Jio added 24 lakh users, but growth is slowing because it already has a huge market share. BSNL added 2.71 lakh users, mostly in rural and government segments. Vodafone Idea lost 4.11 lakh users due to poor network, coverage issues, and financial problems. Simple rule: Good network + pricing = growth, weak service = user loss.

Aryan Kumar (@AryanKu16686779) reported@TelecomTalk I get good network in kolkata and 4g is good too now. Sometimes, when jio doesn't have signal then bsnl comes to rescue. But still they don't have volte, due to that calling is very poor. If they fix it, then I'll make bsnl primary.
