@BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL Worst service from BSNL as usual. Recharged with 94, which have 3 months validity, 3 days before.. From yesterday onwards it is saying low balance, even though outgoing calls are free with this plan. No customer service. #bsnlistheworst

Finally, an arrogant customer service representative has called me, and said there is nothing they can do.. so stopped using bsnl.. they are happy for loosing customers it seems. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KL

Not bcos they are providing better service. It's just there is no alternative. That local operator was very lazy and because of his worst services, I was unable to use BSNL services properly for around 2-3 months. @bsnl_ap_circle @BSNLCorporate Monday morning w/o internet is hell

I don't know whether I will get a solutions for my problems if not, then please pay back my amount by deducting internet bill for these 10 days (4th Feb to 14th Feb) from the rs.3800 and ask the BSNL to take their cables, router everything. I will handle my Pole charges.

Worst service from @bsnl_ap_circle @BSNLCorporate , Cable wire was broken in my village yesterday morning. There was no proper action from local operator, called him around 200+ times today. No response from him. Raised several complaints on him. No action Taken. I am using BSNL
