Finally, an arrogant customer service representative has called me, and said there is nothing they can do.. so stopped using bsnl.. they are happy for loosing customers it seems. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL

@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL Worst service from BSNL as usual. Recharged with 94, which have 3 months validity, 3 days before.. From yesterday onwards it is saying low balance, even though outgoing calls are free with this plan. No customer service. #bsnlistheworst

@rsprasad Respected Sir, I want to inform u abt the situation of BSNL network of Meghahatuburu Zip 833223 Std 06596 it is not working and school exams will start frm 02.03.2021 which will be online and nothing is working neither Bharat Fibre nor the mobile network

@BSNLCorporate @bsnl_tt shame on u BSNL. Recharged my number 9440964111 with RS 1999 plan on Jan 14th(Telangana) which includes caller tune service for free. But you are not giving my service.Not activated my caller tune. Contacted many times on this issue via tweet/mail/care.
