A Citizen (@WithCitizen) reported🙏🏻Thank you. As your respected department can use your discretion to make alternate traffic diversion efforts, I suggest to allow the traffic to use the parallel lane infront of BSNL (Gachibowli) office to use to escape the jam on the Gachibowli signal bottleneck🙏🏻

Now I will b reaching home after few minutes and the so called #world_class_telecom (BSNL 4G) will vanish completely for hours. There will b either E or NO DATA SIGNAL! A very pathetic service in my place of residence!

Hikes of 10–15% every 12 or 18 months just aren’t sustainable in a lower middle income country like ours, but people won’t have much of a choice. I use Vi, and honestly it’s been fine for me. The network is decent, they’re rolling out 5G, and I don’t have major complaints. But if Jio and Airtel raise tariffs, Vi gets a clear path to follow. As for BSNL, I still don’t think it’s a reliable alternative at this point. The network is inconsistent, mobile data is patchy in many places, and that limits competitive pressure on the private players.

Dr.Birupakshya Dixit (PhD) (@biruda) reportedWhen monopoly ruins the services. Jio in Odisha is almost similar to the BSNL of 90's. I am struggling with regular issues and no one supports. This time it 3 days now and I am unable to get support to revive the internet in @jio_fiber . The @JioCare is the biggest joke.
