    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate ...frequent disconnection problem again repeating after several complaints...it looks like bsnl doesn't need customer...but surprisingly I noticed that i have purchased 10mbbs plan but bsnl providing 1/4 only .I dnt knw reason behind it..Numb.0820-2547127

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @PMOIndia @narendramodi why still you people investing tax payer money on BSNL. Here in karnataka udupi district employees are arrogant don't even work,that's why bsnl lost more than 90% village and city area.Need some strict policy to give better service.

    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate My number is 0820-2547127 broadband is not working since last Saturday...each time when i do complaints they fix temporary it last for next 4 to 5 hours then again same condition as its earlier completely dead..why don't bsnl provide better service?

    @BSNLCorporate Road widening work is inprogress since month.When you know there is road widening work then bsnl worker/any higher authorities should overview cables during digging proceess why such carless? Now if u know cables disconnected then customer should wait for how many days to fix?

    My BSNL FTTH internet connection was disrupted on Diwali day. In spite of the holiday, Manipal BSNL SDE Sri Mahendra Shet came with Sri Hasanabba Idli to check on it. The problem was rectified soon too. Thank you! @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KTK #Manipal #Udupi #WorkEthic

    @BSNLCorporate Again same style message complaint resolved. I am not surprised by the working style of bsnl. Still there is no internet. Bsnl is only gready of money & not customer service

    @marinebharat In my village there's no jio no airtel and no vi. Only bsnl network reaches there. Private companies only care for the profit while bsnl provides service. By your argument even indian railways doesn't make profit. Should we stop funding it?

    @BSNLCorporate i do have some expectations from you ,as down the line complaint many times,approach to yerawada, pune office & meet officials no action.Last 20days broadband is not working .020-26687788.gov is helping BSNL but staff/officers casual attitude damage BSNL image

    @BSNL_BR Yes sir there is problems with network of 2g in Indore (inside building 🏢) & no coverage of 3G and 4G then how @BSNL_BR claim that there is no problem in network if BSNL not angery with signal problem then come to Village and try or test the network of BSNL

    Feel rotten paying taxes when you see Govt paying Rs. 1.64L crores for revival of BSNL. We the people, Fund all this ****. Now BSNL will shift its HO to Ahmedabad I guess? Wah wah. Wondering how will it be if BJP is out of power in 2024?

    @marinebharat Still there are parts of India where no network works except BSNL. Also, competition is always good for end consumers (we the the people) Once BSNL, MTNL revives govt will sell to private players.

    @BSNLCorporate I tried many times to connect customer care executive on 1800-345-1504 but no response , I want to discontinue my bsnl fiber and will not use from 1 August please help to discontinue the service, no option online for this request pls help
