    @DoT_India @BSNLCorporate @bsnl_ap_circle, We have a BSNL landline connection for the past 25 years. We hardly had issues. After changing to Bharat-fiber, almost every 2 weeks, we are having network issues, and the phone will be dead for a minimum of 2 days every time.

    @RVCJ_FB In my area jio provide good service as compared to BSNL and Airtel, so I am. Thinking to Port my two telecom operators.

    @BSNLCorporate @TRAI There are many people in our country who cannot afford to recharge every month. So don't turn off incoming calls and messages if you don't have recharge. Don't be so cruel BSNL. Many will have problems with this.

    @JioCare my sim BSNL to JIO port,jio 1st salesman cheat with me not active my SIM but he take money and not refund my money,2nd salesmen active SIM again take money, last 18 days 1st salesman not attend phone,also going jio store but this not interested my issue and not help.

    @BSNLCorporate @BsnlFiber @BSNLJHARKHAND Recently took connection of ftth 12 month Fibre Basic Plus (Rs.8482) plan with Free Syrotech dual band router under Chaibasa Bsnl. A/c. 8008805514, CustID. 3008506098. I am getting very poor upload speed of 3 mbps and less.

    @Airtel_Presence I have ported my number from Bsnl to Airtel . The signal quality is very very bad . We have to speak very loud and repetitively to have a conversation. Can u please look into the matter . I will DM u the number

    @BSNL_KTK @BSNLCorporate Is BSNL FTTH with Hotstar Plan is only for marketing purpose? Because I got 999 SuperStar PremiumPlus Plan, But i didnt get Hotstar Activation link, and I called many times customer care but no use. my number : 01432-247365, please resolve.

    @BSNLCorporate @MIB_India BSNL broadband has been not working from 2 days and still it not resolved the complaint 1060098702. We have celebrated National consumer day on 24th Dec, BSNL is harassing consumers by not providing prompt service.

    This is the approach of bsnl towards customers. Private customer care replies in very less time and bsnl replies never. Can bsnl compete with private players. bsnl is lagging from other operators because of negative customer approach.

    @airtelindia Pissed of with the network condition of Airtel. Frnds BSNL le lena jo Airtel nai lena. I will not suggest anyone to get an Airtel connection
