir my landline number has shifted from one place to other place , in karnal , and since 3 days passed , it has not been activated yet , nobody takes call in your sector 8 karnal office to listen conplaint , is this is the service of bsnl ????
