    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate My number is 0820-2547127 broadband is not working since last Saturday...each time when i do complaints they fix temporary it last for next 4 to 5 hours then again same condition as its earlier completely dead..why don't bsnl provide better service?

    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate ...frequent disconnection problem again repeating after several complaints...it looks like bsnl doesn't need customer...but surprisingly I noticed that i have purchased 10mbbs plan but bsnl providing 1/4 only .I dnt knw reason behind it..Numb.0820-2547127

    @datta_arvind Government can't leave lacs of Vodafone customer in lurch without data. So either BSNL will takeover otherwise banks will be in loss and case will go on in NCLT/Courts. Ultimate loser will be both,co. & Government.

    @BSNLCorporate Not required. VERY POOR Customer care. Bought new SIM, March'21; No Data, V.Poor Speed Data; Reluctant Customer Care, but your ***.Eng is busy in meeting daily, for what? when you don't offer service!! Already ported out 1 SIM / 5 to Airtel, remaining 4. BSNL is digging own grave

    @BSNLCorporate i was trying to port my no from bsnl to some other company due to facing issues with Internet speed and no network problem in my area and i recharged with 118 rs. it has 100 sms per day but while i am sendind msg of port it couldn't send i don't know what happens
