  @Manik_M_Jolly Got the alert too in Khairagarh Chhattisgarh in my BSNL number but didn’t got any alert in jio number. I thinks Alerts weren’t sent only in BSNL network .

  @BSNLCorporate @MTNLOfficial I am MTNL Delhi Dolphin postpaid mobile number user. I received a 4G sim card of BSNL recently after SIM replacement. Can you clarify if 4G network services are operational in Delhi via BSNL network or MTNL?

  @bsnl_care In our rural area, most people depend only on BSNL network. For the past 3 days, the network has been completely down and no one is able to make or receive calls. This is causing serious inconvenience for everyone here.Kindly treat this as urgent and resolve the issue immediately

  @BSNL_UPEast Online agent service at the doorstep should be provided. Bsnl needs to work a little more with diverse calling and data packs. We won't need jio and airtel then. Done
