Here in karnataka udupi district employees are arrogant don't even work,that's why bsnl lost more than 90% village and city area.Need some strict policy to give better service.

Now if u know cables disconnected then customer should wait for how many days to fix?

As Kendriya Vidyalaya, we have only BSNL connection and most of the official works and communication are online now.
