@ChandrusWeb That is why Government has no business to be in business! It can survive in monopoly only but once doors are open, internal thieves will run away with loot. So better to close down at right time (some decades back for BSNL) than when nothing left.

@BSNLCorporate I suggest this time, when other mobile service qualities have worsened, BSNL should grab opportunity to get the new customers via mnp. That is possible only if you provide mnp application through website/App, with online kyc verif'n, ship the SIM to the customer.

@idea_cares @DoT_India @TRAI After 6 months of false promises of solving network issue, Idea came clean and said on my call that the network problem faced will take some time to get resolved. But refused to indicate any time frame! Jio has already said so! BSNL doesn't hv 4G. This is in Pune

@BSNL_MH I am from Pune, my landline no. is 02026811150, my landline is dead & so is Broadband, the frequency of disruption is so regular that seriously thinking to exit BSNL, being a loyal customer feel very bad for BSNL.

@BSNL_BR Why this portal is launched. What is meaning of this portal. Government is funding lots of money to compete with other telecom companies. #BSNL provides worst service to it's customer like this that's why nobody want to use bsnl. BSNL is funded by government this is the problem.
