From yesterday onwards it is saying low balance, even though outgoing calls are free with this plan. No customer service. #bsnlistheworst

Vendor is asking for Money for cable replacement for 8rs/M @CMDBSNL is this the way BSNL handle the old Connections. My connection is 5 year Old.
