@BSNL_BR how pathetic the bsnl broadband vendors are? Every time the vendor visits to fix the connection asks for Rs200. Since Feb, hardly 10 Days we got internet. It seems he cuts the connection to get money. The situation is very pathetic in Rampur, Nagra, Chapra Dist. (841442)

@BSNLCorporate Ftth outage for this week 6/3 - 6hrs 7/3 8/3 - 18hrs 9/3 10/3 - 15 hrs 12-3 13-3 - 16 hrs ( still down) Almost everyday outage of avarage 8 to 10 hrs. No one respond to call Don't understand what we paying for #looter bsnl

@BSNLCorporate poor service is part and parcel of BSNL's secret of success... I wonder why government is trying to save this BSNL..MOST OF TIME FIBRE NET is gone and people at BSNL just sleep and inform that wait for 24hrs? I hv messaged my number and address in DM now don't ask

@pravesh814 Please don't get carried away by all this nonsense, BSNL network is most useless and never available on Saturday Sunday and Holidays with no grievance redressal mechanism Today also there is no network in Ulhasnagar and Ambarnath

@BSNLCorporate i am using bsnl broadband and again i am facing issues with it . But, now its the consipracy of your local vendors . They are torturing me to switch for BSNL optical fibre. Instead, of providing better broadband services they told me to switch for vendor Service.
