Finally, an arrogant customer service representative has called me, and said there is nothing they can do.. so stopped using bsnl.. they are happy for loosing customers it seems. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL Worst service from BSNL as usual. Recharged with 94, which have 3 months validity, 3 days before.. From yesterday onwards it is saying low balance, even though outgoing calls are free with this plan. No customer service. #bsnlistheworst

Dear bsnl odisha,after converting my bsnl number 8763315934 postpaid to prepaid (4 months already passed),still my advance amount check not came to me.When I went to bsnl office rayagada, they told to contact koraput bsnl office. Nobody receives calls there.please help me

@Madeshjournali1 Madesh please find how much UPA disinvested in their 10 years and how much NDA earned in 10 years. even in NDA disinvestment 37k cr was transfer from govt to govt owned ongc. BSNL needs to be privatised as the service is awful. even now it will take days to get yr line setviced

Worst customer service ever by BSNL, called multiple times, calls disconnected, shouting in background, called for bill payment status. Bill payed online through upi, but doesn't reflect in account. #BSNL @BSNL_JK

But @BSNLCorporate have bought customer if they have any type of bsnl connection and they will disconnect your call without hearing your issue @TRAI please issue a warning for people so they don't fall for this company. @GoI_MeitY please improve this company or make it pvt
