    @bsnl_care Hi Neha, there is very low near to null BSNL network connectivity in my area, which is why your call could not connect. Kindly contact me on my alternate number for further communication and resolution. I will share the alternate number i require.

    @JioCare absolutely pathetic service. Jio care never let me talk to customer care representative. Recently I inserted my 5g sim to 4 feature phone, there is not option to recharge the number with 123rs plan. Either help me or let me migrate to Airtel or Bsnl.

    @IndianTechGuide This is actually a good move. Private employees do better job than these so called BSNL engineers! They don't anything about sell. I have never seen them in market.

    @BSNLCorporate @BSNL_RJ , It's been ALMOST 20 DAYS since I first reported this issue and still ZERO network, ZERO internet! A BSNL tower is literally just 900 meters from my house, yet your so-called "coverage" is completely fake.

    @bsnl_care @BSNLCorporate bsnl forcing me to port out by not resolving my issues. Always get call failed for outgoing. Even though my recharge till sep 26 (1 yr plan) I am porting because of outgoing issues where no response from bsnl. Review how many outgoing calls since plan
