    @BSNLCorporate @RamchandraBajya In Mandya 571401 mobile service very bad from last 3 months earlier also same but we support because if we treated we want stay connected with bsnl . ,"There is attachment relationship " kindly set right the issue @ earliest

    @nitinagarwalINC @Barshar016 Very poor service bsnl, riddled with inefficiency, should close down. Neither Modi nor BJP did this. The people rejected BSNL.

    @BSNLCorporate @DoT_India @TRAI From near about November I can use bsnl internet prolerly in my location not even getting speed upto 200kbps I have complaint many time but ignored. Please make it ok, its creating too much problematic.

    Ngl like BSNL and a few banks a lot of govt institutions are bound to fail because of reservations. Recruitment boards cannot even conduct exams without any issues. Reason why economy is in a downward **** spiral is because of reservations. It's a curse.

    @BSNL_BR @BSNLCorporate I have a BSNL FTTH connection in Pune which looses internet connectivity very often disrupting my work. Made many complaints online but state remains bad.(0612-2952242).These is no internet connection since yesterday morning.. Patna,Bihar

    @BSNLCorporate @bsnlfiber worst experience with #bsnlfiber max time it's not comming nd when call to area person their phone is switched off, helpless and very poor service by bsnl #bsnlfiberpoorservice 8172899557

    @BSNLTezpur @BSNL_AS there is no option to downgrade the bsnl ftth plan in selfcare portal. kindly downgrade my ftth plan to fiber basic (449 Rs/ month). customer ID-3008255698 & service Id- 03712291219.

    @DhineshJG @BSNLCorporate You can do it online through self-help bsnl site. Only you must know the code of connection as when the change plan window comes up, the plans are shown as per BSNL code
