Now if u know cables disconnected then customer should wait for how many days to fix?

Here in karnataka udupi district employees are arrogant don't even work,that's why bsnl lost more than 90% village and city area.Need some strict policy to give better service.

And everyone forgets there is a third operator if you donβt want the above 02, BSNL. Most of India is now dependent more on Data and less on calls (WhatsApp calls thanks).
