    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate ...frequent disconnection problem again repeating after several complaints...it looks like bsnl doesn't need customer...but surprisingly I noticed that i have purchased 10mbbs plan but bsnl providing 1/4 only .I dnt knw reason behind it..Numb.0820-2547127

    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate My number is 0820-2547127 broadband is not working since last Saturday...each time when i do complaints they fix temporary it last for next 4 to 5 hours then again same condition as its earlier completely dead..why don't bsnl provide better service?

    My BSNL FTTH internet connection was disrupted on Diwali day. In spite of the holiday, Manipal BSNL SDE Sri Mahendra Shet came with Sri Hasanabba Idli to check on it. The problem was rectified soon too. Thank you! @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK #Manipal #Udupi #WorkEthic

    Damn, my BSNL 3g is working way more better than Jio 4g! I can stream Youtube at 1080p, spotify with Hd songs, prime with hd and anything else more smoothly than that on jio.

    In Kanpur, BSNL is not able to keep the mobile no. Connected, the data speed is very low and connectivity very poor and at times no signal. The responsible officers should take necessary action immediately to improve services to serve their loyal customers.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNLKERALA Regarding BSNL tower at pancode near kolenchery, ernakulam dist kerala Signals from this tower is not getting for hours. Disesl Generator is not working, no battery back up! If there is electricity failure, tower will not function.

    @BSNLCorporate Please help me to understand the issue with BSNL FTTH. After every 5 minutes the internet is not working. All the LED’s are fine in modem. Still facing the issue after every 5-10 minutes. Really very bad service you are providing. Need to move towards Jio Fiber.

    @ViCustomerCare @Airtel_Presence @JioCare please provide an unlimited internet pack in prepaid as BSNL is providing at Rs 398 without any limitations of data usage for month. It would be beneficial to rural customer who are not getting any fiber connection

    @JioCare U people are testing one's patience. This is shame on u people that I am being made to suffer.This shows the Jio's sliding curve because this kind of irresponsibleness have never been heard of any reputed company. BSNL is much better than urs but u 2 destroyed them.
