@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL Worst service from BSNL as usual. Recharged with 94, which have 3 months validity, 3 days before.. From yesterday onwards it is saying low balance, even though outgoing calls are free with this plan. No customer service. #bsnlistheworst

Finally, an arrogant customer service representative has called me, and said there is nothing they can do.. so stopped using bsnl.. they are happy for loosing customers it seems. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL

@mohitlaws Before 2014 poor villagers has to stand in std booth to make a call, now all can afford basic jio phone, BSNL is still available to make calls don't make assumptions, do you understand basic difference between talktime and unlimited?

@mohitlaws Intentional false narrative or stupidity. Simple search will tell you why companies closed down. BSNL would have died as well but for the transformation Modi’s is bringing in BSNL in the name of Atma Nirbhar. Kudos to BJP government a PSU unit can compete with other players

@PMOIndia The intention is good but there are still real problems with BSNL that govt is not ready to understand. Like customer support. Unreliable network. Babu-dom behavior. Lack of modern outlets. Etc
