@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL Worst service from BSNL as usual. Recharged with 94, which have 3 months validity, 3 days before.. From yesterday onwards it is saying low balance, even though outgoing calls are free with this plan. No customer service. #bsnlistheworst

Finally, an arrogant customer service representative has called me, and said there is nothing they can do.. so stopped using bsnl.. they are happy for loosing customers it seems. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL

@__paytm_help I am using Paytm for all transactions, recently verification of my number was initiated, and remains incomplete due to poor BSNL network in my area, repeated attempts have failed & efforts to contact Paytm ends in a merry go round/ dead end. Kindly solve the issue.

How can the BSNL quality become so poor in the Capital! Merge with someone, share someones' towers, bulldoze your way through but don't allow it to come to such a state! Personally will feel bad to let go and to Port out to a pvt player. #BSNL #DoT_India

I have a BSNL no. since 2011 from Vizag. Struggled with it in Mumbai for 8 years. Still persisted, being proud of BSNL. But in Delhi, it's a real joke. Spent 35 min, over 2km on both sides of my house looking for network and there is none. Ppl telling me to try about 5 km away!!
