Now if u know cables disconnected then customer should wait for how many days to fix?

I have a BSNL tower installed on my terrace, but they have been continuously delaying rent payments for years. Currently, around 4โ5 months of rent is still pending, and despite multiple complaints, there has been no resolution. Every time I follow up, I am given verbal assurances like โpayment will be done this month or next month,โ but nothing actually happens. This kind of negligence is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
