    @SPani100 Beware of the fraudulent SMS asking you to call any number for verification/download any app to update your KYC/Aadhaar details. BSNL never ask any information through SMS from existing customers. Please don't share your personal data related to SIM KYC. Kindly ignore .

    @CMDBSNL Dear Sir Our BSNL LL & BB was down since last one Month. No contact details of any officers available on website. Local authorities are forcing to surrender the connection instead solution. On tweeter complaining since 8 jun No Ans. Help please. O6758-237522, OD, NPR.

    @BSNLCorporate #BSNL @cgm_mh_bsnl Internet is not working since 3 months, as per local exchange there is a problem with OSP. when it will be resolved ?? Paying a bill every month for NO service !!! Multiple complaints registered but no proper answer and timelines.

    @BSNLCorporate My LL 5812547475 is 21 years old. Copper broadband is not working good. I want to move on BSNL FIBER but it's plans are costly in comparison of other companies. If the plan goes down. I will choose it.

    @BSNLCorporate @CGM_BSNLASSAM Pothini Tea Estate, Patharkandi, Karimganj, Assam doesn't have BSNL internet access for poor children who want to attend online classes even if they pay for Internet. Kindly look into it. Many students are willing attending online classes but ....

    The JE in the local exchange tells that they have leased the job to contractors and BSNL is in no way related to this problem. The contractor is a dumb guy not even understanding that I would internet for work and talks disrespectfully. @BSNL_TN @reliancejio gives 50kbps.

    @BSNLCorporate No one has showed up till now.. Work from home/children online education gets affected badly as cellular network is very bad. So BSNL broadband is the only option. I see the linemen free mostly roamin around. Work gets done only if you yell at them. @jagograhakjago
