@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL Worst service from BSNL as usual. Recharged with 94, which have 3 months validity, 3 days before.. From yesterday onwards it is saying low balance, even though outgoing calls are free with this plan. No customer service. #bsnlistheworst

Finally, an arrogant customer service representative has called me, and said there is nothing they can do.. so stopped using bsnl.. they are happy for loosing customers it seems. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL

@ShivAroor Kashmir - there only Airtel, BSNL and Jio work. @ViCustomerCare is not there in many areas. My friend had one of these with better connectivity and we hence had connectivity. Else would have been an issue being stuck without network in many areas.

@DARPG_GoI I hereby thank CPGRAMS and BSNL to solve my network issue with Reg. No. DOTEL/E/2025/0029381. It is been noticed that every Bands like B1, B41, B28 all are working fine. As a True BSNL customer I will Continue using BSNL rather than porting to another Service Provider

@dbabuadvocate The reason why BSNL was deliberately destroyed. I have been using BSNL 4G since Nov 2018. No network comes close to this. Moreover the BSNL ftth basic gives 1000 GB for under 400 including GST. Enough for TV YOUTUBE AND STUDIES. What else do you need?

@NPCI_BHIM Tried verifying my BSNL number on BHIM UPI — SMS sent successfully, but still getting “We did not receive your request.” Other apps like Paytm & Mobikwik work fine. Is this a BSNL or BHIM issue? @NPCI_BHIM

It is the responsibility of the Vodafone Idea (Vi) network team to coordinate and resolve HD Voice (VoLTE/VoWiFi) interoperability issues with other operators such as Airtel, Jio, and BSNL. Simply stating that the issue lies outside their control is not a valid resolution.
