    @BSNLCorporate I had talk with them. They help me for discussion. But actually BSNL gives Opticle Fibre Cable to Vendors so those vendors are charging Rs.5000 for ONT ya something router they have . I think charge should be minimum . It's too high at Initial level

    @BSNL_MH LL number's not working for many months, complaint registered @ Kothrud xchange on 16th Sept & many many times over on 1500 too still unresolved. Plz giv me 1 good reason for sending monthly bills! I can dm u our land line number. #BSNL #landline #customersupport #sucks

    @Idea My Phone is Barred since 18th Jan 2020! I ported this number from @BSNL to @Idea ! The Due amount was paid on 21st Jan 2020 and provided all the necessary documents. Still my outgoing and incoming as well is barred. Pathetic and Shameful Service.

    @BSNLCorporate @PMOIndia @narendramodi @rsprasad Register office at Hinjewadi Pune is not working due to BSNL Network issue. Its waste of time here. BSNL should rectify this as this is very important office. BSNL should be made private organisations. Worst service by BSNL.

    I wish to state that my BSNL number (07422-222354) has not been working since March26, 2020.I lodged the complaint. In spite of the complaint lodged, no action has been taken so far. I appeal to you to look into the matter City- Mandsaur(M.P.) Pin- 458001

    @BSNLCorporate I had call with them. We did call with Vendor but vendor is having own ONT so they says we are fix with Rs.5000. If BSNL will make any call or give me connection then it will be ok.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_MH @TRAI @rsprasad @PMOIndia BSNL is talking of 4g when it can't even provide better 2g in Pune city. Now I know why people don't like BSNL. I got myself ported to BSNL in search of a better network but got babaji Ka thullu and middle finger from BSNL...sad.

    @BSNLCorporate I suggest this time, when other mobile service qualities have worsened, BSNL should grab opportunity to get the new customers via mnp. That is possible only if you provide mnp application through website/App, with online kyc verif'n, ship the SIM to the customer.

    @BSNLCorporate no wifi at my place since 2:00 pm today . Mr. Mayur who is the person who handles these things has KEPT HIS PHONE SWITCHED OFF. Now there’s no one I can ask as to When my wifi will be back up. EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE FROM MR. MAYUR. #BSNL

    The BSNL tower is in 100 meters of my house but I can never use internet. Possibly it is a 2G tower. For last few days I can't even make a call. Several call drop, worst call quality. @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_KOTD #BSNL
