@BSNLCorporate worst customer service by bsnl, stopped my service even I recharged with one year plan and asking me to recharge again. This is the reason why everyone is shifting from bsnl.

@BSNLCorporate @TRAI Its been 4 days the entire BSNL service is down in our area including both Cellular and Fiber. I have called and messaged both the SDO and GM of our District(Multiple times). They literally doing nothing just saying team is working.

@DoT_India Joined December 2013 In Pedapulleru Village under Undi Mandal in West Godavari District of AP, despite repeated requests no inverter power is being provided to BSNL Tower. When power goes off, no network signals and sometimes even calls cannot be made. Wake-up BSNL.

@bsnl Hyderabad. For a new connection applied online .,,no response ..tried calling customer care..they are asking to visit bsnl office near by …r we not in digital India???? Why doing things online then???

@BSNLCorporate I recharged one year plan, still I am having 2 months validity, bsnl stopped my service and asking to recharge again. Please respond as I've been requesting you people from many days.
